I just don’t have enough good things to say about the Servpro crew. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has a problem in their home. Sarah, Adrian, Jesse and Tivo have been absolutely amazing to work with. They have been very thorough with every detail and helped us navigate a tough situation with ease. Definitely five stars!!!!

Steven and Justin were awesome! They made the repair of a water leak in our ceiling as smooth and as headache free as possible. Steven was incredibly thoughtful and kind, he was a super hard worker and went the extra mile to fix the original issue and touch up a few extra areas along the way. He was knowledgeable and respectful and made sure we felt informed about everything going on and also made sure to leave the area spotless when he was done working. They were both great at communicating and getting the project done in a timely manner. We would definitely hire them again in the future!

Had a water leak in my shower, the ends of 2023. Called Servpro to Handle the job. Noticed in the beginning of 2025 that it was still leaking! Carlos came out to do his investigation. In less then a week Justin got a hold of me and had a whole new crew on the job! And the ending project looked amazing!!! Highly recommend them!!

We worked with Servpro after we had damage caused by a septic tank backup. They were prompt when they tore out the damaged areas. Steven and Jordan were dispatched to help us at our rental property after the water heater sprung a major leak. Leaving us with significant water damage. They were both very kind and made sure to explain every step along the way. They answered any questions I had and were also very good about my kids running around. All around very respectful of the property. They went above and beyond what I expected of them. I would highly reccomend them for any of your restoration needs.

We had unfortunate water damage from a sink being left on. It flooded our laundryroom, entry way, parts of kitchen and ran through vents, to basements affecting the breaker panel, basements bathroom and a bedroom.
Sarah and her team arrived on a Saturday afternoon and stayed until late in the night making sure the water had stopped. They cleaned all water up that they were able to extract. Took off baseboards, taped off rooms and placed dryers and moisture extractors in taped off areas. They were very friendly and explained every step that would be taken in the process. So far I am extremely satisfied with the service given and would recommend Servpro to anyone in a similar situation.

The vent ducts in my house were cleaned by Sarah and bridget. Those ducts were so dirty and filled with bottle caps, hair ties, small toys, all kinds of junk including, if course, dirt and dust. They were gross. But Sarah and Bridget did an absolutely amazing job! I recommend Servpro and I recommend those two efficient women.

We recently moved into our home. We discovered there had been a leak in the bathroom that had gone unnoticed for a while. Vincent from Servpro came out and helped us figure out with to do. He gave a great explanation of what will happen and how the problem will be solved. We are happy to have him working with us.

Torrey and Dawson came to set up the equipment and they also were very helpful and kind. It feels like such a crisis to be dealing with mold and water damage so it was great to have such thoughtful people working with us.

We have had water seeping into our basement for the last week and I finally reached out to Carlos at Serv Prp to have them com talk to me about their service and recommendations.
Carlos and Torrey made time for me the day I called and helped me understand so many things about how to prevent damage from increasing, how they can detect mold growth and treat for that, the value of using pressure treated wood instead of regular in areas that are consistently exposed to moisture, the fact that mold won’t grow on cement or cinder blocks… so much info about testing for mold spores and colonies in the air and treating those situations… the value of a dehumidifier and air purifier in the process of drying things out… the list was pretty extensive! Both of the technicians have a construction background which really enhances their ability to understand the problems and solutions in their current employment. These two are a definite asset to this company!! They deserve a raise ;-)

Curtise and Tivo were fantastic. Showed up exactly when they said they would, were efficient and thorough. Did a great job of answering my questions and explaining next steps. Highly recommend them.

Our basement flooded at the most inopportune time. It was late in the evening when we called Servpro to bring in a crew to help dry out our carpet and vinyl flooring. Curtise and Tivo showed by the evening and worked hard to get things set up to begin drying. They went to great lengths to identify all the areas that had been affected and told us exactly what they were going to set up to help with the drying process. We had a planned trip out of town the next day. While we were out of town, they checked in our basement and gave us really good feedback on how things were progressing. Later, when it was time to remove equipment, Isaiah and Adrian were awesome to work with. They left our house in good condition and made sure to put our key in safe place. Being out of town while trying to sort this out has been really stressful, but Servpro has been fantastic to work with. I appreciate the time and care they put into helping us.

