When other companies won't come help a food trailer. My job wasn't a big hard job. It needed four hands instead of two. That's all. Thank you for helping a small business. Not all of us are big companies but I think all companies should help each other no matter the size.

We had a pressure relief valve fail less than 24 hours before heading out of town on vacation. Ambassador had someone out within two hours and had us back up and running in no time! Thank you for awesome service at a reasonable cost!

Received text that installer Dustin was on his way and what his ETA would be. Their staff were timely, friendly, and considerate. Booties were worn while inside. Questions were answered, and we were informed as to what they had to do to install our three bathroom faucets and new kitchen sink and faucet. No mess was left. the installer cleaned up after finishing our installs and took old hardware with him. Ambassador Plumbing was recommended to us by our daughter, who had used their services not too long ago. We would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I hired Ambassador Plumbing because of their excellent reviews and I’m so happy I did! Dustin was my plumber. He was knowledgeable, friendly and he did an excellent job!! He replaced my leaking kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and replaced my filter and O ring in my water filter downstairs. I highly recommend Ambassador Plumbing and I will definitely use them for future problems and projects!

Provided a quick estimate and knowledgeable of the water softener system we were looking at. Didn’t try and upsell on additional services.

Dustin was actually early for our appointment. He reviewed the situation and gave me some alternative solutions. After answering my questions, we decided on the best course. Within an hour Dustin had the toilet installed, solid, fully functional, and the room was cleaner than when he started! We have used Ambassador Plumbing several times before in different houses for different problems and always the same - knowledgable, professional, and courtious, with quality work at a good price. I highly recommend them.

Dustin was able to come earlier than expected, replaced the cold line shutoff valve in the basement and then we discover the shower control cartridge also was faulty. He did all repairs quickly and got my visiting family a working shower again. Many thanks!!

I cannot say enough good words about Ambassador Plumbing in Troy, Mo. I was out of town when my hot water heater began to leak. I left early from an event I was attending and came home to take care of it. I found Ambassador Plumbing on Angi's and selected them to replace it. Within one day in the the middle of sub teen degrees they came and performed an outstanding service for us. They were courteous, professional, quick and their quality was superior. It was so good that the inspecter made a comment about how well done the work was.
So I can say without reservation, if you want a good quality, very competitively priced and excellent service give Ambassador Plumbing the chance to prove their reputation as one of the best plumbing business in our area.

They have helped us in a few emergency situations over the last year or so and have done a fantastic job! Even when they are too busy to help they recommended me a hardware store to go to and explained exactly how to go about fixing my problem on my own.
