Had a great experience with 1 Roof! We had a leak, they came out right away to inspect it, and got the job done quickly. Also provided photos of what they did. They were great to work with and we will be using them for all our roofing needs!

Many of my neighbors recommended 1 Roof to me. My roof is 12 1:2 years. Thomas was very professional and friendly when he came to looked at the shingles on the roof. Some shingles had small spots where asphalt granules had come off. I Roof replaced the granules and chalked the spots and the pipe. .I was so happy that the roof was still in good condition. 1 Roof is very honest and I will continue to recommend them and will be calling them in the future if my roof needs repair or when the roof needs to be replaced.

I needed my roof repaired, and with rain expected all week, I needed it done quickly. My wife was looking at me side-eyed and wanted the repair done ASAP. After a web search and reading some reviews, I luckily settled upon 1 Roof. I contacted Aric, and he was able to set up an appointment that same afternoon. He came over and even though it was raining,
he made a thorough assessment of the problem. He explained in detail what he thought the issues were. He then made a temporary fix and returned the next day to complete the repair.
Aric handled everything in a highly professionally manner and was courteous throughout our interaction.

1- Roof replaced my roof back in 2018 so naturally I called them when I thought I was having issues with my skylight. They scheduled me an appointment immediately. Aric came out and took a look and the inside and checked the skylight glass on the roof. He advised that the skylight looked really good from the roof, but we couldn’t figure out where the bugs were coming from. He volunteered to look in the attic to check and see if they are getting in from another area which he didn't have to do. All in all, Aric/1 Roof was very honest in telling me that the skylight was not the issue when he could've easily tried to up sale me and we really appreciate everything.

Hear me out to whomever is reading reviews looking for a roofing company. Choose this one. I was recently screwed by another company who did my reroof and had to do it again. From start to finish this family owned and operated company was there for me when I felt like I didn't know what I was going to do. My roof was replaced in one day and and when they left it was like they were never here, completely spotless. They even went above and beyond by telling me about additional issues I had going in my attic. I want to say thank you guys for everything. They don't know it yet but I consider them family and now i'm adopted lol. ☺️

I used 1 Roof a couple of years ago and I was very impressed. The quality of work was just wonderful. The owner was on the job everyday. Working hard in a hot August sun. It took 2 days to do my roof due to finding rotten wood. They supplied pictures of the damage as well. Also on line pictures of my roof every step of the way. They're just a great business to work with. Aric is great too, getting the estimate together and supplying links to pictures etc. We had to call again (Jan 2025) due to an issue caused by possibly a falling limb from a tree removal I had. Aric came out the same day. Impressive as the weather was terrible, been raining and snowing in parts of N. FL. and very cold. We have our estimate and they will come soon and make the little repair. I will continue to use them. I trust them.

These guys are awesome! I got 3 estimates and they were lower than the others by far. That actually made me a little nervous. But Thomas put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. they called me the weekend prior to installation and told us what to expect and what we needed to do, which was just making sure our cars were out of harms way. They showed up on time on the day of installation. They covered the exterior walls, windows, plants and any thing else that could be affected by falling debris. They were courteous and respectful. When they finished, they cleaned up so well that no one would have known they were there. They didn't leave a scrap of paper in my yard. You guys are the best. Thank you for doing an absolutely amazing job.

We found a small leak in the ceiling, that got really large after a heavy rain. We had already contacted 1 Roof as a result of a recommendation of a neighbor who had just gotten a new roof from 1 Roof. It was perfect after that...they found a hole where a cap had blown off, but then continued to look to find where the real leak was...a nail had popped. They temporarily covered the bigger hole and when they came out a week later, they fixed the hole, the nail leak and everything in between so that I could go another 5 years or so before I had to replace my roof. Rest assured 1 Roof will be putting on my new roof when the time comes. Very nice people to work with from start to finish.

I just had a new roof put on my house by 1Roof LLC. I highly recommend this company. Communication was excellent, workers were diligent and polite, and cleanup was complete. Jeremy was a project manager onsite the whole time. The owner communicated with Jeremy and with me to insure my safety leaving and getting into my home during the work. My roof looks great.

