First time customer here. Initially I didn't knew nothing about roofing itself, so when I called Canga roofing for a second opinion on the condition of my roof, I got to meet Tony. Tony was very thorough with explaining everything of what's going on my roof structural condition. The process was clean and right to the point. Carlos and his team at Cagna Roofing went above and beyond for us! He came out a week ago to give us a quote on fixing some siding that was letting water in. We planned to leave the country for three weeks, but the night before our trip, a heavy rainstorm hit, and we had a ton of water come in through the siding. Well, Jon took care of all the requirements they needed and did a superb job going above and beyond. Will use Jon and Canga Roofing on future properties and recommend to my colleagues.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The manager, Tony, tries to intimidate you by getting loud with you when you voice your issues with the unprofessional work the cheap labor crews they contract do. I did over $35,000 of work, between a new roof, new fascia, new soffits, new siding, and new gutters,with them including $10,000 out of my own pocket($25,000 was paid by my insurance company). The issues began from day one when I discovered the wrong color aluminum rolls were delivered which delayed the job until the following week. The crew that was doing the job did a bad job wrapping the windows, front door(most of the front door area was left with the old wrap), patio door and garage door had to be rewrapped after I demanded it because of the massive gaps the crew left when they first wrapped it. I had to have them tear off and repeat the soffits on the front area of the house because it was installed incorrectly the first time. And another issue I had was with the gutter apron which they had to remove and reinstall because it was raising the roof shingles. And finally I caught them trying to install soffits where the wood was rotten and needed to be replaced. Like I said, terrible experience.

Be careful before you get this company they will rob you financially we were working with Jose , also extremely rude convincing you to sign the contract and promising you to get everything including gutters and downspouts, at the end saying theres no funds for that and charging 2 deductibles under one claim . DONT TRUST THEM be aware

Was working with a young man named Christin, was very helpful and professional, this was mid fall 2023 and by the time things got cleared from the insurance it was December. I talked to Christin mid December about sighing a contract and told him we'll set up a date after the New Year. A couple of days later he calls me and said his supervisor (Jose) wanted to talk to me and he put him on the line, well he was the most rude, pushy, threating person I have had the pleasure (not) of talking with. He proceeded the bagger me about sighing a contract that week after I told him I had made arrangements for after the holidays to do so, it didn't matter to him and told me I would have to pay a 20% cancellation fee if I put it off so I told him to F__k off and hung up on him. a day or two later I called Christin and told him we would still meet after the holidays to take care of business. So all was good with him. about a week later I received a bill for the 20% of the estimate. well that went straight to the garbage and a couple of week later I meet with Christin and a different supervisor and sighed a contact . Long story short the roof got done this spring, Installation crew was great I'm happy with the final product. Now I'm waiting on the warranty paper work I was told I get it after all insurance money was paid, which it has been about 3-4 weeks ago. Talked to someone in the office a couple of week ago and was told it would be email to me in a day or two. well her we are 2 weeks later and still waiting. Think long and hard about using this company, you have to fight tooth and nail for no reason.

This company is absolutely wonderful. They did a beautiful job on my house. My roof looks absolutely amazing. I have been working with Jeff on this project and he did an awesome job. Jeff also kept me up-to-date on everything, from every minute, from every moment on anything that happened. The companies workers were very nice and very polite. I would Recommend anybody and everybody to go through this company. They treat you very nice. I’m so happy that I Could do business with them.

At one point i had a company try with my insurance get my roof done but it was denied. That company didn't want to give it a second try. Cangas Roofing came along and they got my roof to be approved. Worked on looking for a specific color that my wife wanted for the roof and i showed them a house with the roof color, They made it happened. Wife was happy for it. So i end up sending them to my mothers house for them to get that roof done. Same scenario on hers. Roof was denied from a different company but with Cangas Roofing, they made it happen again. Mother got a new roof. Both houses where done the same day. Work started around 7am and was done around 4pm both houses. Now that's what i call DOUBLE TIME.

Had some work done and let me tell you, it went very well from start to finish. Carlos and the team gets it done. Highly recommended.

Jeff and the crew at Canga did a great job and were extremely helpful throughout the process of our claim. They worked with our appraiser to get us approved with their knowledge of the industry. Including successfully negotiating to include a full replacement of our detached garage when the insurance wanted to originally just patch. I would highly recommend at least having your roof looked at if these guys come knocking.

I would definitely recommend this company. Jeff G was our guy and took me through the whole process for my new roof. He pretty much did everything from assisting me with my claim all the way to a follow up after all the work was complete to make sure i was satisfied. Their installation team helped me with fixing a broken roof rafter and installing a new attic fan that i wanted at the last minute. Jeff also was able to scrape up a few extra bundles for me so i could shingle my shed. Good company and great guys.

I must say Christian has been exceptionally on point with everything! I was hesitant at first but he has went above and beyond to assure everything he promised came to pass! I highly recommend Canga Roofing to come and get the job DONE!

Jeff!! Thank you for a great experience! From start to finish you were honest and professional. You made this process easy. Jeff (Project manager) came out as promised and it was up hill from there. I did nothing, but sign the Insurance check and select what color looks best for the roofs and Jeff helped with that process. It took less than 3 weeks to get me approved through my Insurance. Jeff came to my house on the same day that the claim was approved (for a new roof for my building and garage) He sat patiently with me and helped with the selection process. He assured me that he would take care of me and he delivered. Jeff dealt with the Insurance company and even got the work permits done in no time. My project was completed 3 days later. It took only 8 hours for both roofs to be installed and that includes clean up. The roof looks great! The crew arrived before their scheduled time and quietly began working. I am forever grateful for Jose at Canga Restoration. I had water damage in my home for several year coming through my living room and kids room on heavy rainy days. I was unsure if my insurance company could cover the situation since I didn’t know how this was happening or where it was coming through. Jose is a fighter and he will fight for you and represent you against the Insurance companies. I assure you this. He was very persistent and on top of what needed to be done. He responds quickly when you needed him and also with the insurance companies. My insurance was a tough one but he made sure we got what was deserved for our damages. If you need a public adjuster he is the best at what he does. We had our roof and siding done with Canga Restoration, let me tell you they did a fantastic job. I had the roof done in less than a day and the same for the siding. I’ve seen work done around my neighborhood that’s taken a few days but with them my neighbors were complementing on how fast their workers came in and got the job done. Several years ago Canga re-side our home and did a wonderful job, Carlos even worked with our insurance company. Recently our village removed our exterior water meter which left a gaping hole in our siding by our front door. I call Ruby at Canga, sent them a photo, they quickly replied with a reasonable quotes and with in a couple days they replaced the siding and it looks better than ever. Canga replaced our roof and siding. Initially, our insurance company refused to pay, but Canga was tenacious, and eventually maximized the insurance money to make our project possible. Once approved, the crew worked hard to complete the job efficiently. They were respectful of our property, and cleaned up thoroughly. When we had small issues related to the install (several nails that inadvertently came through the interior wall), the crew at Canga quickly addressed the issue and repaired the drywall without question and without leaving drywall dust behind them. Tony was available to respond to questions at all times, even well into the evenings. The entire crew at Canga was professional and we recommend them without reservation.

I would not consider doing business with this company. I have had two problems since the roof was replaced in the same area of the roof. I have made several attempts to contact someone to address the issue, but no one will return my phone call. The customer service at this company is far from professional!
