I am a Real Estate Agent and I have had great experience with Roof Maxx. I always recommend my clients give them a call. When I have needed bids or opinions they are always super responsive and work with my schedule to get what I need right away.

I had cheap plastic vents that were put on when our house was built in 2012. A big wind storm hit and one blew back and was flapping in the wind. Roof Maxx came and did a free inspected of all the vents. 9 or 10 of the vents were cracked.

They replaced them with metal vents which is the way to go. They told me the other 9 vents had no cracks and were fine at the moment. We ended up just replacing them all for peace of mind.

They also inspected our roof which they said looked good for now. I am planning on doing the Roof Maxx treatment in the future and start budgeting for when we actually need to replace it.

They are very honest and do not over charge like other big roofing companies do. If a big roofing company came to inspect our roof they probably would have told us we needed to replace the whole roof.

I referred them to do work at my wife’s grandmothers house and they replaced her cracked vents as well. It’s super important to have a free inspection because you don’t want cracked vents during snow season. That could cause all kind of damage and cost a fortune to fix.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. In the middle of a nasty cold spell, we had a burst pipe in the middle of our commercial building in the ceiling where there should never have been a problem. Once the pipe was fixed we realized that it was still freezing cold in that spot for some reason. Nobody was available to help. We got a recommendation for Roof Max from someone we trust and gave them a call and explained the situation. Within 45 min Marc was onsite and checking things out. He cleared any problem with the roof but did not just abandon me. He did some diagnosis as to what the problem might be and helped me to find the issue. (Exposed pipe in our attic that had never been insulated.) He cared enough about what we were dealing with that he asked me to call him when I found the problem so that he would know what happened. I found out he had done 10 years as a commercial and residential inspector before working at Roof Max and it shows. This guy was phenomenal. I get the impression, from my interaction with Jeremy, (the boss) that is the only sort of people who work there! I have another commercial building I am going to have to replace the roof on coming up soon and I know exactly who I will be calling.

This business does an amazing job and has great customer service. They always seem to be available, always show up on time and get things done very quickly. I highly recommend them for any needs and for them to check your roof. They also offer a roof treatment for a little bit of older roofs to extend the life of it.

Last summer, Jeremy and Pete replaced all of our old vents in our roof along with a new solar exhaust vent as well.
It was affordable and quick, and everyone was wonderful to work with.

I highly recommend Roof Maxx of Tri-Cities! I bought my home a year ago and Roof Maxx was recommended to replace the old brittle air and exhaust roof vents. They were able to schedule me in quickly and did an excellent job. Staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and treated my smaller job like it was as important as a bigger job. And I discovered they also install solar tubes. Great small business to support!

After a major wind event, we’d lost several shingles. Communication was easy, the crew arrived on time, was pleasant, and payment via email was simple. But those are all the basics you’d expect from any business, or at least you should. RoofMax went further. I’m fully aware our roof needs to be replaced, but I’m hanging on to do that when we add a covered deck, so basically asked for Band-Aid service. I was delighted to use Roof Maxx and their five year guarantee of service for replacing plastic vents with metal and sealing areas that needed it as well as the surface spray of the whole composite roof to keep it more pliable. The Tri-Cities location of Roof Maxx is operated by Jeremy and Peter. Peter came to the Walla Walla area to give me a roof treatment estimate. I asked many questions in an effort to evaluate the quality of service they provide. Their “no stupid questions” philosophy is impressive.
Today Peter treated my roof; after removing moss, replacing lost shingles and securing flashings around vents. He reminded me of the 5 year warranty and to call with questions anytime.
