Lou came by for a roof estimate and was incredibly helpful! Ended up not needing their services, but Lou stuck around and talked with us for over 30 minutes about how to best manage a few small repairs. (And he had a great hat to boot!) Will definitely be calling RIHI for future work when we have a bigger project for their crew!

Repeat customer and satisfied customer! For our bathroom project we wanted it done right and we wanted to do it once by a professional (unlike our past DIY bathroom makeovers). We called RIHI. Such a wonderful experience from consultation to closing the deal.

Found RIHI at the the rhode island home show. Needed a replacement sliding door and RIHI did a great job. Contractor worked with my wife and put her mind at ease about the construction and surprisingly the whole process only took 3 hours. The door is beautiful and I would highly recommended them.

Darren provided a comprehensive overview of RIHI and product information that really helped us to make an informed decision. We look forward to replacing our windows and were impressed with this company's heritage of excellent product and customer service.

Excellent presentation by Heather and Ben, very informative and concise, lots of samples for our shower renovation and great documentation of the company's nearby work. We held off only because the price was higher than we expected, most likely because my Wife and I aren't aware of the current market regarding renovation. When we decide to do the job we will definitely call RIHI back.

I had Lou from RIHI here for work estimates. I was so impressed with his professional manner, I locked in what I felt was a great price for work on the spot.

This is great family owned and run business. The quality of the products alone is worth it but the team you get to help you through the whole process priceless

Great experience. Mike was very helpful with choosing the quality and colors of the products we decided to go with. Their whole team was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Replaced roof, windows and french doors. All were high quality and installed with quality craftsmanship. Looking forward to our next project, replacing the remaining windows, siding and gutters. I will add before and after pics, when project is complete, late summer 2025.

My shower project was delayed a couple of days, but when the crew arrived they worked very hard.i am very happy with the materials. The workmanship was done excellent.
If there is any room for improvement the final clean up could be a little better.
However I would highly recommend RIHI . My opinion is you will be happy

We had our roof done and are currently having our kitchen done by RIHI. We have been very happy with the company. They are very thorough, helpful and professional. We definitely will be using them for any future projects.

We went to the hone show last fall and spoke with 4 or 5 companies about a kitchen remodel. 3 companies came to our house to look the kitchen over to prepare a quote. Rhode Island Home Improvement was the only one that was very expeditious in preparing the quote. We waited forever for the others, there was always an excuse. They were very responsive throughout the whole process. Helping us pick out tile and countertop/backsplash. They were always here when promised and our project manager was here just about every day throughout demolition and construction. The demolition and construction teams were great. At the end of everyday, they left the area very clean.Their electrician and plumber were also top notch. As this was construction and "issues" will always arise, they were on the ball to address them promptly so it did not drag out the process. We are very happy with the end package, it has brightened up our whole house. We are very pleased with our finished kitchen which RI Home Improvement helped us accomplish.

The work and support RIHI provided to my home needs was amazing. We signed the contract and no less then 2 weeks later my house was done. I have a 1500 square ft home and it was done in 2.5 days. I was amazed at the job the crew done and they paid attention to each detail. The crew was respectful and cleaned up after each work day. The RIHI family has gone above and beyond what was needed. We have some minor things to improve but the house looks amazing. I would recommend RIHI to anyone looking for home improvements. Thank you. Kristy and Jamie.

We recently had a walk in shower and a new floor put in by the folds at RIHi , Wanderson and his crew did an amazing job very professional and clean job look great , awesome company!

RIHI replaced our roof. It was a challenging project, complicated by poor weather and the removal of an existing wood shingle roof filled with endless nails. The team was so patient and calm—answering our questions as the work progressed and keeping our property tidy at the end of each day. They went to extreme lengths to protect our front garden, which I very much appreciated. There was always someone at HQ who answered and reassured. There were no surprise charges for difficulties encountered. A wonderful experience. Thank you to the entire team at RIHI!

We met with Ben yesterday to discuss a window project at our house. We were so impressed with the representative and the Company, we also hired them to complete a bath remodel project. We are looking forward to completing to projects!

Great job across the board, the Sales team kept me informed throughout the process. The installation team did a wonderful job, they were careful not to ding my walls and did a great job with clean- up. This was my second bathroom installation with RIHI and I would highly recommend them.

I feel the in home sales person did a good job, her knowledge of their product was good, it was informative, however I did not care for the almost 2 hour sales pitch or the slight bashing of the other companies out there, I feel if you are good at what you do and if your product is as good as what you say there is no need for that type of thing.so for that reason as well as the very high price tag we will be picking another company, thank you for your time.

Darren is extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. He doesn't feel "sales pitchy" and he wasn't pushy. He informatively navigated through the presentation with ease,keeping a grounded flow that kept us engaged. You should recognize this asset to your company and hold onto him! Great job Darren!

