The first visit we were introduced to Alan ( Peters Technician) - Immediately it was easy to conclude he is very knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to his craft. KALI has been SO amazing. EXTREMELY helpful with handling our many hvac requests for our rental company and quick to respond and address the issues.

Our AC was not keeping up and our landlord reached out to Peters and within minutes they called and set up an appointment for later that day. Our tech was Ronnie and he was super friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly! He hosed off our unit outside and he rolled up our hose better than he found it which was so nice. I definitely recommend Peters for hvac!

Had my furnace stop working on a 20 degree night. Gave them a call at 9 PM and they were out within an hour. It was luckily a minor issue and was fixed quickly. They could not have been more friendly. Will use in the future.

One company said we needed a new furnace and I called Peters for a second opinion. I was told by them that a small wire was not attached and after attaching that, the furnace was fine. They will now be my permanent furnace and AC company.!

These folks went the extra mile in getting my AC and Furnace replaced! They found a way to get me what I needed for a price I could AFFORD and did it at my convenience, where very professional, very pleasant and prompt. If you need a company that does a great job this is the one for you!

He gave me an HONEST overview and provided cost savings. If you are looking for an honest service and competitive pricing then you have found the right place!

We had a new Geothermal system put in by Peters about 2 years ago and it has been as advertised if not better. Of course we were skeptical of the savings that everyone says you receive when putting in a geothermal system but the system that Peters put in has saved us a ton of money and I would recommend both the system and Peters Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. We are also on the yearly maintenance plan and all the technicians that have came out have been amazing and have taken the time to answer all of our questions. Peters is is a great company!

The young man that came to my house was very professional and very kind. With virtual school going on he didn’t distract my grand daughter and also did not let us interfere with his work. And when he was finished he explained all that was done. I would definitely recommend Peters Heating & Air Conditioning to any one who need repair

I had a good experience with Peters AC/HV today. I have not had ac since last Friday. The tech that came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it for me at a good price. My husband had been and AC/HV Refrigeration guy all of our marriage and took care of it all until he passed away. I was in uncharted territory. This tech was very nice and professional, he saw my apprehension knowing that I as a single woman did not want to be taken advantage of. He did everything he could to help me out and just charged me what he needed too. I appreciate this company and will recommend them in the future.

A/C unit stopped running. Notified Peters late in the afternoon and they sent a service tech over ASAP! Service tech had the A/C fixed, checked furnace for moisture, and a courtesy flame sensor cleaning, all within 5-10 mins. Based on this experience and prior, I will certainly be using Peters for future HVAC solutions. Thank you Peters for exceptional service, timely responsiveness, and always the right choice!

I am not shy to complain if I feel service is lacking in any way, so it's only fair to give praise where it is do as well. And today more than ever, I check reviews. I check the Better Business Bureau when I am getting ready to spend money with a company, whom I am unfamiliar with. I did this as well, with Peters Heating and Air Conditioning. They have an A+ rating there. That is why I ultimately chose them, in addition to wanting to keep my money with a local company. It was a very good choice! I could not be happier. I called yesterday for some routine service, and was put on the schedule for 8:30-9:00 am this morning. I was happy about that to start with. But this morning, the tech Ronnie, out of the Troy location showed up promptly at 8:05 am. Can't beat that! Ronnie was a polite and pleasant gentleman, and knows his way around an air conditioner very well. (I know, they should, but that's not always the case). I know enough to be dangerous, but it is helpful to be able to communicate on a technical level with the tech. It was an all-around VERY pleasant experience. Ronnie was very thorough, and also explained a couple things that I needed some clarification on, including a filter discussion. He also pointed out what great shape my unit actually was in. After checking and cleaning the A coil and blower inside, (adjusting blower speed up for me), and cleaning the condenser, checking the cap and motor and refrigerant charge, it basically needed some TLC clean up, and that was it. No upsells, although it he would have made a recommendation, I already trusted what he was telling me. I am absolutely certain they will be the only company I'll call in the future for any HVAC needs, and I am here to pass that along. Thank you, Ronnie, and Peters Heating and Air Conditioning.

I was given the runaround between all of the different locations that this company has because nobody within the company has a clue as to what services they offer. I tried for well over a month to get an answer. No one calls back , and every time I call in it was a different story on what they think what kind of service they offer. I would just be referred to another location to be referred back to the previous location that I talked to. All I was given was the run around With very rude people who answer the phone and don't even know what services their company offers. I would not trust them to do any work because they don't even know what they do.

