I was super impressed by the high standard of customer service that I received from JD when he came to inspect my roof. He checked the problem areas I was concerned about and even took pictures to show me the condition and then showed me other areas that I did not know were damaged. He offered me solutions and options and was very professional. I will definitely call Roof Lab for my future needs.

The company was nothing short of spectacular taking care of my roof issue. I had a full thickness hole in my roof. Garrett and JD were professional, efficient and kind. Sam, with Roof Lab offered to inspect my roof and I'm glad he did. I was worried about the condition of my roof and wasn't sure who to talk to. Sam didn't pressure me, and was very curtious and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions about the condition of the roof and when I will need to get the shingles replaced. Now I can stop worrying. I will call Sam with Roof Lab because I'm confident they do quality work.

I’m so grateful for RoofLab!! We found a leak and after calling a few companies (1 was booked and 2 were out of business) I found RoofLab and they squeezed us in with an appt the next day and 2 days after that they had our roof repaired. We were under pressure as we were flying out that Sunday and they were able to prioritize our dilemma and made it work for us. Sam and Garett were great and Sam was great and returning my texts promptly. I highly recommend this company for any roof repairs. I will certainly use them for all my roofing needs.

JD came to my home and did a free evaluation and examination of my roof. He was very very professional and kind and took the time to explain everything as well as having lots of pictures to back up what he was saying. He gave me lots of references in my area and offered to help me with whatever I needed to get the claim filed and the roof done. He’s even volunteered to come out when the adjuster comes from my insurance company. I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend JD.

Ben was a pleasure to work with. Roof Lab gave me the most affordable quote and glad I chose them. Ben was very knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. He ensured the work was supervised and the finished product was right by me. He answered all questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The crew was very talented and did the job right however the cleanup could have been a little better. I would recommend them especially for those on a budget or have little to no insurance help. Sam was very friendly and professional during the roof inspection. He explained what he was looking for and was honest about our roof being in good condition. I will definitely call them if I have any issues with my roof in the future.

The inspection team was extremely professional and were very respectful. They inspected our roof for about 1/2 hour and made me aware of a small issue with 2 of my roof Jack's. They came back to my house and made the repairs. With the repairs made and all information exchanged, they spend a little but of time with me on showing a couple of places to visit in Tennessee. This inspection team was fantastic and very fun to deal with. They will be my roofers for time we are in this house. You guys are AWESOME!!

The two gentlemen who came out to assess and repair our roof could not have been nicer or more helpful and their kindness was heartwarming. They did an outstanding job on our roof. I would recommend the establishment to my dearest friends and family members.

Impressive team, Ridgeline Roofing. Attention to detail must be part of their motto. The roofing team that arrived to replace my roof arrived at about 7:00am departed by 5:00pm.
Did I mention attention to detail, worked like a fine tuned Swiss clock. Ripped the old shingles off and immediately began the new install..laid tarps on the ground all around the edge of the house to collect roof trash as it was torn away, one group picking up shingles, roof tacks and what ever else..
Clean up was also impressive.
Afters collecting up the tarps with all the shingles placed in a dumpster the brought on site. I counted a minimum of three different guys, with heavy duty magnets rolling all around the house picking up any metal tacks.

Dealt with us honestly, zero pressure, focused on my satisfaction. Supervisor was on site through entire installation. Supply drops and appts were kept and on time. Attention to detail was evident in from first contact to final walk through a few days after install to ensure we were satisfied. Would use again, and recommend without hesitation.
