Brian Lewicki was hands down the best person to deal with during the process of getting a new roof from the start to the finish. He made it very easy to work with our insurance company and kept us updated from the time we first met until the time they would be starting the construction. Not only that but the construction crew was extremely careful about keeping our yard clean and picking up all debris before they left our house. We highly recommend Brian and Phoenix Exteriors to anyone considering a new room.

Overall a great experience working with Marilyn Gerardo to obtain initial quote for new shingles while removing solar panels and re-installing. Kept me updated throughout the process and ensured their work met my expectations. Would highly recommend their services.

I cannot say enough about how helpful the team at Phoenix Exteriors has been. We had substantial damage from a hail storm and Antonio was incredibly attentive to the situation. Our insurance company who has clearly spent all our money for decades on red shirts and celebrities dragged out the claim for the better part of a year. Antonio was there for all of it. He was certainly put through the ringer but never gave up and always put forward an incredible effort. Antonio demonstrated what a real professional should do when put into extremely frustrating situations, never losing his cool and always drawing from his vast knowledge and experience, even siting definitions from the insurance company's own manual to help back our claim. Antonio was always there for us, any time of day, any day of the week. I cannot say enough for how much we appreciated his work.
Juan, who oversaw the execution of our project is another member of the Phoenix team who I cannot say enough good things about. Juan was there to over see every aspect of the exterior project, which included replacement siding, soffits, fascia, and gutters. Juan was available for any questions or concerns during the planning and execution of the repairs, and has always made himself available. During the repairs, Juan was on site and ensured that the teams were aware of every quirk and detail of our project. Juan and his team were able to improve the fit and function of our exterior by recognizing where problem areas exist and if damage had already occurred below the surface was able to repair using best practices restoring structural integrity.
It is clear that the team at Phoenix Exteriors is well versed in best practices for exterior repairs. Both Antonio and Juan recognized where problem areas exist based on the design of our home and knew how to implement protective measures to ensure that the products they were installing would provide the best coverage to protect the structures below.

Phoenix Exteriors did an excellent job helping us after our home had significant hail damage in Feb. All we had to do was make the initial claim with our insurance company and Brian & the Phoenix team did the rest. We got a new roof, siding and gutters with little to no hassle and the Phoenix crew did almost all the work with our insurance company, did an excellent job with the installation and the clean up afterwards. They went above and beyond to correct / update things that were no longer up to spec or weren't done correctly by the original builders. Phoenix Exteriors recently did a complete replacement of our cedar shake roof. A large summer storm did major damage to our roof. We compared multiple quotes for the job. We chose Phoenix Exteriors. Our rep Antonio was great from the start. He met with our insurance adjuster multiple times to make sure the job was estimated properly. He educated us on the new and different types of roofing material and options available to us.
Once the project began, our foremen Troy and Juan, provided daily updates as to the progression of the project. With photos and video drone footage, on a daily basis, Troy and Juan would show us how things were coming along. Troy and Juan we class acts and we always felt like they had our best interests in mind. Great guys. We did have one delay during the project due to weather. But, Troy and Juan made sure the roof was covered properly so that no damage would occur. Great team at Phoenix Exteriors. We are very happy in choosing Phoenix. Thanks.

Phoenix Exteriors did my James Hardie siding install and they did a fantastic job. I have to admit that I wasn't the easiest customer to deal with. I was very particular with what I wanted and I had many special requests along the way but the team was accommodating and easy to work with throughout the whole process. I can't say enough good things about Antonio especially, who clearly cared about things being exactly to my liking and managed my many requests along the way. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

In December 22 I had a an unrelated report of my roof having hail and wind damage. I contacted Phoenix Exteriors via Google search for an assessment. Antonio came by the same day, did an assessment and shared options. I had the most difficult insurance adjuster. Took me 1 year, but Antonio was absolutely amazing. Patient with their asks, following through with the details and following up with them timely. None the less, in November 23 I got a new roof completely coverd through insurance. Juan & the crew did such an awesome job, it is perfect!! They even celebrated my kids birthday with a cake. For totally unrelated incident a third party was on my roof after Phoenix install. They appreciated the workman ship and said it was very well done. No up sell, no hidden charges, no nit picky. Phoenix Exteriors is the best company out there. Thank you!

My husband and I have had a very positive experience with this company. We had significant damage to our roof from a hail storm necessitating replacement of our roof. Our sales representative Lukas was very knowledgeable about his products and able to answer all our questions. He explained the process of coordinating with our insurance company. Our site supervisor Troy was indeed on site and directed the actual installation process from beginning to end. We appreciated the pictures in real time and the attention to final details (painting the vent pipes for example) and clean up of the property. Finally, the work was done for the price agreed upon in the time frame promised.

