My roof is 17 years old and had hail and storm damage. At first, my homeowners insurance turned down my claim. Luckily, I heard about Roof Crafters from a friend of mine. That's how I met Nick Wagner with Roof Crafters. For the first time, I felt I was in good, honest hands. Nick was knowledgeable, honest, and always returned my phone calls in a timely manner. He kept me updated on the process, organized an adjuster who fought for my claim, and went the extra mile helping me navigate through the whole process!! I could not be happier! I would recommend Roof Crafters, and especially Nick, to anyone! I live in the Spring Hill area, but I understand Roof Crafters is doing work all over Florida! One years ago, my celling began to has problem, but nobody know why. The problem is getting big, so we asked roof company to give some idea. The first one worker doesn't sure why, but he ask $250 to clean my gutter. i don't agree with him, because I had the problem before I put my gutter. So i called " RoofCrafters" for a free inspection. Mr. Torres came and found the nail on my roof. He solved my problem, but he didn't charge me. He is very nice, so I want to give him a great feedback.
