Dave Torres and his crew were a pleasure to have do my roof. They are to be commended for their professional work ethics.

David and Briar were super professional and took care of a minor leak on the spot. Superb customer service. I highly recommend them for all roofing needs.

From start to finish, options and selections to clean up, their team did a wonderful job making sure everything was handled properly and in a professional manner, especially Dave Torres. As the rep for the company, he made sure all aspects were looked at and addressed so the job ran smoothly.

They do not honor their warranty. They did not replace rotting / loose decking and roof continues to leak. They returned twice to seal the corners with silicone but it still leaks. I emailed Dave in Jacksonville on December 20th and he responded that he would stop by to check it out. He never came so I emailed him on January 23, no response. I called another roofer to get it fixed. The other roofer told me he would have to rip up the roof and replace it as it was done incorrectly. I called the corporate office on March 8th, April 22 and May 14th. Each time I was told someone would return my call and come fix the roof, no one has called. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Needed a leak in the roof repaired. After having multiple companies come out and give similar estimates, I went with Roof Crafters due to the extensive warranty provided. Peyton, the estimator that reviewed our issue and the primary POC for Roof Crafters was a pleasure to work with. He came out to the house and took several photographs via drone, explained the issue, and gave us multiple options to choose from. At no time did he try to pressure one product over the other. Instead just explained the details of each product. Since the roof would most likely need to be replaced within a few years we went ahead and did a reroof instead of just repairing. Throughout the entire process Peyton kept us abreast of what was going on and what to expect.

The reroofing itself took only a day for a 2000 square foot single story house. A few visits afterwards by the site manager were completed to wrap up minor details (picking up left behind nails, painting, etc…)

Since The Repair there have been several storms that would normally trigger the leak but the reroof has resolved that issue. The 50 year warranty provides peace of mind and also reduced our home owners insurance.

This company gave me an overpriced estimate. Over 1000$ to replace 4 shingles on a roof that is only 3 years old and has no additional damage. Shingles blew off from wind. I got two other estimates and the highest estimate I received was 400$ and the lowest was 200$. Both those companies told me the job was a simple fix which I don’t doubt because my neighbor does roofing and also told me it shouldn’t be more than 500$ max. Then roofcrafters comes in with a 1052$ estimate. I wouldn’t recommend making them your first choice & definitely get more than one estimate from multiple companies.

We dealt with Brian Triplett from RoofCrafters. We were pleased with the level of service and professionalism shown by Brian as well as their employees. Their products and workmanship are excellent. They may be a little more expensive but definitely worth that little extra.

Roofcrafters repaired a leak in our roof due to damaged flashing around a chimney and replaced the chimney caps for us. They were one of the few companies that would work on our steep metal roof and did a great job. They got the repair done in a day and took progress photos for our insurance (with timestamps - very helpful). The only problems we had during the process were with getting our permit approved. We live in a historic home and therefore have extra steps, we were told it would all get done in about 10days but it ended up closer to a month. Roofcrafters was very communicative once this issue was identified. Overall, the repair is complete and we are thrilled to have our leak patched!

Randy came to the house, inspected the roof and repaired several spots which were left without silicone by the builder. He spent over 1.5 hours and refused payment for what he called minor repairs. He is not only kind but professional and on time. I will not hesitate to use the company should other issues arise.

Had a leaking chimney that was becoming a huge headache. No need for us to have a fireplace in NE Florida. So, I enlisted the help of Dave Torres with Roof Crafters. Everything was thorough and the price is what I expected. Chimney was totally removed and roofed over in no time. Climbed up there these last couple of heavy storms and see no signs of leaks anymore.

Kevin just performed a roof inspection for me and was very professional. He is knowlegeable and took the time to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered and understood. Recently I found a leak in my garage and looked online for a top rated roofing company, this company came up. I called Friday, (3/18)Saturday and within business hours and got no response. I tried again on Monday morning and finally got a ahold of someone to come out and inspect on Wednesday (3/23). I advised them that it was a active leak and needed to know what next step was, mind you we were expecting heavy rain that week and needed this expedited. Inspector came out and took notes and advised me that he would be in touch. I have yet to receive a estimate for leak. Ended up calling another company and they give a estimate and addressed issue same day.

Everyone was very friendly but professional and helpful!! I love my new roof they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend this company’s services to others. They all communicated quite well with me, keeping me updated and my roof was finished quickly but perfectly!!

Came out and did a inspection and said there is 0 life on my roof! VA and other companies say it still has 8-10 years.

I would like you to call me about your review and about your investigation about my roof. This has caused allot of problems because it was done wrong. To say a roof has 0 life left on a inspection is very uncalled for and saying that the roof is falling apart and about to give in. Especially when other companies give it 10 years life .

