Can't say enough good about Roof It Right! Audrey was amazing with scheduling the estimate as well as the work that got done. Andy S is head and shoulders above any of the other 5 companies that I called. He explained how everything was going to happen and how their products and services were the best... and they are. Andy answered all of my silly questions as well. There was nothing that happened on or around my house that I did not know about. All the other companies didn't really give a lot of details about the process and I'm sure that that is because they did not want to be held accountable for when their products or crews made mistakes. Simply not the case at Roof It Right! The crew was amazing too! There are plenty of things around our house that could have been damaged, but nothing was. The roof looks amazing too and now I don't have to be concerned when it rains or when the wind blows anymore. One final benefit was that the estimate was the cheapest, even with the high grade materials and job done. Just use this place, trust me, my wife and my house.

I have a roof that's about six years old. I had some small area with some storm damage. I called them to see if they can repair. (Andy came out to the house ).. it instead of helping me fix the damage part that was leaking there advise me that they can only replace the whole roof and send me a Quote for $12,000. I contacted another roofing company who came out and fix the leaking part of the roof for only $760 and they inspected the whole entire roof and any other areas that might be leaking or could be leaking in the future. They sealed it, all for only $760 and they wanted to replace my whole roof which is practically new for $12,000 so in these trying times roof it right should probably think about changing their name to something else. I am very disappointed in dealing with them.

four man crew, led by Juan,. Showed up on a rainy Tuesday and were still able to tear off and replace entire roof by 2pm on Wednesday. Phenomenally hard workers who were pleasant, professional and courteous. They worked their tails off and deserve all accolades I can provide. They did a first class job at one of the cheapest estimates I received. Low price doesn't have to mean low quality. I wish this company much success in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who has need for roofing services.

I highly recommend Roof It Right. They did an amazing job and everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional.

They are doing a job in Parkside north and the process is very slow. My main complaint is The roofers are not doing a very good job at clean up at the end of the day. I have collected 47 nails in my driveway and front porch. They are also blowing the debris from driveway and sidewalks into the yard. Also they have left their trailers in our driveways and we have not had access to the garage or a place to park for a week now.

Had several roofers w estimates come out & explain their process for a new roof that included a flat roof over patio. Selected Roof It Right based on their experience & GAF certification & price. They were not the cheapest but provided everything we wanted. The crew was professional & worked hard for 3 days as we had some difficult weather. Highly recommend.

Andy at roof it right was suppose to be here on Nov 11, 2024 and he was no call no show I don’t know why he didn’t show up. I will tell anyone I know needing a roof job not to use them cause they ain’t dependable and reliable and they never called me either to check on things.

I highly recommend Roof it right. I called them after a recommendation from a coworker when the insurance company told me I need a new roof and that I would have to pay for it. They were one of several estimates to show up that week and were not the lowest bidder. But after talking with Andy, learning about the shingles/materials they would use and reading reviews I knew this was the company i would use. The crew was incredibly fast, efficient, and super clean. They are a great company and I am 100% satisfied with how everything turned out.

Roof it right is simply an outstanding company. I called them first when the insurance company told me I need a new roof and that I would have to pay for it. I had a positive history in the past so they were my number one. They were the first of four estimates to show up that week and they still bid lower than the other companies (by thousands!). With the economy the way it is, one of the biggest stressors these days is how businesses have grown to be about money and not for quality or the customer. We pay more of the money we don't have and for less of a product. It's very depressing, however, Andy was a great guy, easy to work with, and genuinely caring all while Roof it right as a whole saved me thousands, was incredibly fast, efficient, and super clean. They were willing to work with me without grilling me and making feel like I was in over my head. They are a great company that honestly still values the customer and I can't be more appreciative!

This is the BEST Roofing company I ever dealt with. I have several homes and had roofs replaced on two of them. My 2500 sq ft rental home had the roof replaced by a “word of mouth” referral. They did fine with the roof and all - but no real customer service. It felt more like “hurry up and pick a color so we can start”. There was no care or concern for how difficult a decision it is to choose a roof color. After all, It’s only going to be on our houses for THIRTY YEARS!!! (Which is why a roofer should not rush a homeowner to choose a color). This same company also wanted us to hire them to replace the roof on my main home.

