I had the pleasure of meeting Max from Rooftop Designs last night! He was very thorough and went over everything I needed to know in great detail! He was empathetic to my financial situation and worked hard to get me where I needed to be in able to afford a new roof on my home. The product is beautiful and I am so excited to see the new roof on my home! A huge thank you to Max and Brian for making this happen for me! I will be telling everyone I know about this company.

The service rep (Jeremiah) was very professional. He was not pushy and took the time to explain the windows and the pricing to me. The serviceman came and did a professional job and were very conscious of my property. They cleaned everything up behind themselves and did a walk-through with me to make sure each and every window (9) worked to my standards. I highly recommend this company.

I had a patio door installed and a walk in shower installed. They both look great the shower is awesome and the patio door is great not drafts at all . They cleaned everything like they never made a mess. Good people working for them very respectful.

I’ve worked with many contractors in the past remodeling my home and in some cases had some horrible experiences. I myself work on homes and am familiar with roofing. With that I just want to say how impressed I am on how thorough and professional the service Rooftop designs provides. The installation of my roof was flawless. I had a minor concern with my gutters and raised that to their attention and immediately they came back out and took care of it just as expected. That’s good work ethic. Thank you Jeremiah and Brian for taking the time to ensure the job was done properly.

Pitiful Pitiful Would never recommend Rooftop Designs to anyone. Pay alittle more and get a reliable contractor. I ordered a roof, 13 windows , fascia which I stressed to Gabe ( salesman) was my priority because it was rotten through and new gutters. The job was supposed to be done in 6-8 weeks. Took 16 weeks 3 days no communication, the roofers and their boss had no idea about the fascia. The gutters they were supposed to cap off the openings to the sewer(2) they put the downspouts in the pipe . Had to have them come back plus make sure if your suppose to have gutter guards they put them on, unfortunately I had the get a ladder to see if they put them on NOPE ! Had to send pictures and they had to come out again. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone trying to find out what was going on when it was going on 12 weeks, very frustrating I have never dealt with such unprofessional company. The one good thing is the window installation (DC Exteriors) was really great all around communication, measuring giving me a time frame, friendly did a very professional job. Answered all my questions and kept me informed. I would highly recommended them and run away from rooftop designs.Go with a roofing company that is in your city for one thing, rooftop is in Illinois and has their connections in other parts of the United States.Bel Air, MD. So how can they know what’s going on. Right there for final payment which was $3000 over estimate, had to ask what the $3000 was for.Very Very Stressful It took them 4 weeks after putting on roof to install gutters (4 weeks without gutters). I had to hire another contractor to do the Soffit because they didn’t put it in the contract even though I said I wanted it done.

Rooftop designs took amazing care of my home! We had several companies come work up estimates but rooftop was the only one that never made us feel rushed or pressured. Jeremiah was our salesperson and he was knowledgeable, thorough and professional throughout the entire process. The installers were FAST and our roof looks absolutely amazing. Cannot recommend them highly enough!! Planning on using them for our windows in the spring as well!

Rooftop designs did a fantastic job converting my old fashioned cast iron bath tub into a beautiful walk-in shower. My bathroom looks so beautiful that I can’t help but write a review for them. Thank you Jeremy Cirera for patiently explaining and helping me with the design, Dennis for answering last minute concerns, and to the crew who actually did the work. They were all courteous and very professional. The workmanship was better than I had expected. Thank you “Roof Top Designs” for a job well done.

I’m not sure anyone ever looks forward to replacing a roof. But what helps is finding the right company, which thankfully happened to me. Rooftop Designs came to the rescue. From start to finish everything was seamless. My contact, Brian Fuller, was fabulous. He really helped educate me on the process. A perfect and hardworking crew showed up on the assigned date and completed the week-long project. Their clean-up was meticulous. The day after completion, I had a follow-up call making sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. All in all, Rooftop Designs exceeded my expectations - so thankful…

Spent over an hour with Jay (James) at our property. We picked out roofing, siding, gutters, facia, etc. It has been 3 weeks and no quotes!! He promised a quote in 1-2 days!
What a waste of time!

Not very professional. Salesman Michael became rude after reviewing the price with me. I informed him I had two different proposals that were $4000.00 less than what he quoted. At that, he said there is no way anyone could possibly do the job for that price and demanded I show him the paperwork. I was able to get the job done and save $4000.00 by not using Rooftop Designs... Bottom line, get multiple estimates!

