I had TMR put a new roof on my home. Nick the owner of TMR was professional in is Presentation. His crew worked as a well oiled machine. They did a good job. I recommend this company.

I had the pleasure to work with Nick and his crew to have my roof replaced. This is a first rate business. I was referred to TRM Roofing from a neighbor. I reached out to TRM to get a quote and Nick responded promptly. I did get 3 different quotes. TRM was in the middle as far as pricing. I Chose TRM because Nick met with personally and explained the entire process. I was able to get on his schedule quickly, his crew showed up on time, they were extremely clean and finished the job on time. I also appreciated Nicks guidance on installing an attic fan. I contacted TRM to provide a "proactive" evaluation of my home's roof condition. I'd noticed that several of my neighbors had recently replaced their roof, and since I'd only owned my home for approximately 4 1/2 years, and with no previous history of my homes roof passed down from the previous owner, I needed an honest inspection of the roof condition. Also, I was getting ready to sell my home, and wanted to be sure there were no pre-existing issues.

TRM arrived on-time, and were very polite and courteous. Nick quickly grabbed his ladder and got to conducting his evaluation; pulling up several roofing tiles and getting a good look at what was going on.

Naturally, I was expecting doom and gloom, and thought I'd be told the entire roof is in need of replacement. Much to my surprise, Nick came down and told me that my roof had been recently serviced, and that my roof easily had 10+ years of life left.

TRM could have taken advantage of the matter, but instead, being Veteran owned, showed integrity and character in that they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They even provided a written inspection report at no cost, and told me that I should apply two coats to elastomeric coating on our patio cover to extend it's life due to a small amount of granular degradation.

TRM is the real deal, and I appreciate their integrity, punctuality, and respect for the customer. I highly recommend TRM.

My roof was hit twice in one week with wind damage which scattered tiles both front and back. Called Nick with TRM and he came the same day to assess. Since I can’t climb a ladder, he was my hero. No damage - no worries. My go-to roofing crew in the future.

Had a micro burst go through the neighborhood. Tiles on at least 4 houses were lifted/moved. Contacted Nick and he came right out. Affected tiles were put back into place and roofs inspected at no charge. Would highly recommend TRM for your next roofing project.

This is our second time to use TRM Roofing. Both times Nick and his crew have been very polite and professional. When the work was completed they cleaned up the work area leaving it just a little better than it was before they arrived. Hopefully we will no there will not be a need for them again but if there is we will contact them to do the repairs necessary.

Nick (owner), Erik and the TRM Roofing team were fantastic! We especially appreciated their honesty and willingness to immediately make things right when something went wrong. They accidentally cut our gas line but told us right away, owned up to the mistake, and assured us they'd pay for all repairs. Not only did they pay for all repairs, but they arranged for all repairs and the final inspection with the town of Gilbert, too. And it was fixed within 48 hours.

We had used TRM previously for roof repair, and now they've replaced our entire roof. They're honest, communicate well and did a wonderful job. They also send you a bag of yummy chocolate chip cookies after every service (whether it's a simple repair or an entire roof replacement) who else does that? Nick also felt so bad about the inconvenience with the gas line (we had no hot water for 2.5 days) that he gave us a $100 Cheesecake Factory gift card. And - his bid came in several thousand dollars lower than we expected. He offered us a substantial discount since they'd done repair work for us prior, and because we could pay in full.

Before the work began the project foreman explained to me the outline of the work to be done & the time frame of how long it should take. The workers arrived promptly every day for the 3 days it took to complete the roofing project. When the work was done the area was cleaned of all roofing debris. i am very pleased with the whole process & think TRM made it as painless as possible.

Had roof underlayment replaced due to age. Nick and Vic were very responsive and professional. Great 12 yr warranty against leaks. Had minor issue with broken vent (unrelated to workmanship) which Vic came out and replaced immediately, excellent customer service! Thorough cleanup when job was finished. After three years since installation (updated from 1 yr), I am happy to recommend TRM. Nick and his team performed underlayment replacement at my home in early summer 2022. I have access to IR cams and moisture meters; there have been no leaks since installation, including a known small leak which TRM remedied. They were able to start work much quicker than the competitors and their price was competitive. They always had a capable english speaking foreman on site. Minimal nail debris from the removal. I highly recommend TRM.

Nick answered my call in the evening and stopped by the next day to inspect and repair the roof. Less than one business day even in these crazy times. Super friendly and will keep him as my go-to for future roofing needs.