However, it was Roof It Right who EARNED the roofing job for my “Forever Home” which is 5000+ sq ft. First, they were MUCH less on price by at least a few thousand. Second, the customer services was IMPECCABLE!! When I asked the personal consultant (Andy I believe) what color would look best on our variant brick home- he wasn’t afraid to give his honest, PROFESSIONAL opinion. I found that very RARE as most roofers won’t touch that question with a 10 ft pole (b/c they don’t want the liability in case I didnt like the color). But the consultant for Roof It Right (I think his name was Andy) knew his stuff!!! I figured if he actually recommended a color - this guy is CONFIDENT!! That’s exactly what I wanted. A roofer WHO REALLY KNOWS ROOFS!!! Along with that, he kept bringing samples to us. He would stop by whenever he said he would… even after we changed our minds several times before they started the job. The job was completed quickly on by organized and professional workers. And the clean up was AMAZING unlike other contractors. No mess or debris left behind. Roof It Right earned our business and I will recommend them to ALL my family and friends now!! Thank you ROOF IT RIGHT for making this an experience that gives me good memories and absolutely NO regrets!! And as for our roof …. It is the BEST LOOKING ROOF in our entire subdivision!!

We had a roof placed by Roof it Right on May 5. The team was a family and all knew each other. They were very efficient and didn’t yell profanities or anything. They got the job done. I also compared four roofing companies and though Roof It Right was not the cheapest they were not the most expensive either. I also tried to compare the same shingle company (GAF) between the four companies. The reason we chose Roof It right was because of the product offered and the warranty. This company is Master elite and presidential awarded. When you do your research you will understand that both of those are important to have. I like knowing that if anything happens to our roof for the next 25 years I will call Roof It Right to fix the problem. That is a price of mind. It is very sad that the insurance industry is making homeowners replace roof every 15 years. Other scam roofers took advantage of insurance companies and now the honest citizens are paying the price. It is just not fair. Hopefully by going with roof it right and GAF we will have some price of mind and not have to replace it again in 15 years.

Roof It Right replaced the roof on my mother’s home. Andy was very good at keeping us informed. We agreed, and set up a day to begin, and a roofing crew was there promptly at 7:00AM. They meticulously worked all day, and completed the job in one day, instead of the expected two days. The crew was very pleasant, professional, and hardworking! My mother is extremely pleased with her new roof! When Mama’s happy, we’re all happy!!

I called to inquire about a quote, was scheduled for an appointment right away and when Andy came out to provide a quote he explained it so well!!! We haven’t had the work done yet, but knowing everyone is in house and just the first impression from their sales manager spoke volumes to me. Seriously, this was probably the best experience I’ve had. They even had the information prior to coming out which showed me they care about what they’re doing and was just so impressed so far! Will absolutely use them!!!

My experience is from Jan 2021 and just remembered to leave a review! I assisted my elderly neighbor prepare her house to put for sale. An interested buyer had their RE agent find a roofing company to inspect the roof. They had Andy show up and we were impressed with his honesty and knowledge. I’ve never experienced purchasing a roof before and this was by far the best experience. I left my contact information on their website over the weekend. They contacted me promptly on Monday and Andy was sent out on Friday at my convenience for an estimate. Andy was amazing through the whole process! We had our roof replaced this week and it looks great. The Roof It Right team did a fantastic job removing the old roof, bringing the sheathing nailing up to current code and simultaneously keeping the yard clean. The final preparations for the new shingles and vents were completed early the second day and the entire job was finished that evening. Everyone on the team took a turn at magnetic sweeping to ensure to the extent possible that nails were not left on the driveway where they could puncture a tire or in the grass where a pet or human could step on one. Careless company. Beware !! They will fix your roof and then they will cause a major damage to another part of your property. They caused major damage to our property while on the job !!!! They do not listen to their customer and will do what they wish on the job and will cause you thousands and thousands of dollars worth in damage.

Are you thinking of changing your old roof, you have to Roof-It-Right. It sounds like I work for the company, but I am just one happy customer. I was given a chance to choose the best shingles for my house and it's now installed and beautiful. I so happen to have the only color of its kind in my culdesac. My neighbors went for the door to door salesman and they all have the same color roof. I have warranty and is transferable. Quality you cannot ignore! Thank you very much.

