We were referred by a friend to Panda roofing and construction. We could not have been happier with Monty and his team with our roof replacement. You will receive personal care throughout the entire process. Monty helped with everything from the insurance claim and was supervising the entire process to ensure the roof was the best install. We were impressed with the attention to detail that was shown. Monty ensured the venting in our attic was upgraded so it will be cooler in the summer.

True professional. Monty was on time, came to meet our needs on a dime, and fixed our tiles while assessing our roof. Gave us a really well priced estimate to secure our lifted tiles. I then asked him to assess a Sellers home for me as I am their listing agent. He was on his way to Prescott and immediately turned his car around to meet my clients needs as they needed an estimate before going under contract. Talk about superb customer service! It doesn’t get any better than Monty! 5 stars isn’t enough!

Monty and crew with Panda Roofing were fantastic! We needed a new roof that was 27 years old and Monty and his team with Panda Roofing came out and did an excellent job over two days putting in the new roof and cleaning up each day. Monty was an excellent communicator and did exactly what he and Panda said they would while being transparent along the way. In a day and age where one rolls the dice in wondering if they made the right choice in selecting a contracting team to work with I can say that Panda was worth the call! I can't imagine how the process could've been any easier. They initiated all the contacts instead of the other way around. They showed me the shingle color choices, had it delivered and came out and installed it all when they said they would. If there's supposed to be anything difficult in a reroofing, they took care of it all.

I was so impressed with the customer service Monty at Panda construction and roofing gave us and his willingness to accommodate our time line. We had both of our garages insulated in the walls and ceiling. It made a huge difference immediately.. the garages were noticeable cooler. Dry wall went quick and you can not tell where they even went in to put the insulation in the walls. Painting was done with so much detail. I was so pleased I tipped them! Monty was on site thru the whole process checking on the workmanship of each step. I highly recommend these guys. It was the first time I had used them and will now use some of their other services for remodeling my home because of the positive experience I had.

We had an awful roof issue with a Roofing contractor trying to get my insurance company to replace the roof for over a year!!! Meanwhile we had monsoons and winter storms making is even worse. So we decided we'd have to replace it ourselves. We got several estimates from different contractors. It's very expensive considering we have solar and it's about 10 grand just to remove the solar off the roof and put it back when the roof is finished. Then I found MONTY with PANDA ROOFING!! The customer service was great! Monty came to my house on a Thursday and inspected the roof for me AND came back again on Saturday when my husband was home. He gave us the best price and the best quality of materials (with a 50 year warranty!!) and even helped us get financing that same day. In less than a week my beautiful new roof was on my house. The crew was very good at what they did. Day 1 was removing old shingles and prep work. It was a long day for the crew but they stayed at it until the job was done. Day 2 was installing the new shingles, vents, etc. and not as long of a day for them. Cleanup was wonderful when the job was done. Ive never seen a construction crew clean up like these guys did. I expected to have to clean sand and debris from the gutters myself but was pleasantly surprised to find them spotless, like new. All trash was thoroughly removed from the yard. Good job Panda crew! I would recommend them.

They were contracted to do a partial roof by a Solar Supplier. I cannot speak on the price, but the installation was great. The did the job (about 600 sqft) in a short day. Left no mess at all, even protected shrubery.

Panda Roofing is a great company. Great staff and they will even have your drywall fixed if you have had a roof leak cause no damage.

They did a great job in two days! It was windy and ended out getting rained out at the1st day! Also cleaned up around the house both days! My husband cut out old solor pips that were for the pool until they leaked, no longer needed. Also he went and bought a new replacement wind turbine and the pained them to match roof! Very satisfied! The installers were Safe, skillful and had a work ethic that is rarely seen these days. They were also safe, pleasant, respectful and interacted with me through the whole installation.

A communication issue caused material to be short. The installers noticed the shortage upon delivery and called to correct the issue. The shortage was corrected so no delay occurred in the install.
I recommend this company to anyone who needs attention to their roofs.

Great experience with Panda. Monty Dyke did a thorough examination of our roof (including pictures). Because of additions we made to our home through the years, our roof was older on some areas than others. In addition to that we have 46 solar panels on our roof that needed to be removed and reconnected. Needless to say, not a "normal" roof replacement. Monty was involved in every step, checking in with us many times through the process which went very smoothly. We were provided a detailed estimate, time frame and completion date. If I could give a zero I would! Slimy salesman came and sold us a lie!! New roof but wait get solar too! We still do not have solar installed properly. It has been 5 months of solar panels o roof that are not hooked up, did not get products we purchased! Roof was completed but workers were unprofessional and damaged the house.Horruble scam cannot get any help from them now they got my full cash payment of over $80,000 dollars!!!

We used Fresh Home Solutions because they were referred by Titan Solar when we had Solar put on our home. We had an entire new roof replaced(underlayment). Once the roof was complete, our solar was then put on. We paid for new t-tops, jacks, flashings, drip edges and crickets. Now 2 years later, the workmanship warranty JUST expired. I have 2 new roof leaks. Fresh Solutions NEVER returned any calls, despite calling several times and leaving messages. We had to call another company come to repair the leaks. Now we come to find out that the roof wasn’t done correctly NOR were any of the t tops, jacks, drop edges, crickets-replaced. Even though we paid for all of these parts to be installed. -They were the same old dented parts. We had our house painted 6 months PRIOR to the new roof install. Yet, upon close inspection, you could still see the old house paint color on these parts that were supposed to be replaced.
Beware!!!I would NOT refer this company. If you do use them, make sure you get before, during and after pictures so you don’t get scammed like we did. But if you do, you might have leaks again 2 years later like we did. Right when the workmanship warranty expires.