These guys are fast, friendly, efficient, and inexpensive. I had a roof tile come off in the storm and they had someone out right away( I live in San Tan). When the technician came he did a quick roof inspection and found 2 other tiles that where cracked. In the end I was able to have all 3 tiles fix/replaced for right around $200. We had numerous scupper-related leaks with our casita’s parapet roof. TRM replaced the damaged wood, re-attached the scuppers and installed a polyurethane foam system that looks great, and has been very reliable – no more leaks!! I couldn't have been happier with the decision to use Nick's company to redo my roof, crews were on time both days, on the first day they sat out front waiting for the storm to pass and stayed late to make sure they didn't lose any time. They worked very hard at making sure everything was cleaned up. One of the crew members even spent a half an hour getting debris that blew into my pool that would have easily been cleaned up by the pool itself. Nick is a great guy and spends the time explaining to you what work they will be doing and why. I am very happy with the way the roof looks. Also the crew foreman Joe is easy to work with and did a great job at keeping me informed with what was going on.

I contacted TRM to look at my roof. Apparently a few tiles had come loose and there was some water damage. Nick did the inspection and recommend an area to be patched. A week later his crew came out. They made the repairs and documented the work with photos. Did a very professional job. Quite pleased.

I had a few leaks in my roof that I had a couple companies come take a look at. Nick was the friendliest, most solution oriented and genuine of everyone I met with. He provided fair pricing, was very accommodating with my questions and concerns. The install was lead by Joe the Foreman who was extremely helpful, very transparent about the work being performed and was very eager to please and take care of me (the customer). They did a very professional, clean and high quality job. They were willing and eager to accommodate repairs along the way & took care of the small details others ignore (painting the old waist vents to match the roof, moving the air vents to allow better circulation with the solar vent, repairing rotted trim, etc...)

We had TRM fix our walk deck, which I only recently learned is what you call an uncovered balcony. Nick was prompt in coming to inspect and was quite clear in describing what needed to happen. The quote appeared in my inbox shortly thereafter with a quote right where it needed to be. It was a multi-day project with a layer of material needing to cure in between. The tech who performed the work, Boynton, was very prompt and courteous and from what I can tell, was very good at his craft. I am very happy with the experience of working with TRM roofing.

Nick with TRM Roofing came out to do a roof inspection because we noticed some cracked and separated tiles. He is the most genuine and honest person you will ever meet! The sale of our house was contingent on some minor Spanish concrete roof tile repair. The vendor we had lined up to complete the job decided to go on vacation instead of completing the repair as scheduled. After calling 20 roof vendors, on a Memorial Day Holiday weekend, I spoke with Nick at TRM roofing on Saturday. Nick understood the urgency of getting the repair done on time for us to close on our house on Tuesday the 26th. Nick, an Army Veteran who owns the TRM Roofing agreed to do the repair on Memorial Day. I am a 22 year retired Navy diver, and a retired San Diego police officer so I completely understand the value of quality work and showing up on time. TRM was amazing. The project was started on a Monday and they had removed almost all of the tiles from the south side of my house. They installed all of the roofing material by the end of the day. The forecast called for rain the next day and they assured me that my house was waterproof and that there was no chance of a leak. Well, it rained all day Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and I had ZERO leaks. Their workmanship and attention to detail was incredible. They did a thorough clean-up every day. Nick and his crew took on a very challenging flat roof that was leaking in multiple areas due to damage from another contractor. His crew was professional and courteous. They were on time every time. I have to tell my story. Another company did my roof, but they went out of business due to death in the family etc, I called Nick on two occasions due to leaking around the Air conditioning units. He came out and fixed it and did not want any money. He said he would do that for his mother and grandmother anytime. That is way too generous. I may not be a roofing expert, however the work was done promptly and as discussed. More important is the character and integrity behind the job well done. It is on these qualities 5 stars are given!!!

I found TRM's website while looking for contractors to evaluate my 25 year old tile roof for any needed repairs . Nick (company owner) quickly responded and, after introduction, did an evaluation of my roof where he found no immediate problems other than a single cracked tile. When I told him I had a spare he quickly offered to replace the broken one without charge. He suggested that I call him for a followup inspection in a year or so.

The above experience indicates Nick's honesty and ethics. He obviously is not interested in selling unnecessary services and has his customer's interest in mind.

Of possible interest to others is that, in addition to being honest, knowledgeable and ethical, Nick is a great communicator and has several credentials related to roofing inspection and evaluations that would give any homeowner confidence and peace of mind.

These guys did a great job on the initial job. However don't try to get any warranty work out fo them. Nick doges calls and emails. Then he showed up after reschuedling and cancelling on me 4x today 20 minutes late blaming taffic after I confirmed with him that I was leaving work to meet him on his schedule. He gets there with an attitude and doesnt even look at the roof problem and said "deal with the registrar" which I am but what an unprofessional business they run here. No one answers the phone, they screen everything. Its not even a big deal but the unwillingness to warranty their work should make any potential consumer run for the hills. My job was a 40K+ roof so this was no small job either. I'd image he would do the same with a small job too. Run from this one, there are plenty of quality roofers in town.