Heat went out today and called them , they came out within 45 min. The service tech was awesome he had a great personality took his time to figure out what was wrong and communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was going on and cost. Thank you Peters for fast service and great price.

Found what was wrong right away have been using them for over 10 years now. have given there name out for recommendation and will continue to do so. Eric is a great tech thank you.

Great service and value. My dad used them to replace his A/C unit last summer (June 2019) and recommended them when my unit needed to be replaced (August 2019). They replaced my A/C and furnace quickly and at a reasonable price. They also repaired the furnace at my rental house for a lower cost than expected (December 2019). Every experience with Peter's has been great for replacement and repair and I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I needed a full unit replacement and went with Peter's due to the great reviews and I could not have made a better decision. Every step of the way they were very professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. They got me in quick at a very affordable price and the install went without a hitch. Every person from the service tech, to the installers, to the gentleman named Channing that took care of me were top notch pros. Technician Bruce L went above and beyond my expectations. I'm speaking about Peter's in general. Arrived on time (6/28/19). Before he left, he made sure I understood everything about his time spent at my house. A surprise I got was it was cheaper than I thought. Thanks Bruce.

Showed up within an hour for a non-emergency service call. Diagnosed problem within 10 minutes of being at the house. The tech offered multiple options for recourse with pricing and took information off of my system to do the research around warranty coverage. I didn’t feel pressured into any services and felt as though the tech was honest and transparent.

Terry and I have had 2 units put in by Peter's over the last 25 years and has always done a great job! We wanted our daughter Tabitha to have her new unit put by Peter's and she did. Over the weekend the unit needed some repair and Bruce came out and fixed everything!!!Bruce is amazing he stayed until everything was fixed he knew what he was doing and just a great guy!!! Thank you Bruce for making a bad weekend great, you are the one I want to always come out and check on things to keep everything great! Friday afternoon (temp today hit 90) we drove out to our cabin in Innsbrook and found the A/c was not working. I called Peters emergency number and at 9:30 pm on a Friday night a technician (Bruce) was here He found the problem, a blown capacitor. He had one in his truck and fixed it right away. He saved our weekend. I understood from the conversation we had, he had been busy all day, yet he smiled and was reassuring to us the whole time I would certainly recommend them !

The capacitor on our geothermal unit was dead and electric bills very high. Called Peters and Bruce came out and found the dead capacitor very quickly. Replaced and increased the pressure on the unit and this should reduce our electric consumption. I will ask for Bruce next time I want service.

Peters Heatin & AC has been providing excellent service to us for over 20 years. Today's checkup visit was no exception. Bruce was friendly and efficient.

We have a geo thermal unit on the house we recently purchased, and we only trust Peters Heating and Air to service it. Harlen is very knowledgeable, and does a great job explaining what needs done to maintain the system.

There honestly isn’t another place I would go to get heating and cooling work done. The family owned business has treated me great since day one. All of the service team members are great people. Jacob has typically been the guy that handles all of our service and he is such a great person. We don’t have to wait a long time for them to come out to our house. My wife and I can’t find a bad thing to say about any of them. We have had work done on our old hvac system, we have also bought a new system when ours finally went out and they also helped us when we remodel our basement. Chris is doing a great job and our family appreciates everything his businesses does.

Our furnace has been in for 10 years with zero trouble. Peters was super flexible with us during installation. Would totally recommend them.

I woke up with a problem on a holiday and called to see if there was any way i could get any help. I was never expecting how great of a service as the one i received. They had it running before noon. I will be calling them if i ever need help again. Thank you guys!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Peters. Before,during and after the sale Peters has been exceptional. We had a geo thermal unit put into a new home and we have been very pleased with service. I even contacted them 1 year prior to our build and they continually called back to answered my questions. Thank you to this group for always doing business the right way.

I would like to retract my other comment. I was misinformed on the process. I would highly recommend Peters Heating & Conditioning. The ground is still settling and for that reason they deserve 5 stars. I spoke to Chris today and he explained the process to me and why it was done the way it was.

We have received amazing service from Peter's. Our AC went out summer of 2015 and a service tech came to our home and fixed it quickly. Our furnace malfunctioned this winter and a service tech came and fixed it on the same day that we called. I highly recommend Peter's for any of your heating and cooling needs. Thank you!!
