Kasen, Jim, Jake and Billy are a great team and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were all accessible by phone/text, including on the weekends. They were on-site for the project and were constantly asking us if we had any questions or concerns about how the project was going. Jim is a great representative for the company from day one, as he took his time to explain what he was seeing wrong with our old roof, broke out the ladder, walked the roof taking pictures and then came down to show us exactly what he saw. Within 48 hours we had our quote and went with Roof Doctors of New England. They worked with us on scheduling the job as we needed it expedited and they juggled their calendar to make it happen. The installation crew showed up on time, worked several long days and cleaned up the work area throughout the day and made sure that the area was clean at the end of each day. The last thing you need are metal pieces and nails in your yard or driveway - and they were very thorough making sure everything was taken care of. We raised two small issues with Kasen and he had the crew back on site the next morning and everything was finished perfectly. We would highly recommend Roof Doctors for any roofing work that you needed.

We had an amazing experience with Roof Doctors. We had some structural issues with the roof, as well as needing new shingles, and were a little stressed about taking on this large of a project. Roof Doctors talked us through every step, made sure to stay within the initial quote, and worked fast. The quality of the work is impeccable and their crew was amazing and went above and beyond. We would absolutely recommend using them for your roof and would hire them again in the future!

I needed two chimneys to be removed down to the basement before I could start other major renovations. Zeth and his team were fantastic. One of the chimneys was a real monster and led to a massive fireplace. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and there was no mess left for me to deal with. Both holes in the roof were patched perfectly and withstood a downpour of 1" of rain in 20 minutes with no leaks. Great job - well worth the money.

The Roof Doctors of New England performed a full roof replacement and re-installation for my home.

Prior to buying this home in the fall, I had three separate roofing contractors come out to inspect the roof on the home due to its unique nature (it is a flat residential roof). At the time, all three said the roof was in excellent shape - since the completed purchase there have been several substantial leaks all across the home in various rooms after rain, snow, and during melting. While this was nobody's fault, and couldn't have been foreseen it was quickly determined that the roof needed to be fully replaced.

Joe and Kasen came HIGHLY recommended from a personal friend. Joe listened to countless phone calls end endured my endless descriptions of the issues at hand. He came out promptly to assess the job, gave an incredibly fair and competitive quote and did not once place any pressure on me as I navigated the process while meeting with other contractors.

The roof replacement was complex and required that two roofs be fully removed and the entire plywood base be replaced. This job was time consuming, and challenging but the crew showed up every day at the exact time they specified, were respectful, friendly, and courteous. At one point they weren't thrilled about the way some of the siding looked and Joe took the time to talk to me about it, and to make sure the work he wasn't happy about was completely re-done to ensure we had the best possible roof both functionally, and aesthetically.

Joe spotted some problems others did not mentions. He gave us a fast, fair quote. When material availability became a problem he gave us a discount. His crew worked hard all day on a long day. They cleaned up perfectly, and were always cheerful. The carpenter on the crew did excellent work repairing trim. The attention to small details at the end of along day was impressive.

Kasen and his crew from Roof Doctors won out over 5 other contractors. It was the mix of local, price, responsiveness, value and trust. He was great and I would 100% do business with them again. The roof was a challenge and I couldn't be happier with my investment!!!!

Kasen was great!!!!! Called him concerning a roof leak. He came over, inspected the roof and located the culprit which was around the chimney. Not surprised since this was the last area that had been worked on (liner and cap). He is registered with the BBB. Would refer him to friends and family.

Great crew, who do professional work the right way. The took the time to pull back my shingle siding to put up flashing instead of caulking. These guys and gal were fantastic.
