Royal Roofing did a great job replacing my roof after significant destruction from a tree strike. Their roofers worked quickly in very difficult, cold conditions to complete the project before an impending rain & snow storm. Yuriy had clear communication, realizes the importance of superior customer service, and stands behind the work after completion, even following up & coming by to ensure an HVAC venting job through my roof by another company was done properly a couple months later. We got hit pretty hard during the bomb cyclone storm this winter and the Royal Roofing guys came out right away to frame up a temp structure/tarp that would keep our garage dry. Royal Roofing did our barn roof, which was old and leaking pretty badly. They were able to come out very quickly, assess the job, and give us an estimate within just a couple of days of calling. When we chose them to do the work they were immediately responsive. We got on their calendar right away, they showed up on time and checked in with us to make sure we had enough time to move our farm animals before they did the work. They were really careful about the property and even let our animals back into the barn when it started to rain! The found a few issues that they didn’t know about and immediately told us, gave us their option, and got our permission to continue. The estimate was pretty much right on the money despite these issues. And today I noticed how dry our barn was! I highly recommend them!!
