Horrible experience! Scheduled a visit for an estimate and a guy showed up, took some drone pictures and after repeated calls and follow-ups I still don't have an estimate. I guess they outsource anything that has to do with repair and maintenance to a general contractor and just deal with new roofs themselves. Waste of time. And ps: this was not a small $$ repair job either

This company is amazing! From the beginning working with Tyler who went crazy into detail from every aspect of the process I almost felt like I could do the job after my lesson. Tyler stayed in contact with me for updates throughout the whole process. Hurricane Milton came through on the day they were supposed to deliver supplies and I was updated by the company and Tyler that obviously I was going to be rescheduled to the earliest that was safely possible post storm. The day came for supplies to arrive and for how loud the process can be the crew was very quiet and then 2 days later they got to work on the roof! The job took 2 days and they were moving fast and efficient making sure that stuff was getting cleaned up as the job was being completed. I was updated by the project lead every step of the way! I just can't say enough about these guys and the job was done perfect they were having some issues post storm with the dumpster so I was informed it might have to stay in driveway over the weekend less than ideal but it would've been fine. I walked outside at about 7pm on Friday night and they were looking up the dumpster and driving off! If you want to have a full and complete roofing experience Blue Sky Roofing is definitely the way to go!

These guys are nothing short of heros!!

I had a tree send big branches into my roof making 5 holes, of course water was coming in the house. I called at 430pm by 530pm the guys showed up, by 630pm my roof was tarped and secure.

We are currently in stormy season, afternoon thunderstorms everyday. There has not been a single drop of rain come in the house since they tarped it.

Communication is TOP TIER. Not only did they promptly show up and get to wk, they calmed me down ( as I've never been through this and was very upset), explained to me what would be coming next with my insurance company.they were EXTREMELY helpful and kind.

Amazing ppl. I felt like family showed up to help me!! If you want it done right and be treated with care and respect, look no further. This is the company for you!!

Thomas was the technician who came out to help with a leak in my bedroom ceiling. Thomas inspected the roof and did not see any reason as to why there would be water coming through the ceiling. Rather than leaving and acknowledging there was no roof issue, Thomas continued to troubleshoot the problem by crawling through the attic and testing various portions of the home. After 30 minutes, Thomas discovered that the fascia was loose on the side of the home and the water was getting in from there. Thomas recommended me a contractor to fix the problem and I could not be more grateful for the time and effort he put into resolving the issue. Even through I did not use blue sky for my problem, I would definitely recommend Thomas and this company for any future issues. Thank you, Thomas!

These guys were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process! The work, communication, clean-up were spot on and we couldn't have asked for a better job on our roof. I was experiencing a leak in my attic but couldn’t identify the source of the issue from the roof. Out of ideas, I reached out to Blue Sky as they’d redone the roof on my house for the previous owner. Not only was scheduling super straightforward through the online portal, but they showed up right on time for the hour or so window I requested, and on a weekend no less! After struggling with the FAA to get the all-clear for sending a drone up to look at my 2-story roof, we switched to plan B. It was Sunday, but Tyler explained he’d be sending someone back on Tuesday to get up there with a ladder. The Blue Sky crew reached out on Tuesday morning to set a time, and then Will showed up on time the same day, ladder ready. Will initially didn’t see any obvious signs that would cause a leak, but a second very detailed pass revealed a popped nail camouflaging itself well behind a shingle. Will reported the news and was back on the roof in 5 minutes, caulk gun in hand. He covered the offending nail and a few completely unrelated spots that may have caused me future grief and refused to charge me a cent. Will was also kind enough to give me some reassurances about the state of my roof and advice on how he’d handle the small wear and tear we may see. This was truly one of the best interactions I’ve had with a contractor/service provider and I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Sky to anyone I like. Thanks Will and Tyler for your expertise!