Phoenix Exteriors Roofing & Solar in Schaumburg, IL put a new roof + siding around a large skylight, and then installed solar panels on our roof. From the beginning to end, the job was well done! Troy B., Brian, and team were exceptional! Brian did a great job educating me on the various options and staying in touch. During the roofing process, Troy kept me informed every step of the way with texts, calls, photos, and in-person conversations. He was always the first person to arrive and the last person to leave. Additionally, he kept both my neighbors informed and in the loop on the work and made sure their property was minimally impacted and cleaned of any roofing materials. My condo association agreed to use Phoenix Exteriors for a new roof. Phoenix was the best on pricing, timely and professional all the way through the office folks, on-site managers and roofer subcontractors. The job was completed in one day. They were even kind enough to return after the job was completed to pick up some additional debris in the neighbors yards. This is my second time using Phoenix (the other job was personal) and the result was the same…great work all around!

UPDATE 5/24 - Although the install went smoothly, after barely 8½ months, the solar system stopped producing electricity - intermittently going down and the solar inverter incessantly beeping on faults. ComEd has disavowed fault as the solar inverter "faults" are within specification for allowable voltage in the state of IL. Repeated calls to Phoenix have been unsuccessful in resolving my issue; they are more focused on new installs (revenue) than existing customer service. Would be a hard "No" on recommend.

Recently got three solar proposals, and Phoenix won our business with their thoroughness & professionalism. Nathan & team explained the entire process, including the state & federal tax incentives, as well as acquisition alternatives. When it came time to install, the team(s) were prompt, thorough, and clean. Robert's electricians were terrific, explaining everything as they progressed. Approval & activation through ComEd went smoothly, and now we're producing lots of electricity not only to run the house, but build credits with ComEd for nights & cloudy days. Would HIGHLY recommend Phoenix for your solar install.

This was absolutely the best experience with a roofing contractor. Antonio is absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable about solar power, including Tesla solar panels. The roof inspection was flawless and Antonio took the time to explain everything. I have had other contractors but nothing compared to Antonio's thoroughness. Every question I had, and that's a lot, was answered by Antonio. Professional, experienced, and just out right honest. I would highly recommend this company for anything related to roofing.

Terrific people and terrific service. I normally don't do business with people soliciting by door, but I was intrigued by the "Roofing and Solar" on the truck, so I talked to Rene the Sales Rep. I knew I had some roof damage from a recent storm and I also had a solar system that would have to be taken down and re-installed for any major roofing work. Rene inspected the roof and encouraged me to file an insurance claim for the damage. Rene and Phoenix handled all the interactions with the insurance company and were able to show damage to the skylight windows, gutters and siding as well. It was super easy and low stress for us.

The work was dome super-fast and the results are beautiful. We spent the extra money to get Hardie Board siding and the Malarkey Vista shingles, and couldn't be happier with he results. Special shout out to Sean, the Job Site Supervisor, Cara and Nicole in the Office, and all the hard working men and women show swarmed over the house for three weeks to make it happen. I really couldn't recommend this company more highly.

Cara, Antonio, Juan, and their crew were fantastic throughout the entire process. A problematic dormer was removed from our garage, plywood/roof was quickly installed, and clean up was very thorough. The communication, efficiency, clean work, and attention to detail was impressive. Would recommend Pheonix to anyone.

The process was very smooth and professional. Nathan Hembree was very thorough with the estimate process, Cara Rojas was very timely with communication, and Edgar Flores was great with onsite communication and supervision. The crew was very hard working; they worked 13 hours the first day to make sure the house wasn't exposed to weather. The second day they finished a few things and did a terrific job cleaning up. We are very pleased!

I was in the middle of a logistical nightmare quickly approaching an install deadline for my solar project. I knew I needed a roof, but was under the impression my old roof was sufficient enough to install solar and then in a few years, do a roof replacement.

When the installers came out, they graciously informed me that whoever suggested that I could install solar on this roof was dead wrong. *imagine my surprise*

Eric called me after learning about this issue and his entire team has worked hard to make sure that my deadlines were met. Did they have to go above and beyond? No. Did they have to personally drive out samples twice on a weekend? No. Did they have to check on progress and paperwork during a vacation? No. Did they have to spend hours researching and fighting on my behalf with my insurance company? No. But they did all of this (and more).

As a homebuilder in the Middle Tennessee area, I have never seen this level of customer service and dedication from a contractor. I wish I had a Phoenix Exteriors when I was building down there!!