I received three quotes from good quality roofing companies. We included Roof It Right because they have done a few roofs around here and appeared to be excellent. Their quote included metal in the valleys which one other didn't, I had had a leak in the past due to not having good valley material and we didn't want that. They were very straight forward and their pricing was excellent as good as the company who used less quality materials. The quote included a little extra plywood and there was no need, they didn't attempt to upcharge or do any funny business. The job was virtually completed in one day and the roof looks excellent you can tell this is a quality job.

They evaluated our home and went over everything that they were going to do. Our concerns were addressed. They were efficient, on time and cleaned up every day. Our roof looks amazing but more importantly, we know it was done right.

We sought estimates from five roofing contractors to reroof our 20-year-old roof, and chose Roof It Right having reviewed their detailed estimate, professional certifications, customer reviews, and in light of the demeanor of their polite and responsive professionals. The re-roof team started and completed the job on time, were prompt each morning, and hard working for long days. The team was: meticulous on the installation details; protection of our gutters, equipment, and landscaping around the house, and; very thorough in clean-up of all materials and old roofing nails. I am a retired project superintendent of large commercial projects. I mention this just to say I know what to watch for during construction. Roof It Right installed a new architectural shingle roof on my house a few weeks ago. I gave them a 5-star rating, and I never do that. They deserve it. From the sales presentation to the installation and clean up they were professional and knowledgeable. In one day and just a few hours the next day, they finished a 29 square shingled roof. My roof includes both hips, and gables. Never aany hollering or telling someone what to do. They all knew their jobs and what needed to be done. The last couple of hours there was always someone on the ground picking up debris and nails. After they left, I have found 3 or 4 nails and a couple of very small pieces of old felt paper. A great job of cleaning up. I should mention also that I took several bids, and they were low by a few hundred dollars. Yes, I recommend Roof It Right.

Customer service kept me updated with friendly calls on schedules and answering all my questions. At the start of work, I was introduced to the team foreman, which was something I very much appreciated. The installation team did an excellent job with the install! We needed a full reroof of a residential mansard roof that had large flat areas at different levels and other complications. Among estimates from other top tier roofers in Jacksonville I obtained an estimate from Roof It Right Orange Park and was very impressed with Andy’s knowledge about the specific aspects of my roof that had to be done correctly. We went with Roof It Right as its proposal was clearly best overall and offered the best warranty and we were glad we did. Work started when they said it would and proceeded quickly and professionally with their own crew; not subs. The final product looked great and even the building inspector was impressed with the quality of the work. Highly recommended!

From the first meeting with Andy Sites, I was impressed with his sincere explanation of how Roof It Right is dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. One of his talents is that he listens to understand a possible customer questions and not to just quickly reply. I was very impressed with the dedicated hard-working personnel performing my roof replacement.
They kept me fully aware of the process and keep my property area strategical contained and not just all over the place. Which is something other roofing companies apparently do not properly do. This of course is my own observation.
As I observed many other roof replacements in process, their roofing material was simply stationed on roofs, while mine roof replacement had dedicated personnel and completed the task in three days. The others still had roofing material on their roofs.

I cannot recommend Roof it Right. The Roof was installed satisfactorily. The problem was my insurance company asked for a more detailed estimate
All they supplied was a final price. They refused to provide one stating they don't do that. As a result my insurance company could not pay me for the work.

Roof it Right did an awesome job replacing the roof on our home in San Marco! Sean and the team were both punctual and professional and were able to complete our rather large job in a timely manner. We really appreciated the thorough knowledge and detail shared with us by Andy when choosing our new roof. From sales to installation everyone was professional and every time committed was met. When we had questions Roof It Right was also always available unlike other companies where you have to wait or reach out multiple times. The roof looks fantastic, the installation was quick, and the cleanup was spotless. Roof It Right works very hard, uses quality materials and skilled installers. I would definitely recommend Roof It Right to anyone interested in a new roof! On a rating of 1 - 10 they deserve and 11 in all areas.

My experience with Roof It Right started off great. The sales person told us a start date that wasn’t accurate, we were disappointed but understood. When our start date rolled around not only did no one show up, but no one even bothered to call or email about the delay. When I called then to inquire the front office person was very rude. She said she couldn’t send a crew without confirmation and she had called me. This is 100% not true. I even check my phone records! They were still so rude! I even sent them the records straight from Verizon because they didn’t believe me, why would I have lied about not getting a call? I needed my roof replaced as soon as possible because it was leaking! The best I got was we are sorry about the miscommunication. It isn’t a miscommunication if they didn’t call, or bother to email, or follow up. I was left to just guess. It would be fine if a wrong number was dialed or a mistake was made but own your mistakes and try to make it right.