Ben Greiner was great during the intial meeting, estimate, and education on RIHI as a company and the product they offer. Very personable and makes you feel like himself and RIHI as a company can be trusted from start to finish. He gave us everything we need to make an informed decision for when we are ready to move forward, with RIHI now at the top of our list!

Ben Griener came to our house and was friendly and courteous. Every question we had was answered and then some. The project I had in mind was a bit bigger than I had anticipated, so we ended up holding off for a bit, but I would absolutely recommend Ben and the RIHI team for projects; not only did they give me a ton of options for what I wanted done, they also had referrals for smaller projects that I had in mind that were not their specialty. They are truly a one stop shop kind of operation and I will be sending business their way.

We have struggled to find a reputable contractor to take on our projects. We stopped by RIHI on a whim to discuss our project. Within 20 minutes we had an appointment made for an in-home consultation three days later. Heather was very knowledgeable of the products and services. We discussed our project and had a plan in place at the conclusion of the consultation. We still have to choose the flooring and wish we had samples of the shower and countertop to help with the selection. We are excited for this project to be completed!

They remodeled our bathroom a few years ago and delivered everything they had promised. Every confidence they will do it again.

Heather Fournier, Product Specialist came to our house to discuss our project and give us a quote. We wanted to replace our existing tub /shower with a walk-in shower. Heather was wonderful..... very friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable with her right away. She spent over 2 hours with us and answered all of our questions and concerns (and we had many). She never put any pressure on us.
We signed a contract that night and felt very good about our decision. We really look forward to getting our new shower.

Ben was terrific. He explained everything in detail. He was patient and came across as honest and sincere. He was not pushy and did not use high pressure tactics, which would be an immediate turn off. The quality of the product is yet to be reviewed but the quality of the salesman is five star.

Another great job by RIHI. If you are in need of home repair do not miss out on the quality of there workmanship. You will be happy they will make sure of it.

GREAT JOB from the crew!!! Very happy with the finish work!!! went above and beyond to make sure I was happy STRONGLY RECOMEND!!

Expected WAY more than what we got!! The 3 plus hour presentation of how great their business, product and installation process was all LIES! We were treated beyond unfairly from the day the salesperson got a signed contract to the day the got their final check. We gave them a $13,500 initial payment to order/build 14 windows, 3 storm doors and 1 entry door, more than 1/2 of the total cost of the job on Nov 9th. We didn't hear from anyone until just before Christmas, we were told there was a mix up with our order, the job should've been started already and near completion by now... After weeks of trying to rectify the issue we reluctantly agreed to continue the project instead of canceling and getting hit with a 25% fee even though they failed to hold up their end of the contract.

The day came for installation and what a joke it was, we were promised the best crew they had and that we would be beyond happy with how the installation goes and how it will all look in the end... What we got was a foreman that would rather be doing something else.. He left the job site early on day 2 due to "illness" but it didn't stop him from sitting in his truck blasting music in my driveway while his team attempted to cleaned up because he was too sick to do anything but listen to obnoxiously loud music with his feet hanging out the window... They left my front door without the metal plates to secure the latches which would make for an easy break in, I secured it myself but for a $23,000+ job I would think I would've be taken care of throughout this whole process, but not with RIHI they just want to get paid.

Day 3 comes, COMPETITION DAY, and the foreman is a no show no call... wasted a whole day waiting for a supposed reputable company to come finished the job I paid them to do. At around 2pm the RIHI secretary calls and informs me that the foreman is ill and won't be able to finish the job. After a frustrating recorded conversation, we rescheduled to the following Monday.

Monday comes and NOW they bring the team they should've brought from DAY 1, box trucks with logos and a clean up crew ready to work, not someone in a rusty 2003 chevy that's on its last leg... and I'm not judging a book by its cover because I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they failed each and every chance they got to actually save face for the company just look at the photos, scratched floors where they were working, trash and saw dust left all over my yard that got blown into my neighbors yards, two storm doors that were put in backwards and don't properly latch, poor craftsmanship in the windows the list goes on and on... just look at the photos! I have more too along with videos!

On the day they finished the owner Anthony showed up and swore to me that we would be taken care of at that he would come back to make sure we were 100% happy, he never showed up. When they felt they were done, the foreman handed me the remaining balance bill and papers to sign to say that I was satisfied, I gave him a check for the balance and didn't sign a thing. Anthony called a few days later and asked how things went, I told him about the many issues including how they installed two storm doors BACKWARDS! I mean they're supposedly professional, the best! how do you install two doors that are across from each other backwards?! They also used wood that was mines I had set aside for another project instead of going to buy they're own wood.

Anthony offer to fix the problems but at that point I had enough of their unprofessionalism and told him we want nothing to do with RIHI, we were done and they had their check, which they cashed that night! THIS COMPANY IS FUELED BY GREED!! I would never EVER recommend RIHI to anyone! Go with someone, anyone else! Save yourself the time and headaches! Just read all the other 1 star reviews!