I was very pleased with the performance of Phoenix Exteriors during my roof and gutter installation. Cara, Rene, and Edgar did a great job of organizing and directing the work. They worked closely with my insurance carrier to get the work approved for insurance reimbursement. The work was performed as promised and they did a great job of cleaning up. Well done team! Don’t use this company for solar installations. The finished product looks awful. You can see the conduit on the roof, it’s not flushed and looks tacky. Snowing right now but I’ll update this review with pictures. I should have used my neighbor’s company. You can’t see the conduit. Phoenix said they will come and paint the conduit after but they have not. They also messed up my brick work when they trenched to the garage roof. Took forever to even get a hold of someone to talk to. Not very responsive. Stay away. If they ever paint the conduit or fix the brick work I’ll update this accordingly.

I had a great experience working with the entire crew at Phoenix Exteriors. My initial consultation with Antonio was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and could answer every one of my questions. Nicole was very accommodating and worked with my schedule when it came time to schedule my installation. The day, of Jose went over the scope of work and addressed all of my concerns. Juan was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. I think my favorite part was the lady who was constantly cleaning up all of the debris to make sure it did not get out of control and did not blow all over the neighborhood. Stay far away from this company. Worst consumer experience I've ever had! We are currently suing them just to receive our money back from this company. Their response below is a complete lie. They are illegally holding our money! We ordered a new roof from Phoenix Exteriors in late September. We had a signed agreement for a new roof with Corey Cross & our roof still sits unrepaired. I gave Corey a deposit of $5,496.61 Oct. 3rd & still do not have a new roof. Phoenix Exteriors refused to honor the contract & refused to refund. This is a breach of contract for nonperformance. My wife tried to contact Corey & Nathan many times & they did not return her texts or calls. Nathan said pay for ice & water shield to code. Original contract states that this & all repairs will be to code. Nathan then requested we pay $855 for chimney flashing. They agreed to repair our severely damaged soffits & then later tried to remove this. We were told the roof would be complete in about 4 weeks in late Sept. & now in February, they left us with a severely damaged roof. We told Cara Rojas that their company has breached the original contract & we need a full refund & ignored. Corey from Phoenix Exteriors also has in the original contract 5 free boards & Nathan tried to change it to no free boards later. This is yet another breach. Phoenix Exteriors failed to apply for the permit for this roof. We were asked in Oct. about a permit & told the permit would be ordered, yet Cara contacted us in December & no permit. This is another breach for nonperformance. I then contacted the owner, Eric Stanis. He refused to honor the original contract & refused to refund. He blamed us & told us to cancel the contract which they have already breached many times & he will charge us cancellation fees they will determine. This is theft. Because of their negligence and multiple breaches this contract has been null and void for months. The contract states that if acceptance is declined by Phoenix Exteriors for any reason, all deposited monies will be refunded by Phoenix Exteriors. They declined to abide by this contract & have declined to refund all monies. The contract also states that any modifications to this contract which change the cost, materials, work to be performed, or the estimated completion date must be in writing & signed by all parties. We never signed the proposed changes. Because these breaches on their part, we are owed our $5,496.61 which they are illegally still holding and refusing to refund. Phoenix is also lying when they stated funds are released. No funds have ever been released to us. Company later claimed they released funds minus their cancellation fees they will determine. The only funds that will be accepted to be released is the $5,496.61. Pictures attached are what Phoenix has left us with, including the highly stressful situation they created.

My experience with Phoenix Exteriors was off to an inauspicious start. I Only wanted a quote on gutter Installation but ended having Siding installed on 2 homes. Smart Sales Rep there! Nathan helped us file a claim which would have been challenging for older folks like us. I have to admit, it was stressful at times especially when you think you might end UP with a bill you do not anticipate or would not want to pay. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work done.They worked hard( kudos to Cara) to have the insurers pay more. And of course, a huge credit goes to Edgar who informed me and showed photos of the ongoing project. He worked with me re: damages incurred from the process of Siding Installation. He even replaced the new Window screens for me.Thank You!

From the get-go, Phoenix was terrific. Antonio was our contact man upfront and was very knowledgeable and informative. He successfully negotiated with our insurer to make sure that they covered everything that needed replacement. Our involvement in the process was minimal. Nicole was the scheduler and was very responsive. Edgar supervised the job very well and the workmanship seemed to be excellent (I don't climb on roofs anymore). Highly recommended.