So oddly enough I did not get a new roof from this company BUT I absolutely would. I am the neighbor of the people who did get a new roof. If I may say……exemplary!!!!!!!
This company went above and beyond to make sure my yard had no debris and nails multiple times daily due to the removal and addition of the neighbors new roof. I am typically not someone to post a review. But the quality of effort, attention to detail, and all around pleasant service makes me want to write this.
We called on the morning after hurricane Helene hit Jacksonville and roof shingles were off. We mainly wanted to just get it covered up with tarp just to stop any further damage through leaking of the rain. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. She even tried to get someone to come out that same day, but we were happy when she informed us that she could get someone out the following morning . They offered us the option of either doing that or repairing it while they were up there.
They gave us in advance a very reasonable fee to repair it and stuck to it.
What impressed me the most, was at our roofer Jeremy, noticed that the shingles that he brought that he had picked out from the pictures that I had sent him were a little bit off color wise.

It would’ve been a lot easier for him just to use those, but he stayed up there on the roof, called one of his teammates back at the shop and they delivered the exact shingle, and then he placed it after placing a layer of protective sealer.
He took before and after pictures to everything.
Every step of the way they were receptive, professional, and kept their word.
I would highly recommend this business if you have any roofing needs.

Aric showed up the day of the my call, did a thorough inspection of the area of the roof leak, and installed a repair the same day. Couldn't ask for better service.

The #1 may be in their name but they provided 5 star service. Right from the start they provided step by step instructions of what was being done and to be done. They completely masked the property to protect the dwelling and to make cleanup easier, The crew arrived before 7am, worked throughout the day with very little down time and did not leave prior to 7pm. The owner of the company worked side by side with his crew and remained to do cleanup after the crew left for the day. Upon completion of the job, the owner and his wife spent at least 2 hours cleaning up the property to ensure any and all debris was removed. Their work ethic was above reproach and I highly recommend this company to all considering roof replacement.

I chose this company over three others, and I'm glad I did. The entire procedure was honest, professional, straightforward, and efficient. I have a recurring problem with leaky skylights dating from the time I had a now defunct (and lousy) roofing company replace my roof. I am not inclined to tear them out and try again. Luckily, I happened upon 1Roof and Aric Ryan. He has come out several times as each of 3 skylights takes their turn leaking. He reseals as needed and thus far I've gotten 2-3 years of dry floors at a fraction of the cost of replacing them. In addition' Aric is always prompt' professional and courteous. When the time comes to replace my roof again (or the skylights) there is no one else I would call. If you enjoy being treated fairly and not talked down to, call 1Roof and ask for Aric.

Aric came out to investigate a leak in our roof that appeared while we were out of town. We purchased the home a year ago, so we called 1Roof who put the roof on a few years before. Not only is the roof still rock solid from when it was put on in 2019, but Aric also discovered the reason for the leak… which turned out to have nothing with the roof at all! We didn’t know we had a working sprinkler system, and we accidentally flipped a switch that turns the system on just before we left for vacation. Long story short, the damaged sprinkler head had been shooting water straight up into our soffit every morning while we were gone. Not only did Aric save us a costly repair, but he also discovered we have a working sprinkler system! We are glad we called Aric out, but we’re also very happy with the condition of the roof they put on years before. Highly recommend!

Arin came out, did a thorough assessment of the leak we were experiencing. He came up with some solutions that will stave off a roof replacement for another year or two. We really appreciated him thinking outside the box and saving us an expensive replacement before the roof needed it. The office was responsive when I called and were able to get us on the calendar quickly. They clearly laid out what they could do in the short term and what might happen when if it could not repaired during the first visit. I was really pleased with the experience.

During all of the rain this past weekend, I got to wake up to it raining in my bedroom due to a roof leak (good times). I didn’t know what to do but a neighbor recommended this company and when I called my call was returned within hours despite them being extremely busy with all of the rain. Jen quickly returned my call and arranged for Aric to come by. Aric showed up right on time to our appointment and very quickly identified the problem and provided a temporary solution since the long term fix could take weeks given lead times for my shingles. He found where the leak was coming from and sealed it. He also put a drip pan in the attic in case anything was to get by. Throughout the process of figuring out the problem he kept me informed by showing me detailed pictures of what he was finding. Your roof is baked to a crisp? Call Aric at 1Roof. They will answer your inquiry very promptly and be out asap to estimate your issues. Then go shop, but not just price. Remember it's the lowest responsible bid. They stripped my roof and found the sins of omission from the past. They corrected all of those errors and repaired the resultant damage. They even repaired the decorative cladding on my chimney and repainted it to a high degree of professionalism. They could have told me get someone to do the paint and carpentry, but they did it in house. Why? So they could charge me more? No, it was less than 1% additional. The real reason is so they could control the quality of the repairs to make it easier for warranty work if needed. These are the type of contractors you need working on your home.

