Great American owned company that we don't mind doing business with. Everything was done in decency and order. The crew took approximately 12 hours - started at 7:30 am and finished at 7:30 pm! This time frame included removal of old, installation of new, and clean up! We were amazed! And big shout out to our 'roof dude', Tanner, for working with our insurance and getting this done in such a timely manner.

With the crazy weather we had a few weeks ago the guys came out today to do a free roof inspection, they were thorough and professional, They provided clear photos and honest recommendations without pushing unnecessary repairs. We had an insurance claim job, which was intimidating and partly confusing to get started at first.
We had a few quotes, companies that didn't show up or wouldn't get out for weeks. But Ridgeline Roofing was extremely fast and made it zero stress. They were efficient and an absolute pleasure to work with through the whole process! We dealt with Byron, Sam and a few others directly during the process, they all were understanding, professional and helpful.
As far as the actual work on the roof it was done professionally and timely of course. No complaints at all.

Process was great, immediate response to request for quote. Tim did an awesome job with the repair and went out of his way to go pick up the best shingles for us. Tim explained all repairs in detail and showed us the pictures he took of before, during and after repairs.

When a branch goes through your roof, and heavy rain is forecasted for the next two days, what do you do? Call Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. Our experience with Ridgeline was great, Mr. Tanner was truly one of the best contractors I've worked with, they did a great job, followed up consistently and were extremely professional and courteous in every interaction, would absolutely recommend to any friends or fam! :)

Way too many issues. Expected damaged siding to be replaced. They used bondo instead without communicating. Could have done that myself. I recommend getting details in writing with quotes as they seem to be purposely vague. Worst of all they charged my credit without my authorization when I attempted to dispute lack of work completed. Byron was responsible. When I cited GA legal code to remind him this was illegal, he offered a refund and an updated invoice due to be paid in 24 hours. Horrible.

The young man Kyle was personable and did a good job checking and explaining what was found. He was on time and professional.

Brett knocked on my door and offered to inspect my roof to create a file so that if there was any damage, we could start an insurance claim.

Turned out I didn’t have any storm damage and Brett told me that. He explained that the photos he took would help after the next storm so that the insurance company couldn’t deny it based on it being older damage. I’m definitely going to be calling Brett the next time there’s a big storm in the area. I was impressed with his honesty and that he didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.