A week and a half after they were originally supposed to start they finally show up. Everything goes fairly smoothly, except they break our water main with their heavy equipment. They did take responsibility and care of that issue.

We were told that they would clean up after but we found at least 15 nails throughout our yard including on our patio and in our driveway. We told the project manager when he came to collect our very large check and he said that he would send the guys out to do another sweep, but of course, they were paid so that never happened.

Overall the roof is on, it’s no longer leaking and it looks good, but I wouldn’t give them a glowing recommendation. A solid Meh.

May 19, 2022 met with Andy and he was FANTASTIC! Sean and his crew were awesome, respectful and very professional. For 2 years I interviewed 15 roofing companies randomly and I am so very glad I did. RIR gets an A+ for honesty, outstanding customer service. No smokescreen, hocus-pocus presentations just straight to the point with valuable information about their business and work ethics. Quality products and services. Andy never asked about filing a insurance claim he never even brought up our insurance at all. Gave very detailed information on the products (GAF Timberline HDZ, stormguard and the 2 different types underlayments and color choices). Thank you Andy for the color advice for the Eave, the black definitely takes the look to a whole 'nother level. The new roof really made the new paint job we had done last year to our home stand out, it just looks so refreshed and renovated now. June 23, 2022, Sean and his crew were like super ninjas with removing the old shingles, installing the roof, clean up at the end of each day, mindful and respectful to us, our property and surrounding properties. 2 days and BAM beautiful new roof. My home cools much faster and easier now. I wish I could send them to South Carolina to install a roof on my other grandparents house. Thank you all at RIR!

The was roof replaced on my son in-law’s house the beginning of March,2022. From start to finish Roof It Right of Orange Park Fl, delivered everything spelled out in their contract and promotional literature – from GAF roof components and materials to workmanship. Their quote was competitive with other bids I received. The contract was straight forward and clear – nothing hidden, contingencies spelled out – no surprises. The roofing crew was professional, very proficient and they cleaned-up around the house every day, including nails. Any issues were quickly corrected to my satisfaction. All-in-all an outstanding job; roof looks great. A lot of positive comments from neighbors.

I called and got an appointment and waited for 2 weeks for Andy the sales manager to come by. He did come on time, took my e-mail address, and told me that I would receive a quote for the job in my e-mail. I got a letter 4 days later telling me to call the office to "finalize my quote". In the meantime I had left Andy 2 messages without a call back so I called the office and left a message. That was 10 days ago and they still haven't called me. All I wanted was a quote for a new metal roof. I guess that is too much to ask from this company.

We had three roofing companies come out to find the source of three ceiling spots in a bedroom and a larger spot in the hallway. None could find the source. Andy at Roof it Right not only found the source but found a third place in a closet and it was wet and moldy. The roof was only 6 years old and leaking. Sadly the contractor used peel and stick under layment. Between the leaking nails, rotten wood, poor workmanship and peel and stick it to 30 + sheet of plywood to fix the roof. Now we have a guaranteed leak free GAF roof. John and his crew did a fantastic job from start to finish! We would highly recommend ROOF IT RIGHT!!!

Roof it right is the right name for this company. From beginning to end they were very professional and didn't try to up charge on anything. Lines of communication was great and the work was done in a timely fashion with no hiccups. Best thing about it was they cleaned up and would've never known they where there working. Could not be more pleased from start to finish. I had numerous companies out for estimates. The sales manager Andy was the most informative and provided samples of the materials that you would be buying and all the different color of shingles. For the quality of product they hands down had the best price, was easy to work with, showed up on time, cleaned the area thorough and the finished product looks great. There was some rotten fascia/panel on my house that was discovered and they went above and beyond with making the repair on that as well.

I called Roof It Right for an estimate when I noticed a small leak on my ceiling. Andy, the sales manager, came to give me an estimate. After inspecting the entire roof he found a few places where nails were exposed. In his opinion this was the source of the leak. He gave me an estimate and informed there was no need to tear off the part of the roof where the leak was located. He was able to fix the problem on his visit and at a very fair price. With the impending storms we may get Andy told me that if there was a problem to call and he would be back. This is an honest company and I would not hesitate to use or recommend them. If you need a roofer call them, you will be glad you did.