Working with Rooftop Designs was a very good experience. I would recommend them because the whole process from meeting up with the agent and getting a pricing down was very professional. They did an excellent job on the roof and garage.

This has been the absolute worst experience ever. Where do I start?

Leaving a generator and removing the old roof by dumping it on the grass, killing my grass… no resolution whatsoever.

Without being requested or invoiced, they changed downspouts to a smaller size (3”)… now water gets in my house (3 times since their work) and shoots out of the downspout seams. I have not had any flooding in over 10 years, until now, because I had larger sized downspouts installed (4 1/4”). No one at Rooftop Designs will actually listen to my concern and they keep telling me to produce an invoice for the gutters and downspouts, and they were only contracted to remove and reset the gutters and downspouts

My siding has been damaged because of the way they attached the downspouts.

Steve, a Regional Manager, sat in my living room while I explained the issue and then went out and looked at the terrible work that was done on the downspouts, in addition to looking at my home on Google Maps. He informed me that the office responsible for the work on my home had been replaced and that he would be getting back to us with a resolution. Since, he has requested documentation that Rooftop Designs was contracted to change the gutters and downspouts. I do not have this documentation because Rooftop Designs was not supposed to do anything but take down the gutters and downspouts and then reset after completing the roof.

Worst experience ever!!!

Michael, Sales MGR resolved some initial concerns and made this transaction make sense to go forward. Work some done timely and completed in one day. Crew cam early 7ish AM and completed b4 5PM with a complete cleanup. Thumbs up to Rooftop Design.

We were in the market for a rough and discovered metal roofing. We researched several companies and ended up choosing Rooftop Designs. Our representative, Justin, was remarkable to work with. He was responsive, professional and reflexive. Because we were spending a significant amount of money on our metal roof, we wanted to make sure everything was in order in terms of the product, installation, quality and expertise to deal with the intricacies of our roof.

I replaced 40 windows in my home on the lake we bought Provia triple pane windows with a custom painted window on the outside. We also replaced the front door and patio doors I love the products in my home. The process was easy and we got the best price out of the multiple estimates we received. Rooftop was always there to walk me through the process and answer the many questions and changes i made to the job.

My roof was replaced by Rooftop Designs last August. However, I'm experiencing issues with one side of the roof and the gutters. With the rainy season approaching, I'm concerned about potential leaks. I contacted them to schedule a fix, and the foreman leader, Juan, said he would get back to me with a date and time. Unfortunately, despite following up two times this week, I haven't received any responses. They simply ignored my call and text. I'm extremely disappointed. While the pre-sale team was excellent at promising their work, the after-sale service has been lacking. In hindsight, I regret not choosing a different company for my roof project.

I had Aaron come out and do an inspection and I was very impressed by the professionalism and the price. Our roof looks amazing!!

Our new roof looks fantatstic. Materials were delivered on a Monday and the roof was installed on Tuesday. Rooftop Designs did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them.

We had a roof reshingled. Rooftop designs sent out a team who removed the old shingles and reshungled the roof. The team they sent out were very professional and did an excellent job. They were quick and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after the job was completed. Both Rooftop Design and the team they sent out deserve a 5 Star rating.

We hired them for roof replacement, gutter replacement, soffit and fascia replacement - this was the WORST experience I have ever had with contracted trade work.

Left nails – picked up in truck tire, left around house with young children
Flashing from garage roof to the house looks bad.
Dropped old roof materials everywhere – popped inflatable hot tub, scratched/dented new gazebo metal roof. Still finding nails even after the workers returned to “clean up”

Seams and corners looked terrible – covered the base of the outdoor hanging light (can’t replace the light without taking soffit down.

Workers would say they will be on site at 0730 in the morning and then not show up until 1100…then leave at 3 o’clock or not show up at all.
Material dropped off on the grass where it sat for over a month (killing grass) until I moved it onto the concrete.
Complete job took over 4 months to finish.

I got my Roof done by RoofTop Designs and couldn’t be happier! The rep that came out named “John” was very knowledgeable and patient answering all of my questions. He worked with me to decide on which option would fit best for my situation. Extremely affordable and financing was a breeze as well! The installation team that came out was very respectful of my yard and garden. They cleaned up everything and were in and out in 1 day!