We had a leak in our linai that we thought was coming from the shingle roof. 1 Roof replaced our roof around 5 1/2 years ago.
Aric of 1 Roof identified a fastener pop in our linai roof was the problem. Though the issue was not the result of a roof installation failure, Aric repaired the leak.

Then, without our asking, he resealed all the places where roof vents are fastened to the roof and cleaned out our driver vent.

We are very pleased with how quickly 1 Roof responded to our concern and the work Aric did on our behalf beyond any obligation of 1 Roof at no cost.

This is a great company to work with. It took less than 2 weeks from the initial visit to assess the roof to the completion.The roof replacement itself took 2 days. Their prices are reasonable and no surprises on the invoice!

Spoiler Alert: Homeowner’s Insurance dropped an astronomical amount from over $13k at renewal to $1,580 after the new roof was completed.

Getting a new roof can be a very stressful situation. After receiving multiple quotes, I knew very quickly that 1 Roof LLC was the right company for the job.

Their roof expert presented an example from the base to the finished product showing each layer of the process. They took samples and crawled up on my roof so I could see what those samples look like against the paint color of the house. They were not pushy, but treated me as a member of the family from the moment they first met me until the moment they pulled away after completing me roof.

No one likes to spend a bunch of money, but to spend it on a family-owned business who treats you as if you’re one of their own while deciding and installing certainly helps and is very unusual.

Their quality was second to none, which the reviews prove. I have had neighbors stop during the process (and after) it was finished to comment on how nice of a job that they did. Some neighbors have even taken their business card to use them as well.

Exceeded my expectations! Exceptional owners & employees, outstanding work, competitive price! Covered my entire house, AC unit, & shrubs using special tarps with netting to protect, yet allow air to circulate so AC could function normally, & shrubs wouldn't overheat. They began at 7AM. All work was completed the same day & every piece of equipment was removed, including all roofing debris & trash! They made absolutely certain no nails were left anywhere on the property! The 1 roof team showed up on time and worked til the job was done. I had new roof put on my house and a partial fire chimney taken down it was not properly secured to my wall so it was causing damage to my roof. They did an excellent job I am completely satisfied. 1Roof has located and fixed roof leaks at our house. I emphasize the word "located" because we tried other roofing companies before we found 1Roof. The other companies said they found the leak, charged us for repairs but they failed to fix the leak. 1Roof took the time to locate the leak and then repaired it. No call back was needed. Wow!!! Excellent company to work with. They were recommended by a neighbor and I can understand why now. I was quoted a rate
for a standard punch list of items to fix on the roof. When the roofer came out to work the punch list of items, he noticed where the builder had incorrectly installed some shingles near an exhaust vent. Instead of skipping it, he went ahead and fixed it at no extra charge. I can't say enough good things about 1roof.

Aric and the 1 Roof team did some soffit repair on my home resulting from Hurricane Ian. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness, pricing and professionalism of the team! My first experience replacing a roof and I couldn't have been happier with choosing 1 Roof. They had the job done in one day and it came out amazing. The owner was on site with the crew the whole day. They were polite and professional from the estimate to the final clean up. They took extra time to protect my house, security cameras and solar lights. Walking around the next day I couldn't find a single nail or piece of debris. I think they left my yard cleaner than they found it!!! If only all businesses could be this professional and detail oriented. If you need a new roof look no farther!

I received several quotes from local companies around town, and they ranged wildly, so i would highly recommend comparing them apples to apples. 1 Roof LLC's quote was in line with others, but i felt as if they did not cut any corners where others did. They also had the owner onsite all day assisting the entire team, which i have to commend. Aric went above and beyond to assist me through the whole process. Jeremy, Jennifer, and Melissa also were very attentive and instrumental in the fantastic work done as well. They are very responsive and attentive and walk you through every step until completion. They did great work, finished everything in 1 day, came back the next day for an extensive clean up. Very professional, and a great value for their services. I highly recommend 1 Roof LLC, you will not be disappointed! They are an awesome team, who works well together and ensure the job gets done right!