I had a very good experience working with Rene, Juan , and Cara from Phoenix Exteriors. I had hail damage on my roof and they had been very responsive and accommodating in working with me with the process. As a first home owner going through my first roof replacement, this is extremely helpful.
As far as the contractors that they hire, it’s another story. The roofers had to comeback multiple day to finish my roof. There was a period where my roof was left half done for a few days before being completely finished.
There is also something to be said with the gutter contractor. He blamed me for not being able to finish the work since I cannot provide a power source to his equipment.
The contractors will also just arrive randomly without a heads up on my end so I was left either working around their schedule instead of agreed upon dates.
Juan was very responsive with phone calls and text and was able to play mediator between contractors and myself.
I would have given 5 stars if if wasn’t for the stressful experience with the contractors that they use. But overall I would recommend Phoenix Exterior if you plan to replace your roof.

Great experience with Phoenix Exteriors team of Daniel, Edgar, Nicole and Cara in replacing roof. Right from the first contact, working with insurance for claim, scheduling, following up the day before, multiple check ins during the work day as well as after completing the work was a such a different experience than the one I had the last time I did a roof replacement. The crew did a great job, using tarps in outside area, cleaning up afterwards and the whole job was done in a day. I would gladly recommed Phoenix Exteriors for roof replacement.

Met with Dan , the sales guy and had a great meeting to start of. Went through the process of a new roof and he worked with the insurance company and took care of everything. The materials were delivered about 3 weeks later. We had a delay on the skylight question , but worked through that. Edgar and his team installed the roof and skylight last week.. All done in one day. Went very well. All was cleaned up immaculately. They removed the dumpster the next day. very pleased with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience working with the Phoenix Exteriors team of Rene, Edgar, Cara, and Nicole. The entire process from providing drone pictures of the storm damage, insurance claim submission, very good prices and ordering of the materials, and scheduling the work was efficient and prompt. The roofing crew were professional, extremely hard working, did a great job covering the outside area with tarps and with cleanup afterwards. The new roof vents are color matched to the shingles and they even spray painted the roof white PVC plumbing vents to match the roof vents. Highly recommend Phoenix Exterior and I will not hesitate to use them again for future exterior home projects.

After fighting with Allstate, we finally got the money to pay for our new roof shingles. Based on online reviews we chose Phoenix. The reviews did not lie. They came within our budget to do the roof and porch roof as well. We will definitely choose them again when we are ready to do the garage. The job itself was done with quality and care. The below photo was taken after they did the roof l, but prior to them actually coming back and finishing with the flashing. Excellent job.

Had Phoenix Exteriors come out for an estimate on my roof and Juan Vazquez definitely exceeded my expectations. He explained the whole process from start to end and addressed all my concerns. The day of the roof installation Juan Vazquez also came and stayed for the duration of my installation. Everything was done the same day and I was very happy with the work Mr. Vazquez and his team did. If your looking to get your roof done, I recommend you go through Phoenix Exteriors you will not be disappointed.

I’m really glad I went with Phoenix exteriors. I had Nic come out and inspect my roof and he was very thorough and explained everything I will be looking forward to in filling a claim with my insurance company. Juan kept me updated days before due to the weather and they did an outstanding job on the roof and can’t believe how good they cleaned up with all the debris on the ground. The next day the dump trailer was still in the driveway. I text Nic about it and an hour later it was gone. That’s what you call customer service. Sales rep (Rene) was very responsive even after the sale. Worked with us on understanding quote and insurance for house and detached garage.. They also installed gutter guards that we had purchased elsewhere.

Phoenix offered to inspect our roof while they were inspecting a neighbor's. They submitted their report to our insurance company and continued to work with them throughout the initial process. They also took care of obtaining a building permit and filing the plan with our town. There was one issue that was in question after the installation. Phoenix was prompt and courteous in fixing it. Gutter installation was delayed, but the individual who did the installation was very professional. A shoutout to Cory, who was our contact throughout the process.

I am very pleased with the work Phoenix Exteriors recently completed at my home! We had hail damage in early September. We were offered a free inspection, including dozens of drone photos, within days, which resulted in the need for a complete replacement of the roof and gutters. Corey was our initial point of contact moving forward, including establishing a dialogue with our homeowners insurance company. He and Nick put together a very fair contract that addressed all of our needs. Nicole was the coordinator for the scheduling from the office. She provided a timely schedule for the work and kept us informed of any adjustments. The care they took to protect our home and property during the work was very thorough. The cleanup after the job was amazing! Amy served as a "behind the scenes" contact and helped keep the communications moving forward, and Nathan was the one who met with us on Zoom and visited the house in person to take measurements and review our current electrical system. He was articulate and patient when explaining the process and bid, and maintained professionalism and a friendly demeanor throughout the lengthy process. They have a very good product and excellent financing.