When I received an estimate I was happy because others were so much more exspensive and they did a great job. I even referred them to a co-worker.

Got a new roof put on last year march. This December got a few leaks and ice damming. Called and emailed them for them to send someone out never got a response. Only thing they said is that it doesnt look like leaks from the pictures i sent that its from not enough insulation in the attic. The one part that is leaking i dont even have an attic on that part of my roof. You can also see spots in the roof where nails almost went threw. Warranty is a scam!!!!!

My rental property in New Lenox, IL, had a leaky roof, and the gutters were shot - they leaked in several places. My wife gave me a flyer for a special that was being run by Rooftop Designs. They were offering free gutters with any new roof installation. I called the number on the flyer. Salesman Joe met me for the estimate. He was very professional and courteous. We went with the Certainteed shingle system because of the high quality materials and 50-year warranty included. We are very pleased with the job that was done, and we saved A LOT over the other estimates we had received. The free new gutters was the icing on the cake. I had rooftop design come out for an estimate, from the start they didn't seem interested in the job. I thought it was a pretty big job for them. Roof
siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and 2 windows. The salesman was there for maybe 15 minutes tops, he didn't take any measurements of the house only the windows. 2 weeks later still no estimate. No I wouldn't recommend using them if they can't even give you an estimate what makes you think they can do the job right ??

Our story is that we had a roof that had 2 leaks, hail damage and gutters that did not move water away from the house. In one case, water flowed over the gutter, ran down the sliding and came into the dining room and ruined the wall board and insulation. In another event we had ceiling damage in our master bedroom and our garage roof.

We got three quotes, but Mark from Rooftop Designs evaluated our roof and gutter problems, gave us accurate insight for what was causing those problems, spent an hour with us showing us materials and why we would benefit. He was the one sales rep that took the time and answered every one of our questions – He also noticed many issues the other roofers did not - Those sales reps were brief, vague on specifics, didn’t spend more than 15 minutes with me and didn’t follow up.

Scheduling for the roofing and new gutters went very smoothly – so did the installation. What I can say is that everyone was professional, on time and did an excellent job. There were no problems. Everything was done right the first time.

It’s been a month since we got our new roof and gutters. All water problems are gone. The house looks excellent, and we are very happy with the results. I would recommend this company to any of my friends, relatives, and business colleagues – Rooftop Designs is that good.
In Illinois, the cost of hiring someone to work on any part of a home is high – contractors usually want to charge too much for too little work and too little quality. Rooftop Designs fees were reasonable, and the work was very high quality. I have no buyer’s remorse for anything they did on our home.

Customer service was excellent, which not only included the office, but also my salesman Ron. I had to order a new roof, torn down to the studs. The roofers came early in the morning and completed the job by 2:00 p.m. the same day. They were very neat and cleaned up afterwards.

I found this company through one of those valpak mailers. I requested a consult through their website and got a call back to schedule within two hours. The consultant was very thorough in going over their business operations and our options. We love the new roof that we got done for both our house and our garage. After calling a few companies , we had our roof replaced with Rooftop Designs early this month. Everyone from Joe (sales) to Steve was a pleasure to work with. We ended up choosing them because of the quality product (Certain Teed) that they sold, and you can tell when a company stands behind the product they sell. On the day of install the team of guys were here early, did a great job with tear off and install even working thru some heavy rain downpours. They worked until 9pm to get the job done. Very pleased with the work and the cleanup was good. Certainly not the lowest quote we received, but when you look at the quality product as well as the wonderful installation that was done, it was worth every penny! I highly recommend this company !

I recently had my roof replaced by Rooftop Designs. Before choosing which contractor I was going to use, I got a total of 3 quotes. I chose Rooftop because they use high quality shingles Certain Teed, which I happened to you at a previous house and was very happy of the look and quality.
The work started pretty quickly after finalizing shingle selection. The crew was timely and very professional They kept landscaping covered to avoid damage and cleaned up on each day.
The job took two days and I was very happy with the final results. Within less than an hour after the installers left, I got multiple compliments from nearby neighbors.

Be warned, a tear off is noisy! Not their fault, just saying. Good quality products, and the replacement as painless as possible. Would highly recommend. They all were great to work with.

I echo the other comments--on time, well done, efficient and well priced. We had no plans to replace anything until a solar panel installation noticed some issues that needed to be handled quickly. They came out and gave us a quote and were in not too long after that.
