These guys did an outstanding job and I would recommend to anyone. Freddy and Ruben called me first thing Monday morning, got me a bid. I called 3 other roofers for bids. Two were outrageously priced and one never got back us until 2 weeks later.
Not only did Royal win the pride they were promote, professional every step of the way, and honest. I could have just replace the vents, but the roof was showing wear and I decided just to get it done. Once I made the decision they were on the job the next week and done in 3.25 days. Thank you for the beautiful roof and all the communication. On work even used a translation app to communicate; it was awesome. Very satisfied customer.

We had a very positive experience working with Royal and its team 01/2025. Our first interaction with them. From the very first call and speaking with Ruben to setting up the estimate along with the owner and looking at the repair job we needed done on our backyard awning went wonderful. They gave us choices on how to get it done right the first time. We accepted their bid and set the date. The crew arrived on time and was ready to go. Tyson and his coworker were great and very kind when I asked them questions and didn't make me feel stupid as the homeowner or that I was bothering them during their repair. Our home is only 18 years old, and we know it will be needing a new roof soon. Since they were already here, they gave us an additional bid for our future main house roof and explained what was involved. Ruben has been a star and took my calls every time and he never made me feel like I was bothering him and he NEVER rushed me about my questions. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend that anyone considering working with this company proceed with caution. While they may appear professional at first, my experience revealed significant issues that caused serious frustration. They do not itemize there quotes. When I requested an itemized quote they basically told me they can't do that, I told them I would purchase from them unless I saw what the charges would be. They finally agreed to send me and itemized quote. There prices are by far the highest of anyone I quoted. They had a $1500 management fee on top of the labor to install the shingles + the markup on the product. There communication is slow and there quotes disappear after a few days so you can't view them anymore. If you want to see your quote you have to reach back out to them and wait again for them to send. The process is very unprofessional. Glad I shopped around and was able to save thousands of dollars.

Two years ago we selected them to replace our roof, after a lengthy fight with our cheap @ss insurance they squeezed us in and got our roof replaced 2 weeks later. This was a relief after a 2.5 mth insurance battle. They were prompt, cleaned everything up and polite. The roof looks great and is still holding strong, we have already recommended them to people out in the Grangeville/Cottonwood Idaho area.

For a project as major and potentially intrusive as re-doing an entire roof could be, Royal Roofing pulled it off without a hitch.

One of our corn plants got accidentally mashed & that was pretty much it.

Constant contact & updates at every step of the process, and once finished, a finished roof to code.

The workers are courtesy and on time. The clean up after the roof was installed was great. Rueben in the office was great to work with scheduling and any issues that arose during the removal and installation.

I contacted Royal Roofing and talked to a rep named Ruben. He sent me a quote for a damaged roof repair, I accepted the quote and he scheduled the work. The day the work was supposed to be done they didn’t show up. I called their office and asked to speak to Ruben he would not return my call. No explanation no excuses they just blow of the job, I don’t know how a company like this stays in business.

My experience with Royal Roofing was dreadful. They delivered the wrong materials, proceeded to break and crack my driveway concrete, and dragged their feet about repairing. The ridge cap on my roof was not uniform even after they came back and claimed they fixed it. The workers were drinking beer on the job and then denied it when I addressed it. It was left up to me to find a cement contractor which I did so after waiting 4.5 months for Royal Roofing. There is a lack of communication at that company and then they had the nerve to send me the bill for the balance of the roof after I paid $8000 to have my concrete repaired. Do not deal with this outfit, they are unprofessional and lack people skills. Yea

Early in the COVID quarantine, we hired Royal Roofing to reroof our home. I called several companies for the reroofing and no one except Royal Roofing came through. Most did not even return my calls. Employees and materials were hard to find due to COVID but Royal had everything needed. Ben took charge, contacted me, immediately made the trip to see the house and got an estimate right back to me. The job was scheduled quickly, work done efficiently, and excellent follow up afterwards. We are very satisfied with every bit of their work. Special thanks to Ben!

Mike Chavez at Royal Roofing was terrible to work with on our commercial project in Moses Lake. Communication was horrible. Rarely returned emails. Voicemail was full all the time. Text messaging would take days to get responses. Crews didn't show up when promised. Left equipment on site for many months. Not going to contract with Royal Roofing as long as Mike is running the commercial side of the company.

Joel was quick to respond and gave a fair quote. There were 3 different levels to the quote and a nice variety if shingle color to choose from. He and Nick worked together to make our new roof experience as smooth as possible. The crew showed up early in the morning and got right to work. There was no goofing around. They removed the old roof and skylight, replaced the vents, fixed around the chimney, made sure that the tv antenna was put back properly (we never lost any tv signal!)and put up a piece of metal across our back awning so the rain water doesn't drip down. They worked steady all day and when they finished everything was cleaned up and the trash was taken away, you would never have known they were here. Everything they did was wonderful. I can't say enough about how professional the crew was. I highly recommend Joel, Nick and the whole Royal Roofing crew. Outstanding work in every way. Oh, by the way, the whole weekend after they finished, it rained. Not one drip inside, at all! I am beyond pleased with everything. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you Royal Roofing!