Andrew is AMAZING!!! When our insurance claim was denied and we were looking for roofers. No other company was willing to give us options. They all said we only do architectural roofing shingles and we can't help you. Andrew understood our need and gave us good, better and best quotes. I called RoofCrafters after receiving my Inspection report from the buyer of my home. They requested that a shingle be fixed near my chimney prior to closing. I was able to schedule an inspection appointment with Kevin for two days later. On the day of the appointment, he called to see if he could come 30 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment which was great. After inspecting the issue he said it would be a quick fix. He took care of the repair in just a few minutes and gave me an invoice for $0!! The service and professionalism of this company is unsurpassed. Noticed a leak coming from one of our bedroom vents. Contacted RoofCrafters and was able to get someone out to our house to look at our roof within 24 hours. Kevin Mills was able to identify the leak around one of the connections on the roof and apply roof tar to seal the area. He did this quickly and free of charge. Amazing service.

Dave was my initial contact with an inspection and estimate...and honestly I got bids from 5 other local companies so the decision boiled down to who I felt most comfortable dealing with. What impressed me the most was his upfront honesty when he told me I would probably get "lower" estimates...which I did...but for the long term investment like a new roof, competency, truthfulness, and quality outweighs the cost. So our home owners insurance came by and took pictures. They said they could tell we had shingles lifting and the roof needed repair. We just moved in and the house is only 3 years old. When I first called the lady on the phone asked me to double check the roof isn’t still under warranty which was a good idea to start. Turns out it is not covered. Then Kevin Mills and another guy came out to my house, ON TIME, and we’re very professional. They got up on the roof and inspected it for free! Turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the roof. They even took high-resolution pictures and drone pictures and wrote me up a report to send to the insurance company. I feel like any other roofing company would’ve charged an arm and a leg, or made up damages to fix, but these guys were very straightforward and honest. They aren’t going to screw you over. I HIGHLY recommend using them!!!

Thank you Alex for coming out and inspecting our roof. Your knowledge and professionalism was very evident. We had a drone inspection conducted on our home which indicated possible damage to our shingles and after explaining that to Alex she took the time to inspect both the roof and our attic to determine if there was any damage. After her thorough inspection, she determined there was no major damage that would warrant costly roof repairs or replacement, and was kind enough to send a report stating exactly that. These Guys Are Incredible!!!! Firstly, they do NOT leave you waiting for responses or arrivals. Kevin came to our home on a Thursday to give us a quote. They were on our roof that Wednesday and were COMPLETED with removal and replacement of BOTH our home and detached garage the NEXT Thursday! One Week TOTAL from estimate, to finance approval, to permit, to dumpster delivery and to COMPLETION of ROOFS & CLEANUP!!!! They were beyond prompt, courteous and RESPECTFUL of our time and property!!!! Standout Performance From Kevin & Randy and Crew!!!! I just wanted to get an estimation for the leaking from the top of roof today. Kevin Mills came to here and uses a flying drone and he also came up to the top of the roof. He found the problem is from the top window box and that is not roof problem. He took the photos those are showing me which area is the problem the leaking. I was thinking that is a roof problem but it is not. today was very hot but he did a good job for me. very kind and very professional.

Our roof needed replacing, RoofCrafters was up for the task! Their staff were professional and very helpful. They provide all the details needed for our HOA; took care of obtaining all permits and documents; and were always available to answer questions! The RoofCrafters team was on time each day and made sure to clean up all the discarded materials and especially the nails! Would and will recommend to anyone that has a roofing issue!

Following the roof replacement at my home I was impressed enough with Roof-Crafters to issue a 5 star review and recommended them to my daughter. The issues that arose with my daughters roof replacement are outlined in the letter submitted to the owner below. To date, David Owens has not contacted me or my daughter concerning these issues. Mistakes will happen, that's understood, ignoring your customer when they do is not the mark of a respectable company. The rating has been adjusted to reflect that.

Dear Sir,

Roof-Crafters replaced my daughter's roof a couple of weeks ago. She is a young first time homeowner and I felt comfortable having had a good experience with the work done at my house. (Roof-Crafters replaced mine in April)

Dave Torres has been the primary point of contact. Dave has consistently conducted himself with professionalism and been excellent about returning calls and texts.

My daughters house is located in a small multiplex community in which all of the units are painted the same color and have roofs that are some variant of brown or tan. This was the only significant stipulation that was discussed with Dave during the meeting when the paperwork was completed and signed.

Unfortunately the shingle color “Shakewood” selected by my daughter was not the one entered on the form. “Birchwood” was entered instead. (see attached sample sheets) Shakewood is brown, Birchwood is silver.

The two names are similar so the mistake was not caught by Dave, my daughter or myself.

In addition there is a seam between the neighboring home and my daughters that was not correctly transitioned. (See attached photos).

I have discussed these issues with Dave and he is attempting to come up with a solution for the seam but was not able to resolve or offer any options for addressing the issue with the color error.

The color remains a significant issue that I am now respectfully escalating to your attention.

Please let me know what options are available that include some culpability and remuneration by Roof-Crafters.

Two best-practices would go a long way in helping to prevent a repeat of this type of error.

Include a small image of the shingle chosen on the form that is signed by the customer.

When the shingles are received for the job and prior to installation the foreman should text a picture of an open pack to the customer to have them verify that it is the color that was selected.
