Overall Wyatt did a terrific job designing, permitting and installing our backyard lanai screened in cage. As most construction projects do there were a few challenges. Wyatt was attentive in resolving those issues and listening to my concerns. I look forward to working with him again on our next project. Finished product met expectations.

Wyatt’s contracting did a great job putting up a composite roof for us at a reasonable price. This is the second project Wyatt’s contracting has done and we’ve been happy with both.

- Permits and supportive docs for HOA project approval.
- A beautiful 3 panel sliders replaced our French doors to the lanai. We selected Home Rite for our sliders (ICI home) and couldn’t be happier with the door quality and installation.
- We enlarged our lanai with pavers from Temroc. Excellent site preparation and installation by the Wyatt team.
- After very positive references, we decided to replace our 22+ yr enclosure with a picture view frame. Spectacular.

I can’t even begin how much I love our new screened in patio! I got my three quotes but the professionalism of this company far passed the other companies I searched out. Kevin came out and gave great suggestions which we ended up adopting and the porch and flooring turned out more beautiful than I imagined it would be. We just had Wyatt's complete a pool enclosure and brick paver patio. I contacted Kevin Rehberg, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, who promptly came out and provided a very reasonable estimate. Kevin made some great suggestions that we accepted, and the price was very reasonable. The work was competed when Kevin said it would be and when I had a question, he always responded. What I really liked was that Wyatt's always notified me when something was about to be done on this project. Whether it was the day for inspection, material deliveries and when the crew would show up, I was always notified. Also, if for some reason there was a change, I was notified. The crew who completed the work was outstanding. They worked like a "well-oiled machine," led by crew leader, "Ronnie." Ronnie and his crew were respectful of my property, courteous, hardworking and built my enclosure to my satisfaction. The workmanship was high quality. I highly recommend Wyatt's Contracting Services.

We love our new patio extension! Wyatt's Contracting Services was patient with us when we had issues getting approval from our HOA (our HOA's fault, not Wyatt's). We are happy with the finished product. The final invoiced price was within 2% of the original estimate. Wyatt was recommended to us by a friend, and our friend's recommendation was a good one. I would recommend Wyatt's Contracting Services as well, and we will be happy to give them more business in the future if we decide to make any more improvements to our home. For some reason, the website didn't list Jacksonville as an area they service. I'm not sure if they've changed that or not, but be assured that they do indeed service Jacksonville.

I haven't used Wyatt Contracting YET, but I most certainly will after meeting Sage, a Wyatt employee, at the gas station where I was putting air in my car tires. I discovered a tire was punctured, and Wyatt offered to put my spare on until I could replace the tire. I could tell he's a fine craftsman and a good man, and I think he must be a reflection of Wyatt Contracting Services. Thank you!

I scheduled for this company to come out and give me and my wife an estimate for an entertainment built in. Wyatt came out and said it was going to be a three month wait. We told him that would be fine. He then proceeded to ask how much we were willing to spend. We followed up and told him we were open to spending for quality work. After Wyatt took the measurements, he said he would follow up with some plans and ideas via email. Wyatt never followed up as stated. So, we decided to take our business elsewhere.
