Rhode Island Restoration - Warwick, RI

I've used RIR for several insurance claims over the years and I've been very happy every time. Save yourself a massive headache and let them handle everything from damage to insurance claim to mitigation to final restoration.

Steve, Keith, Luigi, and Fernando were amazing! They took the time to walk me through everything, moved my furniture around so we can still access all our rooms and be able to do our laundry! They were so efficient and a pleasure to work with. They brought my stress levels right down. They took care of all the mitigation and demo/cleanup with ease. So happy they took care of us!

found a few things we requested to keep after the demo have been removed and some minor damage to some items in the room that were not damaged prior to the demo.

We had some restoration work done due to water damage and Rhode Island Restoration did a great job. Norm and Rogelio were very hard working and professional during the time spent at our residence.

Norm Gauvin and Keith Schaffer from Rhode Island Restoration are TOP NOTCH. They did such an unbelievable job. From the second they arrived until the second the left, they were professional and kept me up to speed. They kept things clean and cared that I had children and dogs. I would never call anyone else but Rhode Island Restoration.

I had some restoration work for water damage and mold in an attic crawl space and Rhode Island Restoration did a great job handling the problem! They were professional and efficient and would definitely recommend and use them again if I were to have future issues! Rogelio was great, left the area super clean after their work and addressed any questions I had!

We had a drain pipe crack under our tub which caused a substantial amount of water to pour through my ceiling below. I contacted RI Resturation and they were amazing. I met with Vinny Baccari and immediately had a crew here Shawn Mack and Norm that started the demo where all the water was followed by equipment. These guys were clean sealed the rest of the house to avoid dust and debris while demo was taken place. They were efficient, professional and fast to assure no moisture or mold would start. The company and crew is outstanding and we are so grateful to have such a professional company under such stressful circumstances.

Norm and Luigi do excellent work. They were kind and careful, explained everything, and left the space cleaner than they found it.

Keith and Norm were great! Every morning they let me know what they would be doing for the day. They were quick and efficient, and I appreciate that because Dealing with This situation isn’t easy!

Today Norm and Mekhai from Rhode Island Restoration completed the restoration work at the house. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very professional and communicated the process of what they were doing in a manner that was easy to understand. Was careful not to damage any unaffected areas when moving equipment in and out of the house.

Mia and Mike were so personal and helpful! They came out to help us on a job for a couple living off of SS and without the means to pay. But they took the time to give advice, how to save money with volunteers from church doing work and how to talk to the insurance company to see what they can cover. We cannot highly recommend this company enough! It’s so nice to have honest people who care more about the clients than making money. I will be recommending them to everyone and we would hire them any day of the week!

He conducted several thorough walkthroughs to assess damage, was extremely neat and kept mitigation activities appropriately contained from the rest of our home, and communicated consistently with me throughout the whole process. He has been a fantastic advocate for my family as we navigate home insurance and plan our next steps in getting our house back in shape, going above and beyond to share his findings with our other contractors and with my husband and I. Also just want to note that the team was super mindful about working around our four cats, and ensured that they could not access any dangerous areas during or after the process.
