Had my heatpump/airhandler replaced June 20th of this year and I'm completely happy. The technicians were very professional and explained everything to me after installation. I would highly recommend this company.

09/03/2021 Complete HVAC System plus 1 new duct installed in the master bath.
Do Not Us Ed's Comfort Solutions! They have NO solutions of any kind! Most days they don't even have qualified employees for appointments.
The unit they installed in hung and has NEVER WORKED! Yes it was installed in 2021!
They made the mistake of sending us a past due bill with atleast 50 red past due stamps! Real Professional!
Summer months the air will shoot up to 80 plus everyday. My husband just retired after 40 years as a Union Electrician IBEW Local177, he refuses to touch it because we PAID THEM TO INSTALL A WORKING HVAC SYSTEM!
We've hired a qualified company to clean up Ed's Solutions MESS! And now an Attorney to help us with our next move.
Please do not give Ed's Comfort Solutions your hard earned cash!

Had the great pleasure of working with Daniel C, yesterday. AC went down: Newborn, wife and two elderly folks in FL so you know we had to move fast. He was nothing short of professional and kind, I stuck with him to try to pick his brain and learn all I could about the AC unit and condenser. He was very patient with me and in the end got my AC up and running for my entire family. We are very satisfied with the results and will continue to employ Ed’s Comfort Solutions in the future.

My A/C went out on Father’s Day & Charlie returned my call to ECS within 1/2 hour of me leaving a message on the after hours/on call line. I can't thank Charlie enough for his dedication to making sure I was not without a/c in 90°+ temperature. He ended up having to make three trips to fully troubleshoot and fix my a/c, showing real commitment to resolving the issue. It took a few times working thru some deferred maintenance first replacing a very worn capacitor. A/c was working and cooling down before he left but ended up increasing in temp again so he came right back. He also trouble shooted that my wiring & motor were working in the opposite direction than then they should have been, thought that fixed it but after temperatures cooling then rising again, he came a 3rd time & finally found what the issue was.

Charlie was thorough & courteous. It’s rare to find someone that willing to make sure things were right these days, especially when having to come back multiple times. If you need someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job, Charlie’s your guy. Highly recommend!

After having a different company "fix" my ac system, they had wired a new motor blower in incorrectly leading to more issues, Michael Johnson from ECS showed up and had my AC system up and running in less than an hour. Micheal was professional and courteous the entire time and the price was more than fair. I can't thank Micheal and ECS enough.

Called ECS for repair on my Trane unit and they were at my house promptly to diagnose and the issue. They got the system up and running quick, which was awesome considering it's starting to get a bit warm this time of year. Everyone I dealt with, from the on-call technician, the technician that came to my house (Michael J.), and the woman I spoke with over the phone were all friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. ECS also worked around my schedule and was even willing to work on the system while I was not at home. If any future issues arise, they'll be the first company I call. And when it comes time to replacing this unit (hopefully not for some time), they're going to be my first pick. Keep up the great work ECS! We were coming in from Ohio drove 15 hours to find out the a/c went out and Charlie was over for after hours call at night with in 15 minutes from our call. Our Trane AC system went out over the weekend and we called ECS and left them a message. They called and were out the first thing Monday morning. Had it fixed and the house temp cooling down in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional. I think our repairman was Michael.

I had to call for emergency service Saturday of Easter weekend. The tech was able to come out and repair the A/c with a very short wait. He cleaned up after any work and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. This is a complicated house and Charlie got right to work figuring it out!

Jonathan was awesome. Came out knew what he was talking about. Gave me my options and had the problem fixed within an hour. I had literally called ECS one hour before Jonathan was at my door. He found the issue and was diligent in making sure the the motor was ordered. He said it could take until the Monday after a weekend. However, I received a call from him on this Friday and he had the motor. He arrived and was once again diligent in ensuring the motor and fan blades were installed. Use ECS, tech's., and office staff above the pale, best contractor I've used.

Our AC was working but not really blowing cold air. I called on a Friday after 12 p.m. The receptionist was able to get us in same day. Jimmy Legare and coworker came in around 1 p.m. Our coils were frozen because low on Freon. He was able to thaw coils out enough to charge up system. With in 2 hours of letting coils thaw we were up and running again.
My mother and the wife's mother and her adult brother live with us. So for them to get to us quickly means the world to me.
I will be calling them again and referring them for future business.

This is a fabulous company with terrific communication, ease of payments, and very timely and punctual. Daniel was a very professional technician. I highly recommend them!

Would 100% recommend ECS to anyone. They came out and did an estimate right on the spot and answered all my questions. We recently had an issue with our condensing unit. EDS sent Charley out and he diagnosed the problem very quickly Working with our schedule to make the repair he was able to get this done almost immediately. There was clear communication throughout the process and highly recommend.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I had a problem with my AC and they were the first company to have same day availability so I took it. The guy came out and said I needed a new capacitator and he replaced it. Said I should be good. Thankfully my house never got that hot and the AC only need to go back down 2 deg. However it took over 7 hrs to drop 2 deg. I called to asked cause that didn’t seem right. They told me that it was cause it was so hot outside. All week my AC was constantly running never taking breaks. Eventually it had trouble holding the set temp, I didn’t trust them after getting the run around so I called another company. Turns out the first tech put in the wrong size capacitor, and it was slightly low on refrigerant. Two ac bills later I finally have a fixed ac no thanks to Ed’s comfort solutions.

