My roof had a leak during the recent storms. They answered right away and were able to come out to my house the very next day. Arthur came out for a free estimate, climbed on my roof and gave me a very easy and cheap remedy to my issue. There was not even a hint of an effort to try and sell me services I did not need. I would trust him to come fix any future issues or needs that arise.

We had a random door-to-door storm chaser come inspect tell us we should replace the whole roof after some hail. Got a small leak soon after, assumed the worst. Wanted a second opinion and we found Roofing Aid here on Google. They did say the only specialize in full replacement via insurance claims and were happy to come check it out. They were able to come out the next morning and showed up right on time.

He was very honest and professional and told us we absolutely did not need any major repairs and the roof is in great shape. He found two small potential leak spots, fixed a popped nail and sealed the dryer vent flashing for us.

Contacted Roofing Aid to schedule a free estimate to have a look at my roof. Arthur Walsh arrived was an absolute excellent representative. Appointment was scheduled for 12noon and he arrived 15min early and ready to help. He took a look at my roof went thru all the details of the current condition, the affected areas and what would be the process to submit a claim. Some times it's tough to gauge if a business is out to get your money or even attempt to scam you but after working with Roofing Aid and Arthur Walsh in no way shape or form did I feel a bad presence or any uncertainty for that matter. I filed the claim myself, and it was denied by my insurance company. A friend of mine recommended Roofing Aid. The company's roof inspector checked out our roof and gave us about a 50% chance that he can win this claim. We went for it and I’m very happy that I switched to them. They managed to get it approved in 2 months with a couple of inspections. Now I have a new roof and I would definitely recommend this company.

Arthur looked at my roof and determined the copper roof over the window area is what was causing my small leak. He does not do this kind of work. But this didn't stop him from looking over the whole roof, told me roof is in great shape. Pointed out a few areas that could use a bit of silicon. Was really honest and patient. Didnt charge me a penny. I plan on using them for sure if and when my roof does need replacing. Also the lady that called me yesterday to take down my info was very nice!!

Today I asked for an estimate to fix a roof leak. RoofingAid came out the same day, made an inspection, then fixed the leak.

In addition he showed some things that the original roofer did poorly, and what problems I will be experiencing with the roof. This was before I told him that I had been experiencing several of those problems for the last few years.

I loose shingles every time winds go over 50 mph. I have had 3 roof leaks, and the roof is less than 10 years old. Eventually, I will have to replace the roof.

The representative was early for the appointment, was professional, and knowledgeable. RoofingAid gets a thumbs up, and will get an opportunity to get my eventual roofing job.

І was told that because I have a difficult roof which has some skylights, chimneys, valleys and high pitch I have to be prepared to spend quite a bit of money. Arthur of Roofing Aid called me immediately after I put out a call for the service I needed. I was surprised of 2 things. First he CALLED me to tell that he is going to be late for about 10 min! Second the price he gave was way cheaper than others. I had some quotes almost a double of his price. Arthur gave me 4 options on shingles. From cheapest to the most expensive. I choose the most expensive one because the difference was only $650 for the entire roof. So I had my concerns but his reviews convinced me to go ahead with him. 9 people on jobsite finished my roof in 1 day. I appreciated that the team supervisor was on-site all time to make checks throughout the job. The work is very good quality and great value relative to many other Chicago contractors. I am extremely happy with their work, and I am strongly recommended Roofing Aid to everyone. Btw when the job was done I asked him why his price is so good compared to others. He told me that the main reason is that they specialize in roofing only and probably I didn’t ask the right contractors.

What a great experience! I had storm damage and Arthur and his crew saved my day. He was extremely helpful all along the process. First of all we had a roof leak that no one could identify. Roofing Aid was the only company that had shown us our roof problem. So they fix it. But we ended up replacing our whole roof as it was covered by our home insurance. And they waved that repair cost. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. I'd absolutely recommend them to my family and friends.
