Terrible communicator, took multiple texts after 3 weeks to receive a quote ; showed little interest in helping me fix the roof; came across as cocky; and finally gave me an OUTRAGEOUS quote because he wasn't interested in the job and when asked to break down the quote he said "I don't do a breakdown. My jobs are based on Sq footage."
Would NOT recommend. Greedy and cocky.

Great service and excellent work. My roof and home look amazing. John worked with my insurance company to make sure I received as much as possible. Trash was removed and yard cleaned up all on time. Excellent workmanship at an extremely fair price. These guys are true quality!

Royal Roofing came through for my commercial business with fast work, high quality work, and fair prices. They did three roofs for me in November of 2023. I was very pleased with the timing, the craftsmanship, and the clean-up. They have done four other roofs for me, and the workmanship has always been at an impressive level.

Very professional and personable. Very responsive to inquiries and on time for scheduled appointment for quote. Price was very good for the work we were going to have done. We elected to not have the work done at all and sold the home.

Did a fantastic job removing and installing my roof on our house. The price was right and accomplished in a timely manner.

Was told I needed work done by another place. Royal came inspected and found all was good.
No charge that time but won't hesitate to use this honest reliable place when I need roof repair.

Had a new roofing job with 27 sheets of plywood to boot. And only 2 years later the roof leaks and ruined the newly finished kitchen below. Everything is my fault. Nothing they did is the reason the roof leaks. Last I knew water didn’t run uphill. So if it’s not their problem there must be some water God making it leak.

They showed up and did a good job on my roof about 5 years ago. The roof still looks good and is holding up well. I would recommend them as they did a good job for a fair price.

Scheduling was easy, and they did a really good job cleaning up after the job was done. Haven't found a single nail.

In 2019, I called 3 places. Royal Roofing was the only response and owner was prompt for assessment. He gave me good advice to replace old metal roofing on shallow angle roof with rubberized material which has worked out well thus far. He and his crew arrived to work on time, had a great attitude and cleaned up after themselves. I also appreciated two other roof necessities they performed besides replacing the metal roof. I would hire Royal Roofing again.

While we didn’t use royal roofing they were very professional and timely in responding. In a different circumstance I’d happily use their services.

Great work!!! Royal roofing and siding removed and replaced roof,siding and windows. Didn’t find any nails on the ground! This complete outside wrapping of our extended cape house has changed heating and cooling costs by a 68% savings in electricity and heating oil!!!

Jason and his crew replaced the siding on my home. The job started ahead of schedule and the house looks great! They did a good job cleaning up.

WE did have a mix-up in communications, which was mostly semantic. The roof looks good and has had no problems since the attic vent was added and the shingles replaced about 6 years ago (+/-). If I needed roofing again in my lifetime, I would give them a call.

There was trouble from the beginning with some shingles falling off and also around the chimney. It seemed like I was calling almost every year to have someone come to fix a shingle or two. In the beginning John, the owner, was very obliging, but his son-in-law was helping him and he made it plain that he was not happy coming to fix these minor repairs. ( I agree, it should not have been an issue. ) He was very happy to inform me when the ten year warranty was up. After that, I paid handymen when I needed shingles replaced. I called John last year? to tell him how unhappy I’ve been with his product. To his credit, he said that if I had any other trouble to call him and he would send someone out. I have a few missing now still, but that’s on me because I haven’t called. The roof is less than twenty years old.

Metal roof install they were prompt. Friendly and very professional. Cleaned up their mess 1000 times better than any other contractor I’ve used for other projects.

Came when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up after. We had trouble with a leaky skylight and they came back and fixed it, no charge. Very good customer relations.

They arrived when promised, completed the job when promised and it looks awesome! I have recommended them to other people I know and will continue to do so!

My house has 3 roofs that has had constant leaking since shortly after moving in, mostly caused by the first person we hired to repair the issues including replacing all 3 roofs. Had Royal Roofing come out, and within about 30 seconds of standing on the one we still had trouble with they were able to tell me why the roof was installed wrong and we scheduled a time for them to come out and rip up the old work and put in a new one. They arrived when they said they would, the job was completed when they said it would be, and we haven't had a single leak since then. (Though it was a surprise when one of the guys came down after ripping up the old roof to ask if we were aware that the skylight had never been re-attached to the roof when the last guy replaced it; it was floating free under the rubber.)

Would definitely recommend Royal Roofing for anybody needing work done and while hopefully we won't need them again, we won't hesitate to go to them first. I got their info from a contractor friend who doesn't work on flat roofs and thought that Royal Roofing would be the ones to go to.

these guys are a cut above the best. im a tenant in a rental property with a roof that was so far gone and these guys made it new again always working hard when on the job cleaning everything up as they go couldn't ask for a finer job i would highly recommend royal roofing for all the roofing needs.

Thank you to Royal roofing and siding. They took 4 roofs off, put a new roof, wrapped metal around windows, fixed damaged wood, repaired around chimney, and sided the back side of our home. They worked tirelessly and got it all done quickly. They did a fantastic job snd were very professional. They also cleaned everything up after. It all looks wonderful!
