Sales/Purchase Experience
ProEdge made the whole process seamless and relatable. They examined the existing roof, and only quoted work that needed to be done without inflating job requirements.

Installation Experience
The crew was here at the scheduled time and completed the job in short order with no interruption to our daily activities.

Unfortunately for the crew gusting winds kicked up later in the day, undoing some of their work. One call to the installer and he scheduled time to come make repairs when the wind subsided two days later. All is buttoned up nicely now

Corbin Hawk and the team from Pro Edge were top notch. The install team was on time, courteous, professional and incredibly clean. Their support post install has also been fantastic. We are already noticing an amazing improvement in the temperature upstairs compared to last year. Fantastic product, fantastic team.

I had windows installed in August (after purchasing them in May). All seemed ok until a few weeks later when one of the windows wouldn't lock and the top kept falling down. I called at the end of September and spoke to someone and was told I would get a call back. No call back. I then called again a week or so later and received the same response. I then received a sales call trying to sell me more product. That person told me that they would tell their manager about my issue and I'd receive a call back. Well it is now almost three months later and I have never heard back from the company regarding my window issue but they will still call and try to sell me more windows (as recently as this morning). BUYER BEWARE - you may get a good quality window (that is to be seen) but the installation and "lifetime warranty" leave much to be desired.

I would highly recommend ProEdge remodeling to anyone looking to get a new roof. Everyone I have encountered who works for them has been friendly and professional, always there every step of the way to answer any questions and even check in after the work was done. Steven, the sales agent who came to our house to meet with us was polite, friendly and very thorough. He showed us all of the products and explained everything about the process. The workers who came to do our new roof got it done in record time and cleaned everything up thoroughly. They were also very friendly too! Now we have a beautiful new roof and the best part is it comes with a 50 year guarantee! Definitely check them out of you're looking for a new roof.

Professional, prompt and communicative. From quote to installation, service was excellent. Plus I love my new windows. Twice a customer and highly recommend!

I pride myself on being reasonable and understanding, but I need to tell everyone I know- please do NOT buy from proedge remodeling!

I wish I had looked at better business bureau reviews before signing on with them- everyone had a similar experience to me!

I have never dealt with a more arrogant, lying company. They absolutely do not keep any of their promises. They get you to sign the papers and say whatever you want to hear and do not standby by their promises then act like it is the customer who is being unreasonable. They promised a door within 6 weeks, and windows within 12… it’s week 22 and they offered a $300 compensation. They could barely utter the words I’m sorry and insisted they only made $300 on the job. They are liars and cheats and do NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I could not make the stories up. Even the general manager, Jim, who promised to take care of everything and make me his personal customer, didn’t return calls for two weeks and had his secretaries answer my questions after he said I’d work only with him. When I finally got him (1 day shy of two weeks he was abrupt, rude, and could not muster any response but “it’s been addressed” and harshly asking what I wanted then laughing at my response . I repeated 3 times that none of those answers were an apology before he said some halfhearted version. He was arrogant and condescending. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use this company - please go with someone else. Spare yourself the frustration, insult and expense.

Called me from a private number after i said cancel my appointment. They wanted my significant other at the appointment not needed for a quote. Especially when I make the decisions for anything home improvement.. Totally unprofessional and not a company to deal with for anything.. I will also be reporting to BBB.

The job (four windows) was done in one day, and the workers cleaned up after they were done. My new windows look great and work perfectly.

I can't say enough good things about pro edge remodeling. We ordered 10 windows and from start to finish the process went smoothly. A sales rep came out and showed us the custom built window design. We ironed out exactly what we wanted for options and talked about each window individually. They sent another rep out to measure each window frame. After a few weeks we set up a date and time for the installation. The installation team did a great job. each window frame needed to be modified so each window would fit perfectly. They don't use foam fillers or shims. They worked diligently and efficiently all day until the job was completed. They took care in cleaning up after the job was completed. Pro edger modeling does a great job. Our old windows were drafty and so what a difference our new windows are going to make this winter. We can already feel the difference in the temperature of the house. Their windows open and close very easily and super easy to clean inside and out. If you're looking for new windows, and you're looking for a Hassle-Free process , a trustworthy, proven good quality company, go with Pro-Edge Remodeling.

ProEdge was a great experience for window replacement from start to finish. The consultation visit was super informative and reassuring as to this being the right choice. The installation team was fast and efficient and did an amazing job.

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with proedges follow thru. I put in a claim in for my picture window back in February of this year and all I’ve gotten was, “someone will get back to you”, and with the exception of the 1st month and a half the installation manager told me to call the office. So in that span of time NO ONE has gotten back to me. Looking at pics in reviews, it seems that my picture window isn’t uncommon. My next step is to lodge a complaint with the BBB, then go down that path

Worked with Walt many times on Windows and now I'll be doing the door in my home the installers were very efficient cleaned up that for themselves very professional love the windows look forward to the door being installed

We had a great experience with ProEdge! This is the second project we’ve done with them and they’ve been great! The installers were at our house early and worked very hard. When they ran into a couple small problems, they contacted the manager and he worked it out right away. We couldn’t be happier with the windows!

