Project Manager Mark Witzke is AWESOME. He really is what swayed our decision to go with River City after getting multiple quotes as we explored cost and quality to maximize the value we would be receiving from a roofing company. Marks communication from start to finish exceeded our expectations. Mark had us scheduled 2 days after signing and the roofers finished our roof in 6 hours. Mark will go above and beyond for you and your family which was not my experience with other suppliers. 10/10 recommend

We had an excellent experience getting roof replaced in a short time due to the year anniversary approaching from the 2023 hailstorm. Mark Witzke answered all questions regarding insurance payouts. Before deciding on the shingle, Mark explained the differences in shingle quality. He was on site multiple times to ensure the job was done right. The crew that did the job was amazing. We are very pleased with the new color of shingle on the house. Highly recommend River City Roofing and their professionalism and quality of work.

River City Roofing keeps their promises! Several years ago River City installed a new roof on our house. Recently, an issue arose and they honored their warranty and fixed it in a timely and professional manner. Tricia, their rep, was great to work with. She answered all our concerns and questions. Having an insurance claim this large on your home owners insurance is daunting.Having Tricia from River City Roofing made it handable, if not easy! We have this great roof and better ventilation. She was always available to answer any questions I had.

Dealing with River City Roofing was nice, easy, and professional. They added attic vents that increased ventilation and dramatically increased air flow from my attic fan. Roofing crew did a fantastic job along on the roof, and an exceptional clean up when they were done.
