A few years back, I was hit with the a hail storm. I leaved in Waxahachie at that time. Storm damage was severe and I developed leaks. I called Fish who was an acquaintance and came highly recommended. Fast forward ⏩ to now. My roofing system was upgraded for only a price of my deductible. Included my patio, chimney, garage doors , ceilings.
Developed a relationship. His further help with permitting on additional work was absolutely indispensable.
Thank you for quality , and all help with all my crazy project. Warranty was honored at the time of a sale and transferred to a new buyer.

During the May 2024 hail storm, our home got severely damaged along with it. Mostly the exterior and roof portion. We were concerned there might potential leaks or things falling off from the heavy winds as well. Right away we searched for a top rated, local company that could come out and check out the condition of our home afterwards. Called the next morning, their prompt answer was friendly, and all our questions were met with care. They came out same day, inspected the entire property, and even did a temporary repair on an open spot on the roof.
Our project manager, Mr. Fish, was very knowledgeable in work and we felt at ease with the claim process. Their team handled everything smoothly, and all we had to do was pay our deductible, and trust them with the rest. Very happy with the new pretty roof and everything that was damaged became brand new again. We had issues with contractors before them in the past, leaving a mess, and had terrible communication – this was not the case here at all. I’d like to commend their efforts for prepping, cleaning, and staying on top of it all.

I just had to give a shout out to Advantage Remodeling and Roofing, the contractors who restored our kitchen. They were the total package. We apparently had a small, long-standing leak under our sink that caused a huge problem and mess. I was put in touch with Mr. Fish, who came out within hours of my call. Advantage Remodeling and Roofing got the mitigation company in right away and things just clicked along from there. Oh, it was a mess for sure, but everything was handled so professionally. They held my hand the whole way, helping with the new layout, answering questions, and taking care of all the sub-contractors. Advantage Remodeling and Roofing got a great company that packed us out, the POD for storage, the tile man who laid a beautiful new floor, folks who installed the quartz counters and back-splash, everything! Most of us don’t know all the things that need to be done, or the order they should be completed. Sure, I was in procurement and know how to get bids, but if I had to handle all the different companies that were required, I’d still be trying to get it completed! The owner (Boris Dinaburg) and Mr. Fish actually spent time over the Memorial Day weekend assisting me create the new kitchen design! They suggested little things that have made my new kitchen absolutely gorgeous! I could not be happier with the result. I have more room – how did they do that? My insurance sent me initial estimate for roof replacement only, but Advantage Remodeling and roofing team was able to negotiate with them and got approved additionally replacement of my fence, solar windows, chimney cap, garage door and gutters! I even didn't know that all of these can be replaced under the same claim! It took some time, but at the end we got everything we claimed!

I hired Advantage remodeling and roofing to work on my roof. There was a nasty hail storm in 2023 and I had a lot of damage. Stephen, the sales representative, was friendly and extremely helpful in going through the process with insurance and coordinating the repairs for my roof. The team was professional, detailed, and well organized.

I hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing in 2019 after a big hail storm in North Dallas area. All went smooth. Adjuster showed up my son worked with Boris to complete the roofing repairs. Once the roof was opened we found that my chimney was leaking. Supplements were provided. USAA was reluctant to pay for the repairs and a new chimney cricket since I did not have a proper policy coverage. However, this is when the magic happened. To company convinced USAA that the cricket may not be covered, but the internal damages from the water interning my home were !
I was moved to a house in the area, all was taken care to a minute detail. They even had someone to reconnect my computer and activate all of the passwords to my Netflix. All my belongings were packed out and stored while floors, kitchen, walls, ceilings and everything else including showers and tile was redone.
I was moved back and love my new floors and the kitchen. From the looks of the inside and the professional workmanship I can be sure and truly convinced that my exterior is in a great shape! It was not all peaches and you need to prepare yourself to be out of the house for a little bit to allow for the insurance process to take place. Yes numerous phone calls and the emails. We were out of town on holiday when this happened. My daughter was looking after our cat and home sitting. I got a call that the ceiling caved in above kitchen and water was quickly covering first floor of my home. We immediately called Mr Fish with Advantage Remodeling and Roofing. Next day, as the plumber repaired the pipe, you couldn’t help but feel a strange sense of gratitude. We were thankful as we were still out of town and could not get back quickly. Complete kitchen, all of the floors on the first floor, guest bathroom, hallway were completely remodeled.

We hired Advantage Remodeling and Roofing to help us restore our recently purchased home after a hail storm. Using a recommendation of our realtor and additional research, I quickly realized that these guys go beyond of just roofing replacement. Reading reviews about Siding replacements and compete HVAC systems I was hooked and wanted to try it for my self.
Initially all started as usual. A very skimpy estimate by the insurance carrier with limited approved damages. Lots of promises by Mr Fish to complete this and that. He was rambling on how we are going to do it. Sounded like a far fetched fantasy. I wanted to trust it.
Let me tell you, that to my surprise, all happened as promised.
Proper materials were approved for a roof line first. Estimates were collected for my fence, my swimming pool, siding, garage doors, HVAC units and gutters. After approval work took only a few days at the time. All was done quickly and professionally. Yes my house siding was patched up for a bit longer than I wanted to, but all is finally fixed. I even got a new moisture wrap around the house.
To this date we had 3 re-inspections, samples were collected 3 times. 1000 of photos were sent with 300 emails.
I have one complaint!!
I just keep receiving presents every 4 months for the past 2 years. Part of me wishes to conclude this already, but the insurance co had another alternative plan to delay and deny.