Nick and his team were clean, professional, and stuck to the schedule. During the work, they came upon some support degradation which could not be seen during the inspection; they corrected this issue without charge, and informed us after the fact… Not many companies have this type of integrity, and professionalism. Highly recommended!

We had one tile fall off the roof and then we had tiles sliding down. I called a few roofers but of course no reply. Then I found TRM roofing. I called and Nick answered, I explained the situation and Nick came out the next morning just before going to another job. Nick put all the tiles back, inspected our roof and finished within 25 minutes. Nick was professional, prompt and a gentleman. I received multiple quotes and decided on TRM based on great value, fast scheduling to start work and that they are a veteran/family owned small business... when the work began, Joseph and his team completed the work quickly and surpassed my expectations. The tile on my roof is obsolete, and quite a few were cracked. Even though the tile is no longer manufactured, Joseph was able to find a very close color match to complete my roof and left me with extra tiles for future needs. I would highly reccomend this roofer.

Nick saved the day! We only needed a few tiles replaced for inspection purposes but everyone wanted an arm and a leg! He came and did the repair quickly and at a reasonable price. He’s in East Mesa so that was convenient for us both. Nick was thoroughly professional and even provided a report and photos for the realtor!

Nic seemed more interested in prying into my work history and home-maintanence skills than into my roof. The co-owner of my home has sterling credit and the structure has been deemed sound by a structural engineer, nevertheless, after taking pictures of my roof and agreeing to email an estimate, he did NOT. He only emailed me to inform me that he would not accept the job because "you have more PRESSING construction issues" to fix "FIRST" and "you need a general contractor" ---- emailed him back---TWICE---asking if that means it would be too DANGEROUS to do the roof first, no reply.
I called a couple times a day---for 3 days---no answer, I hung up.
I left one message, a polite message---asking what "issue" on his cell, and a polite one at the office.
I didn't bother to leave any more messages or call again----seeing he totally ghosted me----he never bothered to give ANY advice, other than that which is in quotes above----leaving me wondering if our engineer missed something and if my attic would collapse under the weight of a new roof and kill me. But oh well, roofer lives matter...
His moto, if you can get past the subtle political rhetoric on his website to digest it is: TRM "tells you things no other roofer will tell you". He's RIGHT. We just now had 3 general contractors and an engineer tell us it's best to fix the ROOF first----just as every reputable expert on the subject of home improvement and renovation says roofs come first----and we obtained 7 estimates from 7 reputable roofing companies who have been in business for decades, none of whom pried into our affairs or turned down the job before making our final selection.
MORAL OF THE STORY: If somebody who doesn't know what they're talking about won't answer the phone to SAY what they're talking about, maybe they KNOW they don't know what they're talking about.
EDIT: After I left this negative review, Nic accused me of "harrassment".....2 emails, 2 hangups on 3 days, 1 voicemail and 1 office call---followed by a bad review----is not classified as "harrassment" or "stalking" by anyone except wingnuts.
Interesting he accused ME of stalking, appearantly he has enough time on his hands to read peoples' edits, copy and pastes of his reviews on Yelp or wherever, which, in MY case were done after I received his lying reply, to keep on top of it---because every time I posted, I discovered another one of his lies that I had neglected to refute.
I DID NOT WRITE A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T "SERVICE" ME, LOL, HE'S FLATTERING HIMSELF.
And I didn't change my user name or hide anything, I just don't use the same name on both websites---which, in his paranoid mind, seems meaningful. Incidentally, another lie he told Yelp was that I posted this review on "MULTIPLE" sites.
And he's gone off the rails about my not being in Paradise Valley as if I'm plotting against him or something, I never said WHERE I was---the SYSTEM did.
At first I thought he was just a garden variety wingnut, now I think he may actually be delusional. And malicious. He thinks he can intimidate me with information he thinks he has on me, but it'll just drive more traffic to my amusing and shockingly honest reviews.
Just look at the long obnoxious arrogant reply he made to another person's bad review, yup, he's spreading himself "too thin" alright.

Nick came out to give me a quote for coating my roof. Rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need, like the other guys, he told me how I could fix it myself. Not only that, when he got back to his office that afternoon he emailed links to YouTube videos on how to use the patch material he recommended. It came out great. Nick saved me thousands. That's what I call a straight up guy. You can bet he will be the guy I call when I have serious roof problem.
