Beautiful work ! I absolutely love it they were a month out of scheduling but they made it happen on the same day ! Perfect timing before the snow ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Five Stars for Five Star Gutters! Oscar did a thorough inspection of our failing gutters including the facia. He provided and honored an accurate and competitive estimate. Helped us select the proper color and shape to look right for the house. Designed a better layout to improve water flow and keep the house safer. Everything was scheduled and done quickly and exactly as planned. Wonderful company. Oscar was quick to contact us after we asked for an estimate. It was a small job, but he came out and made sure we knew that he took all jobs seriously, no matter how small. We added new gutters to our shop and redid parts on the house. Oscar even figured out how to add gutters around the sides of a pergola between it and the roof line. Other contractors wanted to tear down and rebuild the whole pergola to add space for gutters. Job was completed quickly and looks great.

All was good in the beginning and through installation. The problem came later when I noticed rain coming up toward the house right where the gutters are. Rain that seems to be dripping from the gutters themselves. I called Oscar and asked him to come back and take a look. He agreed but never showed. And that happened probably 3 more times. I eventually gave up but am still disappointed every time it rains. Wasted my money on this I guess

Initial interaction was positive and worked with my schedule on the new build. However gutters were short from ends by 1 1/2” or more. Additionally, when asked to return to add 2 new downspouts and address the short gutters, we were ghosted on the agreed date and time. Now gutters not only still do not flow to the downspouts, they are beginning to buckle.

I highly recommend 5 Star Guttering. They had great prices, a great selection of gutter options, were extremely responsive, and very nice to work with.

I asked my neighbor who installed his gutters and he gave me Oscar’s name and number. I called him, he answered and was at my house in less than half an hour. I received a quote the next day and felt is was reasonable. I accepted the quote and he was at my house the next morning to install the gutters. Oscar is fabulous, actually got our gutters a day early and they blend so well with our trim color. Fantastic job! Friendly, professional and easy to communicate with.

Added stretch of new gutter, replaced another existing stretch, and repaired a third stretch. Added leaf guards to all. Suggested changes to downspout placements that we hadn't considered; we liked the result. They pointed out things we should keep an eye on. Overall, they were on time, professional, personable, thorough, and quick!

He installed some new gutters for us on a newly constructed small building and then also did cleaning and repair of our home's older gutters. We started looking into getting gutters up on our house the summer of 2022 by getting quotes. The research I did said to beware of any company who gave you a quote without coming to inspect your home first. Several companies tried to do just that, but out of the two who actually came out to Prosser, 5 Star Guttering was the only one with a warranty on their work. Also, Oscar, the owner, was very friendly and personable. He strove to work with our needs and wants, and got our gutters up within a week of us pulling the trigger. He even got right out to us when I thought one of our inside corners looked wrong after the install (that corner was actually good). Oscar met with me and gave me an estimate. I talked about some upcoming concrete job that I was having done. Oscar explained in detail to me about how to properly trench the downpour so that things were done correctly and so that I wouldn’t have future damage! Out of three estimates he gave the best price and was the only one that told me about how to properly manage my future project. The other companies didn’t say anything. 5 Star Guttering installed rain gutters at our house, and we are glad they did! Oscar came to give us a quote with suggestions about the layout of the gutters. When we finally got ready to talk about installation, he came out to leave samples of the materials so we could choose colors. Since we needed to have the fascia painted to match the gutter color, he recommended Paint Pros to us. David from Paint Pros visited and gave us his estimate. He contacted Oscar so he could color-match the paint to the gutter. He and his crew came a day early and stayed late to avoid the next day’s wind in order to complete the painting of the fascia. Then Oscar and his crew came a day early to install the gutters, and they look great. He was easy to work with, flexible and friendly. He offered suggestions without being pushy. We moved into a new home and knew we needed gutters. I called Oscar for a quote and he came out THAT day and gave us multiple options about what we could do-talk about service! He also made multiple suggestions on material and provided pictures of previous jobs so we could get the look we were going for. It ended up saving us money and was a very affordable option. Even with materials being backordered he was able to get the job done two weeks ahead of time, and finished the job in a day. He did such excellent work! Oscar and Adam do wonderful work and it shows. Not only did they do our place, they also were hired to do most of our immediate neighbors after they saw the beautiful results.

Can’t believe the great reviews. I thought Oscar was very professional when I met him, as he arrived to give me a quote for gutters. That’s as far as the professionalism went. No quote received a few days later, then still no quote received even after I called him. I spoke to him personally to let him know I never received a quote and sent him my email address again. I don’t understand why someone would come by to quote me and then just never get around to sending the quote, especially when I keep reaching out and asking for one. Very lame business owner.

They really are 5star! Excellent service, prompt and very quick getting the new gutters bent and installed. The brown matches the trim well and downspouts are stout and where they should be.

We liked Oscar, alot. In that he seemed driven by customer service. Prompt, honest, professional.
...His installation crew, not so much! They are either color blind or just sloppy. Our job was done with different 3 colors instead of the one we chose (for the downspouts) He did replace the 'alternate' pieces so that the colors matched, but said the color on the sample did not match the color of the product.
Oscar was a no-show when he set up a time to discuss, so my wife just gave up and agreed to paint the downspouts!

We paid in full but would not use him again.

They did an awesome job on my gutter system! I personally wanted a custom touch to the look, bends, the color, and outlets. They were right on board and knew exactly what I wanted. They did a very professional job, with an amazing attitude and great craftsmanship.