My unit upstairs stopped working this afternoon.I called and within the hour they're technician Jamie was at my house.He found the issue was a clog drain and fixed it and had me going in no time. Without hesitation my husband called ECS and they soon showed up! Travis stayed after hours making sure our dinosaur unit didn’t die completely before the new unit came. I don’t know how, but it held for Brian and Thomas a few days later to install the new unit.! These guys are what we need more of today, Professional, friendly, Thorough and very informative!!

All the people involved in our AC replacement were fantastic. We had to get a new system (both indoor and outdoor). Ed’s Comfort Solutions did a fantastic job at a fair price! The men who worked from diagnosing problems to installation to ductwork repair to inspection were all very nice, respectful, and hardworking! Ryan, Charles, and (I’m sure to mess up his name) but I think it was Conner or Hunter…I called him the wrong name most of the day :( did the installation. Jason did the inspection and helped us figure out we had ductwork leaks. Finally Brian, Charlie, and Thomas did an outstanding job repairing all those leaking ducts along with a couple other issues we needed resolved. The ECS team did a fantastic job from start to finish!! Call them! You will be so happy you did!! They now have a lifelong customer!!

Yesterday I had Eds comfort Solutions come and replace my two air conditioners and air handlers. The men were very professional. They ( Charlie, Evan, Charles and Hunter) were on time , efficient and courteous. When work was completed all areas were cleaned very well. They helped install the phone app and wifi and taught me how to use it. I have used Eds Comfort Solutions for many years, and I have never been disappointed.I highly recommend this company.

Ryan and Thomas replaced my failing HVAC system. It was an incredibly hot day for any one to be working in an attic. They did the job cheerfully and with great professionalism. I would have them back anytime and appreciate ECS their excellent service persons.

When my A/C recently quit working, on the recommendations of friends, I called Ed's Comfort Solutions. Mike J. came out the same day and after inspecting the unit, recommended it be replaced. Charlie M. and Hunter H. brought the new unit to be installed a few days later. They were both very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and installed everything exactly as required. The service from this company from evaluation, to estimates to answering all my questions about different brands and types of systems, to scheduling and then installation has been top notch. Today, Brian and Thomas showed up early (but not too early) and were professional, helpful, and worked until everything was complete. They could not have done a better job. I had used Ed’s Comfort Solutions 17 years ago when I installed my last system after going thru a divorce. I had bought their extended warranty plan also at that time. Everyone I have had contact with has always responded with any issues or questions quickly and have helped me even when the problem was me not knowing how to care for it. They were early and finished in a timely manner. They were very professional in their job performance in which we appreciated. Ed's Comfort Solutions did a fantastic job in the June heat installing a new 5 ton A/C at our store location and repairing another unit that wasn't working properly. Everyone was courteous and kept us informed of what was going on. They were prompt and most importantly in our busy store they were careful and left everything as they found it. Highly recommend!!

I had to have one of my air conditioners replaced, and fortunately I was sent the dream team Evan, Charlie and Charles, they were all extremely professional and made sure I was pleased. They put down protective tarps for the floors and made sure the doors were closed behind them. I just can’t say enough about Ed’s Comfort solutions overall as well as all of these young men thank you.

Omg they’re awesome. Ryan and Brian were the two that removed our old system and installed the the outdoor unit and indoor handler. Our layout was really jank and couldn’t actually be serviced since everything was face out through the side. They took the time to make sure this new unit had everything it needed, made it look nice, AND it can be easily serviced later on down the road. They were also able to rewire the outside unit to a better position and fix an ongoing issue we had with the drain being below ground level. 10/10 would call them again

So from the start these guys/girls are great. Great customer service through and through. Daniel came out to inspect my system. I told him about the issues with it and he and I decided that a new system was needed. He did not try to sell me anything i did not need. Just what was needed to be replaced which in my case was the whole system. My system was 16 years old and needed to go. After the sell was all said and done the company gave me a huge discount due to an issue that happend with the temporary fix to the old system till the new one came in. They didnt have to do that but they did for the inconvenience. Next Ryan and Brian (hope i spelled his name right) came out and quickly replaced my old system with no issues. They layed down blankets to protect my floor which i found to be very considerate of them. They even thoroughly cleaned up everything once they were done and they told me the ins and outs of the new system and how to keep it alive for years to come. If i had to go with another AC company these guys would be it. Thank you!

Ed’s Comfort Solutions deserves an even higher star review than what is available. In July of 2023 their service tech, Thomas, came to address an issue with our AC system. Thomas fixed our issue but was very honest with how much time our aging system had left. Turns out he was pretty darn accurate with his forecast and this gave us valuable time to prepare for the expense. When what Thomas told us to expect came true my call was received by Jenna with the utmost attentiveness and professionalism that one could expect. Jenna did everything within her control to accommodate our schedule. Brandon was on time and was attentive to any concerns or questions that we had. He had several different options for replacing the old system in my email within minutes. Brian and Trevor came exactly when I was told to expect them and they completed the install with much professionalism and respect for our property. At the completion of the installation, Jason came by to make sure the work was completed to the company’s standard and to make sure I understood how everything was operated and maintained. When I settled up the bill I was met with the exact same professionalism and friendliness from Karen that I experienced with everyone else throughout the process.
