Long gone are the days of having a contact book with all of your service people that know you by name, and care about your job like it's for a family member. In a new world of so much noise, it's SO nice to occasionally come across a company that still does business that way.

Daniel and the team at Byrd's Eye are exactly that. Have a question? You can send a question day or night, and they'll promptly answer it. Daniel answered my text at 7:30pm, and apologized that it took an hour because he was coaching a game. Now if that's not someone that cares about their business as a passion, I don't know what would be. We were worried about cost, quality, and disruption of replacing our roof. Daniel gave us an estimate, and to the penny it was exactly as described (not to mention by far the best price out of three company's quotes). But he didn't stop there. Byrd went above and beyond that, replacing trim, and reworking a technically challenging curved roof that others out there said they wouldn't even be able to do. I think Daniel simply liked challenge :). You might think they stopped there, but no... They even fixed our garage roof completely outside of the scope of work, and at no charge. All of this, and not for one second did I feel like it was for any reason other than it's just how they work.

When you spend the kind of money that replacing a roof costs, the unknown is a really scary thing, especially when it's your family home. Highly recommend Byrd’s Eye Roofing! They repaired our roof on our vacation home. They were quick, professional and so easy to communicate with. Also very reasonably priced. Will definitely be using them again if we are ever in need!

We called them for roof repair. Exchanging existing roof screws and washers on a metal roof, and capping off 2 chimneys. Guy came out to evaluate and said we'll be getting an estimate. Couple weeks into it, no estimate. Husband calls twice, talks to a lady that said she'll get with the guy to get us our estimate. This is about 2 months ago. Still no estimate. Could have hired someone else by now and have the problem fixed. If the job is below your standards, communicate it! Don't make promises and then let folks hang there. Terrible and not trustworthy business manners.

Daniel and the crew members are very nice. Very reasonable price for our roof repair. We called on Friday and Daniel came on Tuesday to give estimate and we received a call from Daniel and the crew members came out today to do the repair.

Byrd's Eye Roofing, Inc is the best! We had an ongoing issue with a roof leak for a few years, each time we hired someone to fix it they only put a band aid on the problem. Daniel came and inspected the entire roof, took photos of the bad areas and told us what needed to be done. He wrote up a clear contract with the exact materials listed and the total cost. The only down side was having to wait 5 weeks due to the rainy weather and how busy this company is, word of mouth from satisfied customers is keeping them busy!
Some of the things that stand out are "On time" - from the first meeting for an appraisal, Daniel was prompt (even a bit early) to the crew working on our roof (arrived every day at 7:30), having had a lot of experience with local tradesmen who come a day late or do not show at all, this was a plus. "Supervision" - during the replacement of the fascia, chimney and installing a new roof, Daniel checked on the job or had his supervisor make sure things were done and there was no mess left behind. "Communication" - we had great communication from Daniel and the office, our questions were always answered promptly, all information was clear. "Conscientious" - Daniel is diligent and makes certain his customers are satisfied. We are very satisfied with this company and highly recommend Byrd's Eye Roofing!
