AAA 5 Star Contractor

This company has been terrible to deal with. The owner, Nathan, will not leave us alone and keeps changing what we have and have not paid for. He texts at all times, day and night, and is extremely unprofessional. He also called bashing one of his former employees, and then told other neighbors of ours, other stories about the same employee, and why he was no longer there.

Our roof replacement went very well, in a very professional and timely manner, as promised. Dan followed up after the job was completed .

“Good business” just as the slogan says. Work and terms were done as agreed. Friendly staff, not “pushy” at all. Will use again if the need arises and have recommended to several. Thanks y’all

Was happy with the way they took care of everything with the insurance., The roofing job looks good. One of the roofers fell through to our bedroom. Patched the ceiling badly and have never been back to finish the ceiling after several emails that they would take care of it.

Matt made the process of filing claim, getting estimate, following thru on the work, and finalizing the project very easy! If I had a question, he responded in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this company for roofing repairs!!

When hail broke loose, Dan V. came to the rescue! He inspected our roof, worked with our insurance and they completed the roof in one day and did a hail of a job! Dan provided red carpet treatment and I’m 100% satisfied. Hail of a guy!

Matt Russell help us with setting up our claim damage to our home and shop, we could have not been more please with his professionalism. He walked us through every portion of what and when the work would be started. The work crews from AAA did a great job and cleaned up the areas for any debris, nails etc. I have and would recommend AAA to us them again if needed.

This team will work for you and not the insurance company. Matt was able to find hail damage on the gutters that the Adjustor “missed”. Got those replaced too. They even do gutter covers. Btw, if you are considering black gutters, go for it. Love em.

I am so pleased with the workmanship of AAA 5 Star. Their response time is tremendous which is saying something for me because I expect quick response and communication of vendors I use. Nathan and team were top notch, always keeping me updated on status. When the foreman for my job fell ill on installation day, they were quick to let me know and got me quickly rescheduled, apologizing the whole time. His crew was fast, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is beautiful and I get regular comments from visitors asking who did my roof. I'm happy to tell them it's AAA 5 Star!

Donald lives in our subdivision and he sent a message out on our Facebook group so my husband and I decided to give him a call. He came and took a look at our damage from the storm and was completely honest and said u need a new roof. So he explained that they won't do the work unless the insurance company covers it 100%. Everything he told me would happen, happened. It always kept me up to date on what was going on and explained everything to me to where I could understand. I will recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done on their home. Donald was respectful, honest and very professional. I am a particular person who wants things a certain way. Jason was easy to work with and either answered my calls/text or got back to be in a timely manner. They did my roof and garage wrap. Two different teams who were professional, courteous, clean everything up and on time. I was weary at the start because who knows these days but Jason and Katie always kept me in the loop and worked with my concerns/preferences.

Jason Carte was superb . My husband had done construction and is very hard on the Trades but Jason passed every test that he gave him .Roof was perfect right up to the clean up .. Jason followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied.. I’d give him a 100%.. from start to finish !

I’ve needed new shingles for many years now. I looked for contractors on Angi because I never heard back from this one contractor who had given me his business card. Matt with AAA 5 Star Contractor was the first person to contact me. He came out the next day to meet with me and walked me through the process of getting a new roof. He was very knowledgeable about the subject and got me on the schedule right away. I would definitely recommend their work to anyone who needs a new roof.

Matt kept us Informed throughout the process before and after the job was completed. Love the new roof. We were told that our satellite dish had to be removed to do the job, but if it needed to be realigned they would pay for it, they followed through. They also discarded the extra one at no additional charge. Would highly recommend them to others.

Our next door neighbor was using AAA Star, so while they were getting the roof on we had Dan come and looked at ours and sure enough we had a lot of hail damage. We went with them for how fast and cleanly they were while putting the roof up. Dan was awesome with working with the insurance company and getting the roof we wanted! Five stars aren’t enough for this company. We highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional job done.

**UPDATE** While everything below is true about the way Dan V handled my claim ect... the actual company gets 1 star.
Dan V came out and evaluated my roof as we have had some large hail roll through the area over the last few years. Dan was very prompt and professional. He gave me his expert opinion and helped me start the process with my insurance company. Dan met the adjuster at my house and showed him what he found on his roof evaluation. The adjuster agreed with Dan's findings and processed the claim. Dan setup shingle delivery and the roof replacement date. Dan stayed in contact the whole process. I would not hesitate to call Dan again. Great Job!

AAA made the whole process extremely easy and non stressful. From the sales team to the installers everyone was friendly and professional. Would and have recommended AAA to use for roofing needs.

AAA Five Star Contractor and Donald did an amazing job on our roof and gutter install. They assisted us with insurance approval on our 20 year old roof and all we had to pay was our deductible. We recently bought our new house, knowing that a new roof was going to be necessary in the near future. Jason and Jeremy came by my home in late December offering free roof inspections. We talked a while and that day we contacted my insurance to start a claim process. Within the week we had a full approval to replace the roof and a majority of work was completed by the end of January. Everyone I've talked to with AAA Five Star have been attentive, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and would recommend them to anyone looking for a local roofing contractor to perform the work!

He said that the roof held up well through the storm and there was no need to worry about a new roof at this time. He left me a card and went on his way. Had our roof replaced 2 wks ago and they did a great job. They were quick to respond, scheduled for new roof in 2 weeks and finished in one day. We had a great team of installers that started at 6:00 AM and they worked the entire day until they finished at 8:00PM. They even cleaned up everything when finished. Our salesman, Danny was there making sure they had everything they needed and that we were satisfied. Our previous house needed a new roof and we chose a terrible company that took 9 months to get right. The roofers left a huge mess and we were not satisfied. So thankful for this 5 star company. Thanks for a fantastic job. We will refer all our friends and loved ones.

AAA 5 Star took great care of us. 11 years into living in our home, we most definitely had hail damage but could not get our insurance company (past and present to approve it). AAA was polite and professional and most importantly NOT pushy. They were honest and said, they wouldn't waste submitting a claim at this time as it would not be approved. They promised to continue checking on our roof until we were good and ready to submit. They held true to that promise, coming by and checking our roof after every big storm. It took about 6 months but they never forgot us and I am happy to report in October of 2021, we finally received our new roof and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend AAA 5 Star to everyone, you won't regret it.

Had a feeling we may have hail damage from a previous storm. I knew our roof was getting to the end of it’s life so I decided to contact Matt and have him climb up and take a look. Sure enough, I had golf ball hail at some point. Matt walked me through every step of the way, including helping me talk to my insurance company, and him and his team were extremely professional. We just got our roof replaced with 5 Star. We had a great experience. Matt came out, looked at our roof, and identified damaged. I opened a claim with my insurance company. Matt and the insurance company worked together to get coverage. I only had to click a few buttons and wait. Matt came by to get a deposit and then final payment once the roof was complete. Our roof was completed ahead of schedule and it only took six hours. The installers were professional and efficient. I hope they liked the Gatorade my daughter brought to them. The roof looks great. I'm recommending 5 Star to anyone that I can.
