The experience I had with RTP Roofing was excellent. From jump street the company was very accommodating to my schedule and was able to provide clear expectations during the process. During the install process it was discovered the wrong skylights were ordered and had to be re-ordered. The in stock model was more than the quoted amount, but RTP honored the quote given originally and did notice any charge. Just an example of their professionalism and service. The finished product looks amazing and are extremely satisfied with the work. Lastly, the 50 year manufacturer guarantee is a peace of mind. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone that is looking.

I recently hired RTP for chimney repair services, and I’m very pleased with the experience from start to finish. After experiencing leaks in the attic and having multiple people come access and attempt to remedy the problem, RTP provided a solution to our problem with assurance that it would never happen again. Tim, who was the Project Lead, was responsive and communicative. He would provide daily updates with photos and what to expect the following day.

The crew arrived on time, was courteous and professional. The work included a roofline rebuild and everything was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. They even cleaned up the work area thoroughly, which I really appreciated.

What stood out most was their honesty and transparency—there was no upselling, and they stuck to the quoted price. The final result looks solid and well-crafted, and I after multiple rainstorms the past week or so, can confidently say that our problem has been resolved.

We called RTP Roofing because we wanted a GAF Camelot 2 roof. These are more difficult to install. We saw that they were GAF certified. Tim came out and quoted on the spot. We now have a roof we love and had a great experience getting it.

I recently contracted RTP Roofing to remove an ugly section of roof from a former ugly deck turned DIY patio in my back yard. I had interacted with Tim Olive late last year when he came out to inspect a roof leak from a faulty solar installation (minimal damage, since corrected). It was obvious he knew what he was talking about and his advice helped me get the needed work done by the solar installers. A few months later reached back out to him regarding taking down this ugly roof, and he was able to provide me a quote on demo and siding re-patch (based on pictures and memory) the next day. The price was very reasonable and he was able to get me scheduled within a week! I have 0 complaints on how the job was done, and it feels like my back yard is twice the size. I don't think I will bother reaching out to another contractor the next time I have an exterior construction project in mind. 6/5 stars.

RTP Roofing definitely deserves 5 stars !! They did an awesome job on my roof. Everyone involved were very friendly and professional. My roof looks great, and they left the place as clean as it was when they came. Tim came out and gave an estimate to remediate all the mistakes another roofing company had made. He provided a fair price and had his crew out quickly. That crew made some minor mistakes themselves, but Tim was able to have them come back out to immediately readdress. They did a pretty good job overall, which seems to be a harder and harder ask among contractors now. I would rehire them for future jobs without hesitation.

I needed a roof repair because of a water leak. Tim responded quickly and assessed what needed to be done to fix the problem. The work was completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I would have them come back and replace my entire roof when needed. Thanks to Tim and the crew.

Had a fan vent installed through roof. A bit pricey but the workers showed up on time and installation was done in a couple of hours. So far, working great! Tim was easy to work with. Would recommend!

We are so please with final outcome of our entire project. New Roof, New Siding and Trim and we went Solar. This was a big project with many phases and lots of communication. Tim Oliver was always available for any of our questions. He continually worked with us on getting things just right.His roofing crew was efficient and incredibly skilled. Fred, who installed the siding is also very skilled and did amazing work. The last step was the solar installation which was pretty simple. RTP has a great automated update system on where your project stands along with quick videos explaining the process and next steps. They handle everything from installation to coordinating with the electric company. We are very excited to already see the savings from our Solar. We would recommend Tim Oliver & RTP to anyone looking for a new roof and wanting to go solar. Five Stars for sure!

And when a perfectly functional section of the drip edge did not match the rest, Tim Oliver was prompt in checking it out and scheduling it to be changed. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Not a personable company. After requesting a quote, a lady soon called to book. She was dismissive and overall, not friendly. Decided to continue on anyway. My husband met with the contractor that came over and did not like the man’s attitude or lack of knowledge. Overall, the misspelled, rude and unprofessional text messages turned us off from using this company. 3 stars because the pricing was overall fair - be warned though, they are not pricing (and I’m sure not installing) based off current roof requirements so you might be wasting your time!

Bummer, I needed a new roof! After doing research and getting quotes, I decided on RTP. roofing. The crew was amazing. In two days they had rebuilt my chimney and replaced the roofs on my house and garage. Being a certified contractor for GAF Timberline shingles, means my 50-year warranty is transferable when I sell my house. Want a knowledgeable, professional company….choose RTP!

Fast Fair and efficient, From the time we signed the contract to completion was under two weeks, Work was performed in one day and the cleanup was perfect FYI I had Robinson Roofing in Central Falls also do work for me and they use a better shingle Certainteed and they are 30% less and very similar work product. Robinson will save you a lot of money vs RTP

What a positive experience we had with RTP Roofing ! Of course, it is never fun to spend the kind of money that is necessary to replace a roof... We cannot speak more highly of this local company, regarding our situation. Last year, I had to make a temporary repair at one location, which I knew would only buy us several months of procrastination and focus on saving up some $'s for the inevitable. From showing up exactly on-time for the appointment to obtain a quote (received via email, as Tim drove away); to scheduling the work; with the crew showing up as scheduled, and having the entire project done in about 1 and 1/2 work days; to a very thorough clean-up... We know we made the right decision. I ended up having to travel for work, during the week of our project, and I was badgering my wife to try and take pictures (in-process). I wanted to see the condition of the underlayment, before they began putting down the new materials. One of the workers, ended up using her phone and took several pictures of exactly what I needed to see. The price was fair, in the market - confirmed by two additional quotes. There was no-pressure, no-upselling attempts, and no fluff!

The guys replacing our roof were extremely hard working and efficient! The work was excellent! We have a beautiful, new secure roof which I know will last for many years to come! Only issue was they worked late into the evening to finish the work, which was a bit disruptive to us and our neighbors. I would have preferred normal business hours, wrapping up by dinner time, and finishing the following day

Had solar removed, new roof then solar reinstalled. Was a pretty smooth operation with good cooperation and communication. Roof was installed by Tim Oiliver manager. His crew worked from 7:30am to 7:40pm in freezing temps but didn’t quit until work was done. After a 1 1/2 hour clean up including cleaning out the gutters, I was satisfied that the job was well done. The roof looks great, and solar is back up and running without a hitch. It was only down for about 7 days total. I’m really happy and very impressed with RTP and Tim Oliver’s roofing crew-I recommend them completely.

Repaired my roof leak. Since all the rain I checked the roof many times and there was no problem. I found it reassuring that they did not rush for payment immediately. The rain was a good test that RTP's work held up without a problem. Tim Oliver was spot on with what my leak problem was and how to fix it.

Very easy to work with. Good communication, scheduled us in quickly, replaced the entire roof in 1 day (with 6 or 7 guys working together). Cleaned up beautifully. And provided a 50 year warranty!

RTP did an exceptional job of re-shingling a 2200 sq. ft. roof in under seven hours. Yes, you read that right. In the time it takes me to do a crossword puzzle, the RTP team of “skywalkers” stripped off the 25-year-old shingles, put down the under layer, double capped the ridge, and installed more than 20 squares of GAF architectural shingles. Polite, efficient and thorough, they systematically cleaned up along the way and at the end of the job went around with a large rolling magnet that picked up all the loose nails.

These guys are the best in the business, hands down..