Royal Roofing did an awesome job on my roof replacement. They were quick, accurate, and meticulous. It was roughly 2 1/2 weeks from me reaching out for an estimate to them having everything completed. I highly recommend them.

*The customer service only lasted until we signed the contract. After that, they were unresponsive.
*Getting on the schedule was difficult. We were promised that work would start April 11. Then it got pushed back two weeks. Then it got pushed back again. We almost lost homeowners insurance because of the delay.
*They removed and disposed of our gutters without consent or communication. We got notification via text the day after.
*Office employees consistently no-show on appointments. We still haven't had our final inspection even though we scheduled it twice.

The product is good, but I can't recommend them in good conscience. I expect a contractor to keep their commitments. I know my project was smaller, but I don't like being treated like my business is unimportant.

From start to finish, Joel knocked this out of the park. He communicated with me every step of the way, and insured I didn't have any problems. The team were able to get our roof done in ONE DAY instead of the two that were quoted. i would definitely recommend anyone who needs a roof done to contact Royal Roofing. Painless at best!

I contracted with Royal Roofing to replace my existing roof. The work was performed ahead of schedule and on budget. The new roof looks fantastic! I also especially liked the online estimation and quote feature. My only regret is that I did not have it done sooner!

Royal Roofing was great to work with remotely. My elderly Dad, who lives in Richland, had just gone through a high-pressure sale with another roofing contractor who wanted to charge an exorbitant amount for his roof. I, who live in the Seattle area, intervened and canceled that contract and proceeded to talk with Ben at Royal. Ben was very accommodating and had no issues dealing with me instead of my Dad.
The roof was installed on time two days ago and my Dad couldn’t be happier. The workers that were on site we’re very polite, extremely hard workers, and they did a great job installing and cleaning up—and the roof looks great! There also we no surprise add-ons, or attempts to oversell something that wasn’t needed.

Royal Roofing was very professional and quick to respond. They were able to book me for a full roof replacement on my house and standalone garage within a few weeks of getting a quote, which was much faster than I expected. They were extremely clean and I haven't found any noticeable debris around my house (project completed in Nov 2021). When I noticed a few shingles that looked like they were lifting this spring, they sent out a technician immediately who corrected the issue. Great customer service!

We used Royal Roofing for an entire roof replacement. They were the lowest cost of 3 estimates, did a great job, and the communication was amazing! We had a lot of questions regarding materials and options to ensure the roof would last and they patiently worked with us and brought samples to the house. Upon completion they came by and walk it down with us to ensure we were satisfied. Highly recommend!

I have a new-built home with some shingles that are apparently less-than worthy. The shingles are not this company’s fault, nor was the installation, yet they have taken care of the issues for me without hesitation. We had wind damage last winter and these guys were on the spot with fixing what came loose. 10 months later and the same issue happens in what appears to be the same spot. These guys come out ASAP and fix the problem. To add to it, the new pop up wasn’t even the same spot, just the same area; yet these guys wanted to take care of their customer. Both times they also sent me pictures to show what they did, and called to explain, not just leave me to hope they did it. They didn’t charge me for the second service, but just treated it like a warranty, even through they didn’t have to! I like that kind of commitment to their customer base! I know who I’ll be calling when I finally get rid of the roof I was sold, and replace it with something a little more robust. I highly recommend these guys!

Had a very reasonable quote within a few hours after calling. An appointment for installation within a week. Great communication with the amazing staff leading up to and during installation. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and informative. They were fast, reliable and did quality work. Very happy with the way my new roof turned out.

Edit: i ended up refunded for the inspection, and got a formal apology from the estimator. While i didnt get what I needed from the service, at the very least i can appreciate the sincerity in making it right.

I hired them to inspect the roof of a house we had put an offer on. The roof was uncommon (wood shake) and was showing signs of age, so we needed an expert to come and tell us the age/lifespan remaining. The inspection that we recieved was worthless. They pointed to two (obvious) spots of damage that had already been spotted by the general inspector and absolutely REFUSED, even when directly asked, to give even a vague indication to the life remaining on the roof. I learned literally nothing, and am 400$ poorer for it.

On every level this company and its employees exceeded our expectations exponentially. We have an absolutely beautiful roof that was done on time, on budget, and is, frankly, stunning to look at. From the initial quote, to the final handshake, I’ve met some of the nicest most professional people you could imagine. We could not be more pleased with Royal Roofing.

Royal roofing did a fantastic job repairing my roof. We had a severe leak, and they came out and fixed it within just a couple of days from calling.

I work for an apartment complex in the middle of no where. Not only was Royal willing to come out, but they were out here working within the SAME WEEK. They were able to complete both the roof repair and getting a porch support beam repaired after it was completely ripped out by a tenants car.
While the crews were out they explained what they were doing and what they saw. They also broke it down for everyday people like me to understand.

Royal Roofing has been a great experience for our siding remodel. They have walked us through the whole process making sure that all details were taken care of. They were patient in helping us decide the products, sizing, and upgrades. They made sure were were satisfied every step of the way.