We had an exceptional experience learning about the types, features, and options of the Windows ProEdge Remodeling makes and installs! The Product Representative was knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened to our concerns, and answered all of our questions. The Window quality is impressive. Our comparative estimates came up with very high pricing and Did not care what the prior window failed. The quality we were shown by ProEdge Remodeling was clearly demonstrated. What a relief to work direct with a Manufacturer and Installer! The pricing was well within reason. We are very happy with the huge triple pane Window we chose from ProEdge Remodeling! The name brands we had purchased prior to this, we had to replace 3 times over the last 18 years.. and this window is wall size if you can imagine!9

The installers from ProEdge were excellent, its very difficult to make me happy because I want a contractor to perform the work as if they were doing for themselves, thats exactly how they installed our windows.

This is the second time I have worked with pro edge and I highly recommend them. Easy fast reliable and great prices.

I am glad we decided not to use ProEdge. We were feeling pushed into choosing them and signing at what we thought was just an estimate that took almost 2 hours. We were starting to feel uncomfortable. The price changed three times the more we kept saying we wanted meet with more companies and get other quotes and the price was too high for us. They wanted over $3400 for one storm door and would discount it to around $2600 if we signed and committed right then and there. The price shocked us because the person who installed the door roughly a month ago told us around $500-$700 for a storm door to be made custom and then the cost of installation. We have had 3 quotes after ProEdge that have come back with quotes around what we initially anticipated for equal quality doors. I honestly don’t blame the salesman after reading other reviews he was just trying to do his job, but sometimes it is just best to give the actual real quote and let the homeowner decide. I also didn’t love that they were not transparent about the break down of where that $2600 or $3400 would be going, I asked and was shown a custom door price of slightly more than $2600 which is over priced compared to two other well known window/door companies but also means installation would be double/triple the cost of the other quotes we received. Writing this review for other homeowners that may be like us that need to get the job done but are not able to afford $3400 for one door.

Initial Meet and Greet. Factory Representative Patrick was sent out to us from Warwick. This wasn't our 1st window contractor to come out so we aren't completely clueless on window structure and rough cost. Patrick never gave us a salesman vibe. He was comfortable and we were also. He was personable, knowledgeable and both audibly and visibly professional. The windows ProEdge assembles themselves(yes, no 3rd party they make their own windows)is by far well thought out and built. Stronger material, silver on the inside of their glass instead of the outside so cleaning doesn't break it down, better uv filtration. All this was demonstrated by actual demo size windows Patrick carried in with him. Considering the window is far better constructed than comparable competitors; the cost is affordable if not better. ProEdge has a new customer. Definitely will post another review after the install and a few months with their windows in place. We would recommend ProEdge and Patrick O'Neill.

I’m totally % pleased with my recent experience with ProEdge. My new windows are extremely beautiful and well designed/ built to last a lifetime! The team behind the project as well as the direct installation team are very knowledgeable and dedicated to their work. They were professional and respectful of my home.

Their knowledge and explanation of window installation was informative and put me at ease. Windows installed in a few hours one day and another couple of hrs the next day with one man alone. My windows look beautiful and I'm completely satisfied with it.

Not the quality we were told. They said we had a year to pay off. Just found out it is 6 months. They have not contacted us since the sale. Rep. lied to us. The guys [ two for 12 windows ] that put in the windows one was very good the other has been on the job 3 months. They [ proedge] did not give us any paperwork.

We met with Tara and Brauili yesterday to get info on cellar windows. They were very informative and answered all our questions fully. We decided to go with Pro Edge/Custom Built for our project. I have been trying to get a warranty issue resolved since April of this year. It is now August. I have made numerous phone calls. I have spoken and left voicemail messages to numerous people. The response I got was that they make numerous Windows daily and when the window comes in they would let me know. They couldn't tell me how long this could take. All I need is one section of a double hung window. It could be made in a day. Very tired of calling and trying to get a warranty issue completed. It is now the end of October and the window has finally been replaced

The entire experience from initial meeting and installation was smooth and easy. All workers were efficient and clean, professional and as well friendly. They just installed 5 new windows and I love them and am currently in the process of ordering 11 more! I’m so excited. Thank you to Nathan the sales rep who took quality time to give me the information and offer me a great deal. If anyone is looking to do business with Proedge ask for Nathan.

The on site supervisor was very considerate and even made sure his employees were not using foul language around my children. The work was fast and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. They did 18 windows in one day even though everyone of them had been initially installed incorrectly which made them difficult to remove.

I can't get over how amazing pro edge is. From the moment Jen came out and walked us through how good the windows are I was sold. Add in that the installers should really be called artisans because of how careful and dedicated they are to their craft and the experience was amazing. You can do windows by payment, or finance and do some at a time.

And I promise you when they say it will save in your bill they are 100% telling you the truth. My install was mid March my April bill came in lower and I fell out of my chair when my coned bill this month was even lower. I went back to check and my bill is 75% of what it had been even against same month last year.

And I haven't even done all the windows yet. Because that's what's great. You can do some at a time and instead of paying all at once you can finance or put a deposit down. I have a super old house (built in 1855) and my windows before looked crooked. Now I can't get over how great it all looks. And I can't wait for my next set to see how much further down this bill goes!