Phoenix reviewed damage from a recent storm and worked closely with our insurance company. We were very happy with the work and clean up when completed. Definitely recommend Phoenix for your next project.

Stay Away! I paid 10k for a new roof and a year later it was leaking again. While it was under warranty they claim it was due to excessive snow and would not fix. Now no one returns calls and I have to spend another 3k for repair because the botched the job. Unbelievable. Steer clear.

We had already been denied re-roof coverage by our insurance when Zach Guerrieri from Phoenix Exteriors knocked on our door. Explained that to him, but he was not deterred at all! Inspected the roof, took photos and began to contact our insurance. They balked at first, so he came and took more photos, and just would not give up! Zach was like a bulldog, and my insurance adjuster on the claim finally gave in. I can’t say enough about him! Also very professional, knowledgeable, and affable! Spoke several times with Cara who handled the scheduling and paperwork. Just like clockwork. Edgar Flores was our crew manager and he was great too. Even worked around our schedule to acommodate our needs! The job was fast, on time, and respectful of our property. Pro’s from end to end. We're well pleased, and the upgraded shingles and new skylight are beautiful! Nic did a wonderful job explaining the entire process to me and helping me to initiate the claim with my insurance company. He was very patient with all of my questions and the delays we faced with getting the proper endorsements on the claim check. Once that was all done, it has been exceptionally smooth sailing.

The Phoenix Exteriors team setup all the permits with the city on my behalf. Juan and his crew arrived on time on the date of the install. They put up mesh and posts to protect my landscaping from debris as they cleared the roof off and handled the job. They raked and used a leaf blower to clean the gutters and and debris that fell from the gutters and roof install. Juan was on-site the entirety of the install, and Nic was also on-site to check on how things were going.

They really did an exceptional job on this install and keeping my lawn and landscaping free from debris. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend.

They will be returning to replace our downspouts later in the week and will update again at that time.

The crew was very respectful of my property. If I had any guestions or concerns they answered right away. They listened. The job was done very professionally and am glad I went with the company.

Phoenix Exteriors came out and solicited their services at my home. The representative said they would do a roof inspection, help with claim and follow up with insurance company if claim was only partially approved. Hesitantly, I did agree to sign up with them.

The roof inspection consisted of inspecting the lower level of the roof. 75% of my roof is on the second story of my home. They did not get onto that portion of the roof or even use a drone to inspect it. I had to make the phone call to the insurance company to file the claim. When the independent adjuster came out to inspect the roof they were present, but not very vocal. Insurance company only approved a small dollar amount which did not exceed my deductible. Once Phoenix Exteriors were notified of this information they fell off the face of the earth.

My recommendation to those looking to utilize their services would be to file a claim on your own. Based on my experience I felt that I pretty well did this anyways, but signed an agreement with Phoenix that if I was approved I would use their services for roof replacement. By going on your own you can then utilize a local roofing company that is more established in your area.

In any case always do your own due diligence and make your own decision.

Phoenix Exteriors replaced my roof and I have no complaints. They completed it in a normal 8 hour work day. They were professional, very nice, courteous and honest. They helped me through the insurance approval and beyond. Shout out to Dan, Juan and Cara! Thanks guys!

Used Phoenix for a new roof. The process from start to finish was made very easy on the homeowner. One key to that was the responsiveness and open communication I had with Xavier my sales rep. He kept me in the loop the entire time and answered every question I had. I could text him nights and weekends and get a reply. He made sure I was comfortable with the project scope and well informed. Cara in the office was professional and explained the insurance and billing aspect in plain English. The installation crew was excellent. On time, finished when they said they would, and left the area very clean.

They went out of their way by accommodating a request just a week ahead of a planned trip away to avoid the noise. They took care of everything and cleaned up perfectly even offered to pay for plants crushed by solar panel crew that was not so neat and careful (another company did the solar part).
Very pleased and highly reccomend.

recently we had a new roof installed. the crew was on time, well seasoned, professional, and very attentive to every detail. Edgar the project manager was onsite for the entire build. He explained what was being , how it was to be done and why. he definitely was an asset to have onsite. I want to take the time to recognize Michael Steadman with his great skills of customer service and presentation. From the beginning I did sense and recognized Michael's professionalism and genuinely. Michael put up a solar panels solution for my house, I was impressed by his his skill to pay attention to details and answered my questions straight thorough without any sales tricks.

Nathan Hembee, Energy Consultant for Phoenix Solar, was a true professional. He took the time to explain the process in a no pressure manner and answered questions to the best of his ability. While the timing was not right for us to make a decision to install solar panels, we will keep Phoenix Solar in mind in the future.
