Josh came out to inspect and provide a quote. He was extremely kind patient and professional. He took time to understand my needs and concerns and promptly put a plan in place to execute. Looking forward to scheduling my repairs soon as their book of business seemed to be up, and that’s a good thing!

Casey Neal of Ridgeline Roofing came out today and repaired a leak in the roof above our back porch. He also replaced some of the screws in the main part our metal roof. I particularly appreciated that he provided before an after videos of the damage that existed and the repairs that were made. He did an great job and is an excellent representative of Ridgeline Roofing.

Ridgeline did a fantastic job on my new construction build in 2024, tons friends homes whom I’ve referred, and even my own MOTHERS house I trusted with these guys. Absolutely best outfit in Birmingham!

I don’t post many reviews on social media but, in this case, I feel like I need to make an exception. Ridgeline Roofing is an exceptional company that provided me with excellent service. I had a relatively small repair job that probably wouldn’t have been a priority for many roofing companies. Yet Michael Beasley treated it like a priority project and completed my repair work within days of my initial call. If I could award him and his company six stars, I certainly would.

Ridgeline roofing sent out Caleb to inspect our roof due to light water intrusion. Turns out it was the stuff around the vent for the septic system…. I don’t know what the stuff was called but Caleb did. He explained what was going on and why there was water intrusion. He didn’t try to sell me a new roof or anything superfluous, I really appreciated his up front attitude (honest and to the point) and the knowledge he spoke from. I would work with ridgeline roofing again as long as they allow Caleb to be my point of contact. I can’t say enough good things about the representative they sent and apparently the company as a whole. As far as the fix goes the issue was fixed and so far there have been no issues. 10/10 would recommend…. :-) am recommending!

Called Ridgeline because I had another roofing company ghost me on repairs to a property I have under contract. They answered and had Tyler Hicks out the next day to inspect the roof and give me an estimate! By 3pm I had an invoice and a promise to have the repairs completed by closing (one week away). Tyler worked his magic and had the roof completed 2 days before closing and when I needed some photos of the repairs (that I had made the mistake in not requesting when they did the job because it was so last minute). He yet again worked his magic and 20 minutes later, they were sent to me! Tyler WILL be my GO TO for ANY roofing needs I have in the future! So thankful to have someone so trustworthy, fast, and reliable for my roofing needs in the real estate business! Thanks Tyler for EVERYTHING and thanks so much for such a great experience!

Called, came out 2-days later & did an excellent job. I needed 10' of gutter re-nailed. Casey Neal performed the task at no charge. He stated I only needed a few longer, new screws. This person demonstrated what CHARACTER really is in a business. Another gutter company was going to charge me $120.00 for the same job. I have already referred this company to a friend of mine.

Brian Plott was so nice and professional, he offered me a free inspection and after inspecting my roof he sat down with me , showed me pics and videos of my roof and let me know that no damage was found and my roof needed nothing at this and set my mind at ease. I without a doubt when my roof is in need of replacement repair i will call Brian plott and use him and Ridgeline in the future. Highly recommend Brian Plott!!

I was extremely pleased with Ridgeline Roofing. They did a roof tune up and cricket installation for me. Brad Tindle's communication was prompt, professional, and clear. They started and completed the job in such a timely manner and left my yard looking great. Would highly recommend!!

Casey Neal was awesome. He was so flexible with me making sure to schedule everything so that I could be my curiously nosey control self and be there for everything. Even though I’m sure I just got in his way with all my questions he explained everything to me so patiently. He made me feel like I could be a roofer now. lol but I’ll leave that to the professionals at Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration.

Lukas was great - Straight shooter and gave me a good price for a complete old shingle removal and metal installation. Skyler and the installation team were simply awesome. Very pleasant and all business. These guys do beautiful work! My wife and I are very pleased with the look and workmanship of our new roof.

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration has done a great job with the estimate, working with insurance, & installing the new metal roof. We love the roof - it's eco-friendly, no noisier in heavy downpours that the old asphault shingles & has made a reduction in our monthly heating & cooling bills in addition to looking nice.

This time around, we're asking for installation of trim pieces where roof meets siding in order to protect the siding edges - something which was overlooked in the original installation.

So far, the estimate has gone well & we're just waiting to schedule a date to do the work.
The only improvement I can suggest for the company is to please provide notifications when an appointment or work needs to be rescheduled due to weather, etc.

Maurice came out to give me an estimate and he was so great to work with. Very easy and was able to get my quote during the visit. I haven’t had any roof work completed yet, but I will come back and update this post once that is completed.

Luke Morris is the man you want! As hard working and dependable as I could ask for. Always punctual and easy to work with.

In the last few storms and metal roof started lifting. Last one I had two sheets of metal fly off. I called Tyler Williams from Ridgeline roofing on a Saturday night. He was at my house within 30 minutes. They put a tire in my house and kept in touch with me constantly. I had to wait over a week for the insurance I asked her to come out. They contacted me throughout that to make sure everything was OK and then they came out on the day The insurance agent came. Tyler Kept in contact with me frequently and said he would be there and he was. This is the best customer service I've had in a very long time. I trust Tyler with everything I need done. If you need something done to your roof, you need to call Tyler Williams.