On time arrival,super quick insulation the gentlemen were so super clean and efficient. The team was in and out of my home in under 5 hours for 14 windows. It was amazing to see these guys working. They accommodated my every requests. True professionals .

The individuals who replaced my front door with a beautiful ProEdge Remodeling door as well as replacing our front storm door arrived on the time scheduled. They were truly professional craftsmen, showing their building knowledge and expertise. They took time and showed abundance of care to do the job correctly. Perhaps even more than just correctly but perfectly. The pride that they showed was obvious and I would highly recommend this crew for anybody who wishes to have this most important home improvement done well and to obtain a stress free sense of peace of mind.

Do not follow up, do not return phone calls, have broken window have called 6 times to have it repaired , warranty issues , no one returns calls, all calls go to voice mail!

Absolutely dissatisfied with this company’s lack of standing by there product and customer service!!!

Walter from Pro Edge custom built windows showed me and made me understand how this window is different from any other companies product. The quality is the best I have ever seen and if anyone needs windows, please just take the time to talk with Walter , you will be amazingly surprised. He will show you exactly how these windows are made with the comparison of any other.

FANTASTIC PRODUCT and CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our salesman Gregg was VERY Thorough with his presentation, not pushy AT ALL. Made me feel very comfortable. THIS is the company everyone should want to use for energy efficiency!

Wow the professionalism of the crew and the quality of the windows…and now a new storm door was installed. Our 145 year old farm house has had a face lift! We have sunk everything from new roof to bathrooms, plumbing , all new electrical, insulation, floors sub floors, foundation and driveway work into our home. But the best thing we did was the windows. We shopped around , could have used cheaper or maybe DIY but we are so pleased with ProEdge from the knowledge of sales people , measuring folks, installers that put up with loose dogs and won’t make a fuss. So kind . Such great people to have get the job done and so fast and , well, really done perfect. Installers that are polite, professional and clean up beautifully! The best is. That dog can’t find a cool spot to lay down now, In front of windows were always drafty and especially the front door so cold. New front storm door ! The dog is spending more time on the tile on the back porch. The nosey neighbor who always has a comment, commented about curb appeal, country life , we have no curbs but the change was noticed and liked, a big difference! So by the photos yes I’m a NASCAR Fan but we too like warm houses and the deer have eaten my hedges again but that only makes the windows look better! And now that we can actually open them !!! 23 years I’ve waited for the windows not to be puttied shut I can’t wait for spring!!! Thank you pro edge it was worth the wait ! And I’m so glad last April you guys showed up and showed us what you could do. Brass tacks. Our cooling cost down about 30% that’s with August to now and so far heating cost have been about 30% less , thank you with the cost of oil. Looks like the windows will have paid for themselves in no time. THANK YOU

This business has relentlessly called me, left voicemails, emailed me, texted me without my consent. I don’t even own a home and they opted me into a form. I reached out and told them DO NOT contact me and they continue. If I receive one more message I’m reporting this entire business.

Nathan came to our home and we purchased some windows for our house. He is very courteous, kind, no pressure, and just a very nice guy.

The installation team showed when scheduled, were courteous and professional and did a great job of cleaning up inside after they were done. We had a mix up on flashing color choices and interior trim. ProEdge sent the team back and fixed the issue within two weeks. The windows are great, not a hint of leaking during the last cold snap (-10).

Did a great job, they did the entire second floor installation in one day, and came back for another half day for finish up some flashing on the outside.

What a great experience with ProEdge! Tara came out and was very helpful with explaining the process and gave us a great deal with wonderful quality product. We had our whole house done with their windows and it’s made such a difference. Great product! The first thing everyone always says when they come to our house is how much they love our windows!

Walter is very knowledgeable about the windows. He has been in the field for years. Plus that he was not afraid of the pets.

I own a townhouse built in 1987 and my windows were original. I’m so happy I called ProEdge to replace them. The window installers were fast and put my eight windows in within one day. Clean up was great. I love my new windows! I don’t hear the outside noises or have cold drafts anymore. Good quality product. I highly recommend ProEdge. Made in the USA!

My daughter just bought a house and I was helping her with hiring contractors. Scheduled a meeting for quote. Appointment went ok with incentive to sign NOW. There was a 3 day cancel clause. Can't say anything about windows, but their people skills need a lot of work. The issue was when we tried to cancel. Signed the cancel contract and emailed to company with an explanation. But they wanted to send a manager for another signature. Because it was Easter holiday, I told them nobody would be available. Unfortunately, my daughter got food poisoning and had to stay home the next day. She was in the bathroom sick when the doorbell kept ringing and someone banging in the door. She texted me worried about a contractor appointment. Nobody was scheduled. So she peeked out and saw a person trying to look in the windows! Almost at the same time, I received a call from ProEdge to say they DID still send manager and saw a car in driveway, so they knew someone was home. I explained my daughter was sick and not dressed to answer. He was very rude. Kept asking if she could pull herself together to open the door!! I still can't believe that he actually said that. I will never support this company.
