Our home is approaching 25 years old and after replacing our AC system, we knew we needed duct cleaning as well.
Unfortunately, many of us don’t think about regularly cleaning what we can’t see and AC ducts are one of those things.
I was SHOCKED at all of the nasty dark dust/pet dander/dirt and who knows what else they removed from my ducts.

They arrived on time for an appointment to clear a clog from our dryer vent. Prior to my appointment, they called me twice to try to fill a cancellation (I liked this because my issue was resolved faster). Upon arrival, they explained the work to be done, discussed payment, and got to work. They didn’t waste time and respected our home. Any mess they made along the way was completely cleaned up. After completion, they explained their findings and collected payment. The entire process was about an hour.

I’d call them again if I had issues later, and I’d recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

Breathe Cleaner Aire actually delivers on their name. I am definitely breathing better air in my townhome. Bill had detected mold and mildew in our hvac duct work and setup a treatment plan. Techs Hunter and Austin laid plastic over furniture. Registers were removed and taken outside to soak in a cleaning solution. 5 hours of ozone cleaning to kill all of the spores. 1-2 hours of ductwork brushing and vacuuming. Sanitizing fog was sent throughout the system. Thorough hepa filtered vacuuming of the entire unit. The cost was much more than other ductwork cleaning, but it was well worth the money. It makes my home so much more comfortable for my wife, me, G’kids, family and friends.

The team from Breathe Cleaner Air FL came to our house and explained every aspect of what they would be doing during the service. They very carefully covered furniture before they removed the A/C vents, which kept all of our house clean (except the floor!). All of the vents were cleaned, as well as all of the ducts. The vents were replaced and sealed, and the team did a great job of cleaning up the floor. What a great experience from the only company recommended by our A/C installer.

Arrival was exactually on-time. Furniture was protected, registers cleaned along with all duct work, air conditioning system evacuated and captured, cleaned air handler, sprayed biocide through air ducts while running, recharged system and cleaned up all remaining dust. Looks and smell great!

We had Breathe Cleaner Aire Fl out a year ago to clean all of our vents and treat the air handler for mold/ mildew. The experience was seamless. Everyone was friendly, efficient and very professional. As recommended, we had them back recently for a yearly refresh treatment in the air handler to prevent any mold and mildew. We could not be more pleased with the people or the process and the cost was very reasonable.

First, the results of the duct cleaning: there is a noticeable and favorable difference in the performance of the heating system, which should also improve the air conditioning as well. I used an infrared thermometer and measured the temperatures at the ceiling registers before the cleaning and after. The discharge air temperature had increased by approximately ten degrees after the cleaning. The airflow out of the registers was noticeably stronger. The workmanship of Hunter and Austin was commendable. They worked in a professional manner and answered all questions. They also provided advice on system utilization, which I believe resulted in the system performance increase. I recommend this company.

I’m 71 years old, and this project went as smoothly as any of my best. I called the number, and Bill, the owner answered the call. I informed him I thought I had a mold problem, and fortunately he was close enough to come to my house that afternoon.
He was extremely professional with a friendly and outgoing personality. He explained his findings in a way I could understand, made recommendations with explanations as well as rationale.
One thing I particularly liked was he was a man who has many experiences in his life. I felt he could probably do anything he wanted to do in life, and chose to build this business. He has a very professional group of employees who again went over the plan. They covered anything needing protecting and cleaned up afterward which seems to be a “lost art” these. Bill showed as they were starting, said hello, and went about his business. I was extreme pleased with the whole process. I was initially impressed that not only did the owner call me back (same day) but also came out to my house (same day) to thoroughly explain their services. The guys came out today (on time) and did an AMAZING job. They were all professional, pleasant and very respectful of our home. Breathe Cleaner Aire did an amazing job on cleaning out our ducts. They started by covering all our furnishings, hand washed and sanitized all the registers, cleaned each vent duct at least two times, sanitized the whole duct system and cleaned out the dryer vent. Hunter was very courteous and professional and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with everything he was doing. I'm very impressed with this company and highly recommend them!

There are companies and then there is the company. This is the company I assure you of that. They are extraordinary in their approach to detail and communication to their clients. I was left feeling that I was taking care of in all aspects of something that is very important to one's health and the health of their family" clean air". There's a lot more to it than one thinks. Once they started to identify the little nuances and the little things that are really big, especially when it comes to cleanliness and dealing with microbes and different types of bacteria that infest our air systems, I was like aghast.

I found Breathe Cleaner Air in the Money magazine. They answered on my first call. Bill the owner came out very polite and professional. Gave me a little background about his company, a detailed description of everything they would do and how. The type of equipment and products they use. How long it would take and the total cost. I told him we always get three quotes and would get back with him. He emailed his quote the next day. I later called they set up my appointment for October 26 at a convenient time for me.

His tech Hunter called that morning ask they could 15 minutes earlier. He and Branden were punctual, polite and professional. They went over the contract and explained everything they would do and how long it would take. They covered all areas before starting. After completing the work they vacuumed all areas to my satisfaction.
I would highly recommend this company to others. Their price was comparable but they did more than the other companies offered. I plan to use them in the future..

Breathe Cleaner Aire Fl cleaned our air ducts yesterday (10/28/23) and we are very pleased with their work. They were on time, covered the furniture in each room and went about their business professionally. They cleaned up every room and replaced whatever they had to move to get to the vents. When they were finished they walked us through each room and asked if we were happy with the results or did we need them to redo anything. Bill Stewart and his team (Austin and Hunter) performed an Ozone treatment and ductwork cleaning in our Fernandina home built in 1985. They were hard working, knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing odors in their home as we had a musty/wet smell that we could not locate. My duct cleaning was scheduled for 9 AM and the crew showed up right on time - which was a great start! I asked them how long it was going to take, and they said it be 3 to 3 1/2 hours and it took them 3 hours and 15 minutes. The crew did everything they said they were going to and did a great job. When they finished, the crew leader walked me around my house and showed me exactly what they had done and asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. All in all, awesome experience!

Bill returned my call promptly and explained the process. He the inspected system called me back and set a date for the work.
The process went like this. Friday Bill inspected our home while we were away. He called me back with a proposal, we set a date for the following Monday at 9 am. At the appointed time his crew called and said they were there. I remotely let them in. Two hours later they called and said they were finished locked the front door and left. Bill picked up a check the following Monday. Done! Right! On time!
