We had the roof replaced by a different company and everything seemed fine and then water poured in our bathroom during hurricane Ian. We got them to do some repairs but couldn't get them to repair the roof. Nick (from RoofCrafters new Smyrna office) came out and inspected it and sealed the effected area and addressed any concerns we had and gave us some recommendations. In the future if need anymore help, we'll seek RoofCrafters.

Excellent service and followup through the process with proposals, permitting and completion of a full roof replacement.
Everything solved both professionally and on time, both before and during the installation.
Great workmanship throughout, and left everything nice and clean upon completion.

Choosing a roofer for your property in Florida when you live in Maryland can be a challenge. I selected RoofCrafters and I'm so glad I did. My roof was 17 years old and had hail and hurricane damage. Luckily, a friend of mine recommend Roof Crafters, especially their associate Nick Wagner. Nick came out to see my roof just a few days later. He looked at my roof, took pictures, took the time to explain everything and made me feel at ease. When my home owners insurance gave me a hard time, Nick gave me the number of an adjuster who helped me get my claim approved. I can not say enough good things about Roof Crafters, but especially Nick Wagner. Nick is professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier! I would recommend Roof Crafters, and especially Nick Wagner to anyone! As I understand, Roof Crafters does work all over Florida - so if you need a new roof, give Nick a call - you will not regret it!