Their guy Vincent came by to check for mold as we expected their may be some negatively effecting my daughter's health. They were thorough and honest and took good care of me, quickly. 10/10 would recommend.

A few weeks ago our home flooded and we were so thankful for the professionals for coming to the rescue right away. Each team member was so knowledgeable- especially Jared!

Serve Pro of Idaho Falls was very responsive and thorough. We had some basement mold and they professionally mitigated it. It required multiple trips but they made sure to do everything required to remove it. Their workers were pleasant, respectful and professional. When I spoke with Lorraine on the phone she was always pleasant and helpful. If she didn’t know the answer she was great about finding it out and following up.

I’ve been waiting 4 days for my insurance company to send an assessor to come look at water in my basement. Could wait no longer. These guys came immediately.
Joey, Darryl, and TiVo started immediate remediation and took the time to find the source of the water (I had been working through several theories; turned out to be a plumbing issue) all while being conscious of the cost to me at each stage. These three were as invested in solving the problem as I was, were excellent at communicating developments, and have a plan in place for whenever SafeCo insurance decides to get back to me. I’d hire these guys for any job.

My husband and I are so impressed with the knowledgeable and caring team who responded to our call for help so quickly! Logan arrived within a couple of hours to assess our needs, then sent Joey and Tivo to investigate deeper into causes and get a game plan in place! We are extremely impressed by their thorough analysis, willingness to answer questions to explain what needs to be done, and eagerness to work with us and our insurance company to get the work completed quickly and correctly! Their complete attention to detail has been impressive, with the goal of total mold removal resulting from my failed hot water heater. TiVo is a tireless employee who fully supports Joey's ambitious and visionary planning and execution.

Scheduling assignments included the focused assistance of Ricardo and Hernando. Their work was equally impressive and also greatly appreciated. Joey's expertise as a team leader ensured Ricardo and Hernando were fully briefed to properly continue preparations (removal of floor tile, baseboard, and sheetrock) before the final mold removal phase.

Joey also revisited the worksite during the weekend to ensure placement of drying equipment and plastic sheeting were providing the best possible ambient drying conditions before final mold removal.

Shockingly surprised!!!! I had a roof leak that ruined the ceilings, walls, insulation and floors in 3 rooms. Joey & Tivo came the day that was promised. They saw my ceiling was collapsing & insulation all over and immediately started to clean up. I have three granddaughters 5, 4, 3, and a 2 month old grandson at my home daily, Joey was just as worried health wise as I was. Tivo immediately started moving things and mapping out the water damage and started to clean up the mess. Within 12 hours of NON STOP cleaning, gutting, getting Insulation vacuumed out of the walls, ceilings and floors, the whole crew of 12ish was done. They moved everything professionally, carefully and moved it to a convenient spot. Even gave ideas of using a pod to help. Ever step and action that was taken Joey asked permission, explanation and follow through. I was so impressed with the work this clean up crew did. Highly recommend using Joey, Carlos, Tivo and there crew!!!

Techs Joey and Roel were very nice young men. They arrived quickly after I called and got to work right away. Rep Dave gave me his personal number so I could call him with any problems. The job is still in progress but I am satisfied with the service so far.

Servpro of Rexburg/Rigby has helped me to remediate water damage and clean/prevent mold several times in our Rexburg home. They have been responsive and thorough. We have contacted them through our plumbing company and privately; we've also paid them through insurance and privately. We had Serv-Pro inspect and test our housing unit for mold. They were extremely prompt through all aspects of inspection, testing and receiving final test results. Very friendly and definitely recommend their services.

After Hurrican Ian there was a lot of uncertainty with our condo. How were we going to fix it, was it possible to be fixed? Jared was our on the ground contact. He kept us informed, let us know the timeliness things would happen and how things would go.