Kudos to Advantage Remodeling and Roofing for their outstanding claim handling! So many items were missed by third party adjusters during the inspection. What started as a small roofing claim turned into a huge benefit for my property. Including siding repairs, new AC unit, new patio furniture set. He even offered to install additional gutters above my second floor window.

Advantage Remodeling and Repair just fixed my roof turbine damaged from all the winds we've been having lately. This was a small, but time sensitive job - with rain forecasted tomorrow this would become a much larger issue if not fixed. They had the best price out of all the contractors I called, and their response time was unreal - my roof was fixed within two hours of the phone call. They also checked and tightened the screws on all the other turbines on my roof. This is going above and beyond to help a customer. When it's time to replace my roof, this company will be my fist and most obvious choice.

We discovered Advantage and Fish while working on a neighborhood home. We asked him to drop by and review our situation and offer suggestions.

Fish was very patient, understanding, and explained the repair and claims process as clear as any contractor I have ever used. Keep in mind that we have experienced roof damage over 8 times in the 28 years we have owned our home. I was not in any rush to remedy the repair as a result of past "Fly-by-night" contractors used in the past. In my opinion they disrupt you household, create more damage than they repair, rush through the job to collect the funds, and don't address any subsequent issues caused by the damage. This is not the case with Advantage.

Although the repairs tool time to work with insurance, Fish patiently worked with us, his customers, and Insurance, to explain everything that was happening with our home as a result of the storm.
If you are an inpatient person, that wants immediate results, and not a complete repair, Advantage is probably not for you; but if you want a complete and professional job, with attention to details, a friendly crew, and a responsive company, you should give Advantage at try.

I would not have managed dealing with our lightning strike and moving at the same time without the help of Mr. Fish. He was very open, up front, and honest about everything that he was doing and was personally involved in all of the work done at my home. Roofing and related damage due to hail. Advantage roofing and remodeling completed the project to my satisfaction. Most importantly, they worked with the insurance company persistently to get coverage for the condenser and garage door that were initially denied. Hired Advantage remodeling and roofing after a bad hail storm. They handled everything and got our home repaired quickly and with the care and attention to detail I would’ve used! they used the limited budget provided by the insurance company and still got everything repaired with quality. They repaired our roof (gutters and skylight too), replaced 2 broken windows, re-stained the fence and got us a new garage door the insurance company missed.

Since they reached out, I thought to set up a visit for an estimate and a rep came out that evening. My husband and I were impressed with his knowledge and all of the advice he gave us on our gutters. We were remodeling a few other things in and outside of the house and he gave us a few tips on those as well! We felt we got a fair price and we are throughly happy with the project.

Hired advantage for gutter installation for a house that I recently purchased. It had partial gutters, but needed approx 200 linear feet more of gutter to make it complete. Their rep came to the house within a day of contact, gave a reasonable estimate and explained the entire scope of work. His price was very competitive compared to the other 4 quotes i got. I chose to go with him because of the sincerity that came through during our conversation. He was able to complete the job in 3 days after the initial quote and the work was impeccable. The new gutters fit in seamlessly with the old, and he even moved one of the old down spouts to a better location for no additional cost. He also gave me a lot of pointers on a lot of renovation ideas I have around the house for the future and how to tackle them. Would recommend without any reservations.

I called three A+ contractors in my area and from the very start they responded quickly, quoted fairly and did quality work. We had more then just roof damage from our 2017 spring hail storms. The damage included a complete re-shingling with a repair to a hole that caused water damage to the inside. They handled the inside repairs and the roof, as well as some gutters, screens, window trim, and fence work. The quality of work was excellent, but just as important to me was the consistent communication they kept with me and our insurance adjusters. I recommend these guys to anyone and would use them again if the need arises.

Mr. Fish was the one who helped with the roof inspection for a new property that I intended to buy. The sellers inspection report mentioned that the roof was in a good condition. However Mr. Fish came out on a very short notice and that too on a freezing cold day. He performed a thorough inspection and produced the report the same day but did not charge any extra for my urgency. Apart from the roof, he also advised on other things like foundation and overall condition of the house without any charges.

Insurance adjuster initially declined a full roof replacement. Later a leak was found. Boris with Advantage came checked out my problems and rescheduled with the same adjuster and got the whole roof replaced, fences repainted, and gutters replaced. The crew did an efficient job, everything was done smoothly. Boris is very responsive with any questions that you may have.

Last year we experienced some hail damage to our roof, fence, gutters, and outdoor shed. We were a bit overwhelmed when it came to working with insurance to get this all fixed, but Boris was able to explain & guide us through the claims process which was very helpful. It was also great to be able to get the hail damage fixed by one company instead of having to work with different companies for each repair.
When it came to the repairs, they were done quickly and the quality has been top notch. I would highly recommend and will be giving them a call for any future needs.

update - had TV dish blown from the roof and causing leaks during last rainfall, the guys came in no time and repaired everything at very low cost.
