Tristen was quick, polite, and honest. I called them after a hail storm rolled through and he checked out the roof but found no damage. He never at any point tried to sell me on repairs that I didn’t need. Awesome experience!

Tristen at Ridgeline did a phenomenal job making my insurance claim less stressful specifically since my insurance only wanted to cover for part of the roof repair. After insurance finally came around we had a new roof within days. The roof look so good that we hired Ridgeline to make cosmetic updates to our chimney. Tristen also worked to have my father’s roof repaired within a few weeks of getting the insurance estimate. The best part of working with Tristen was his honesty and willingness to take even the small jobs serious. I would highly recommend going through Tristen and Ridgeline.

I had a great experience with Connor Morris. He was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. The insurance company wanted an explanation as to why I needed a new roof,he made a video as to why I did. Very pleased with Ridgeline roofing & employees. Their prices are reasonable and competitive.

First Dylan did a thorough inspection of our roof and gutters. Once Dylan finished the inspection, he worked with our insurance company to get our roof and gutters replaced.
Once insurance approved the job Dylan and Ridgeline had me put on the schedule and had our roof and gutters replaced within two weeks.
The roofing crew had our roof replaced in one day and more importantly, cleaned up after themselves. It looked like they had never been there.
Overall I was impressed with how easy Ridgeline made this process. I would definitely recommend Ridgeline to anyone.

They absolutely made getting a new roof easy and stress free, from the very first conversation until the end they walked me through everything helped me decide the best route for my situation and delivered a beautiful job well done. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the roof they work fast Josh reached out to me about my roof first offering to come patch it (for free) until they could get the job done! That alone confirmed they are great people and definitely work for the customer not just in it for themselves!! Jared came out to do the estimate and talk me through everything they would do and how the process works. He was very professional and personable always responding back right away to any questions I had. When the crew to do the roof made it out Mr. Joe was also great keeping me in the loop of the time frame and each step of how things would go. The guys who were replacing the roof worked so fast and so well organized it was actually pretty entertaining to watch and they cleaned up to perfection you would never know they were there not a trace left behind. I was so impressed, I had him out a second property to inspect a roof. Although it turned out that roof was not quite ready for a repair, he took the extra time to fix a set of cosmetic shingles over the garage.

Ridgeline was fantastic to work with through the whole process. Gunter was great and one of the leading reasons why I chose Ridgeline. His quote was on time and he answered all of my questions promptly. Their crew showed up on the exact day they were schedule to arrive. They were polite and had excellent workmanship. I technically only needed a repair on my roof, initially, but I decided to do a replacement to update our home. I'm glad I did. The quality of work far surpassed my old roof that I didn't even realize how bad it was until I saw how good it could be. Ridgeline did not pressure me to replace my roof and provided a realistic repair estimate. Very happy with everything they did. There was a minor billing issue at the end I hadn't noticed before paying. Hunter and I were doing the follow up after the project was completed, and he noticed the error and got me a refund for the difference quickly. Fantastic group to work with.

Buying a roof is a big deal and Jared is the man to walk you through the process. After talking with 3 other companies, I decided to try one more and im glad i did. Ridgeline has been the easiest to deal with and at any time I could text or call Jared and get the answers I needed. Ridgeline wants YOU to be happy vs others wanting a quick payday.

Helpful, professional service. More than willing to work with insurance with the customer in mind. Straightforward communication and offered financing for any services not covered by insurance. Kudos to the team at Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration. A special shout-out goes to Tristan for an awesome job. Tristan was the first face I met during the estimate process and he proactively maintained contact with me well past the roof installation. There was a connection or vibe that my wife and I got from Ridgeline that we didn't get from three other local roofing companies. It has been my past experience that some salesmen will hound you until the contract is signed and then you only hear crickets after signing. That was not the case with Tristan. Face it, nearly all roofing companies can do the job however, a favorable customer experience means just as much to me. I'm happy to report that a favorable experience is exactly what we got. Was everything perfect throughout the process? No. We had some unforeseen delays with materials coupled with lots of rain. Not once did I have to call Ridgeline to get the lastest status on my roofing installation. The installation team did a great job cleaning the site up once the roof was installed. Tristan's proactive communication style made the difference for us. Kudos to that entire team to include Kelsea at the office. I would use them again if ever needed.

I can’t think of one bad thing to say about Gunter Morris or Ridgeline Roofing. Gunter always made himself available, even after the work was done & paid.
The roofers did an excellent job, cleaned up well after & completed all this in one day.

Mr. Jared Force is our contact guy, He is very patient and responsive to our questions and concerns. He walked us through every stage until the job was completely done with our satisfaction. The roofers from Rideg Line were professional though they speak very little English. We communicated via iPhone translator.

Tristen was a ton of help. Helped me navigate insurance and made it as easy on me as he could. Roof was scheduled sooner than I had expected and was done in a day. Even came back out to sweep for nails a second time to give me some extra reassurance.
