Arising Restoration was a great help. I was experiencing issues with ice build-up in the outdoor condenser unit of my Daikin inverter heater and air conditioner, along with bathroom fan problems and a musty odor. Rafael from Arising Restoration came by on very short notice and was extremely competent in his work. He explained the causes of these issues and provided comprehensive guidance. While he is connecting me with an HVAC worker to address the ice build-up problem, he ensured that I could continue using my heater safely until the repair is completed.

Arising Restoration is amazing! After a hot water pipe under our house broke they dried my house out, then handled the remodel for us too! 10 out of 10 - would recommend them. The language of insurance companies is tricky and Rafael handled it all with grace and perseverance. So thankful for good people who walk you through hard times! Hopefully I don’t have to call them again but if I’m ever in need - they will be my first call!

From initial interaction to discuss work needed to the final visit to sign the certificate of completion, Rafael and his whole team were a pleasure to work with. As work progressed, we were always kept informed of the status of work and any changes that were necessary due to material availability. None of these issues caused a delay in work. I cannot recommend Arising Restoration highly enough! After a dishwasher leak caused major damage to my kitchen, I was overwhelmed by the mess and the process of getting everything fixed. Thankfully, Rafael and his team at Arising Restoration came to the rescue. They were incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire restoration process.

Rafael is hands-on and made sure every step of the process went smoothly. He and his team took the time to explain everything, kept me informed, and truly listened to my ideas and preferences for the redesign. Their patience during the design process was especially appreciated, as they worked with me to make sure every detail was just right. As you can see in the photo, the final result is absolutely beautiful!

They were also extremely helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance process, offering support and guidance that made things much easier.

He was really helpful throughout the entire process of drying everything out, demo, and rebuild, as well as offering to help with the insurance co. We didn't end up using them, but they came out same day to evaluate our basement after having a pipe burst snd flood our basement. We had taken steps personally to mitigate the damage, and they gave us an honest evaluation that we were doing everything they would have done and we could just keep doing what we were doing. They also took the time to discuss working with insurance for claims and give us rough estimates should we choose to start working with them to finish out the mitigation and remediation process. Rafael Rivera was fantastic and we greatly appreciated his time and honesty. We will definitely call them if we ever need their services and they will be the first we recommend to people we know.

I had a massive water leak that invaded my crawl space and entered my lower level of my house and into the garage. Rafael showed up very fast and came up with a plan of action. He left to get some equipment and I left to get a moving truck to store my belongings. He and his crew arrived before I got back and had already pumped a truckload of water from my crawl space and removed some large items from my den and had his dehumidifier running. Insurance decided not to cover it as it was considered “ground water.” Rafael and Arising Restoration left the dehumidifier for me for a few days why I dealt with insurance. He even offered to call on my behave and work some magic. Rafael is a real man amongst men. Thanks again, and God Bless you and your business.

Arising Restoration has taken care of me through a couple home issues. They are always ready to tackle the job and have great communication about what to expect.

When my house had water damage this winter, I felt really overwhelmed. However, after calling Arising Restoration, the owner Rafael, arrived quickly -within 2 hours- and walked me through the process.

He was prompt in starting mitigation and would keep me informed with updates as the process went on. He helped answer any questions I had and took the time to thoroughly explain things. When repairs started, he assisted with coordinating color schemes and provided recommendations.

Overall, he was able to get the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. He was professional and great to work with. Final costs were as anticipated; no hidden fees, either.

Rafael and his crew go above and beyond in my opinion. We suffered a house fire where we lost everything unfortunately and Rafael had the ability to go through and thoroughly check if anything was salvageable. Unfortunately nothing was and with my husband working full time and myself as a full time parent and entrepreneur, their clean up and removal services came in hand when we didn’t have enough time to remove things.

Rafael was our main point of contact, his communication was wonderful in text and verbal communication. He was understanding and took time to explain things for me, I prefer fine details and he was very patient while I was a bit flustered.

Price was exactly was he said it would be, no hidden costs, which was a relief as our family of five is on a tight budget with inflation and now recovering from the house fire.

Rafael and his team were absolutely incredible to work with. From day one Rafael kept me in the loop, provided regular updates to what was happening and what was the plan. I had worked with 2 other restoration companies previously on different claims so being somewhat experienced in the claim process with dry out and then the install I knew what to expect. His crew had my home dried out and completely repaired with in the month! I felt like his crew was not only friendly and professional but cared for my home and was careful for the belongings and the pet that remained on the property during construction! I highly recommend and would use for any restoration needs in the future. Night and Day difference experience from my previous 2 times, where was he when I needed him previously?!
