Couldn’t be more satisfied with the work/service provided by Jon and the rest of the Roofcorp team. Jon was quick to respond and examine the extent of the damages to our roof. Unlike the other companies that provided an inspection, Jon didn’t try to upsell me or push me down the path of a claim, but rather provided honest feedback and laid out the options I had. Overall, Jon was there every step of the way including attending the appraisal visit and guiding us through a few surprises that arose during the roof replacement process. His team went above and beyond what was expected and made sure to provide the best solution to each issue rather than what was the cheapest or easiest for his team. I’m so glad I was referred by a friend to Jon and RoofCorp. He made me feel very comfortable with the process from the start and handled the majority of communications with my insurance company. On our initial visit prior to hiring his company, Jon went through all of the steps and provided a few different choices for shingle replacement along with a time frame when things would get started. Then during our walk around the house to search for damage, he was very knowledgeable about what would or wouldn’t be covered by insurance and pointed out damage to our home and personal items that I had not even noticed since the storm hit our neighborhood. Jeff is a rare breed!! Not only is he thorough but he is HONEST too!! He could have had $15k in his pocket replacing our roof because of buyers home inspection. But instead, he went on our roof. He evaluated it and decided it was just wear and tear, it wouldn’t be covered under insurance. But then also said that it’s not anything that needed to be replaced immediately or even in the next five years. Buyer accepted his evaluation and saved us $15,000. CALL HIM!!! You won’t be sorry!!

My brother used Roofcorp Inc for the replacement of his roof and was so happy with the work they did that he referred them to us. We saw what a great job they did for him, then when we unexpectedly had to replace our roof, we called them to do the job. We found out we had Tamco shingles, and our insurance wouldn't pay to replace the roof. Jeff really went to bat for us and put a claim into Tamco along with shingles that had to be sent in to them. We received all of our money back that we had to pay upfront and out of pocket.
The crew was quick, did a great job, and cleaned up everything like it didn't happen. We highly recommend Roofcorp Inc for your roofing needs.

We had our roof replaced by Roofcorp after a tornado hit us. We've never had a claim like this before but working with Matt Canner made it a painless and easy process! He worked with my insurance company to ensure we got equal quality roofing materials, which our insurance was originally trying to cheap me out on, but he fought for us and helped bridge that gap with them which was way above my abilities and understanding.

Even in dealing with the hassle that is Sun street, solar, he was able to assist in getting the situation remedied and solar panels reinstalled within 3 days of roof being installed.

We were very pleased with the work that roof Corp. did for us on the replacement of our roof and gutters. They went over every detail of the job before they began so that we had a good understanding of what was to come. They were able to get us good roofing materials, and insured that our decking was replaced before the shingles went on. Because of their expertise, the insurance company honored virtually every claim that was put in on all parts of our roof and gutter system, as well as hail damage in other parts of our house I doubt this would’ve been done as effectively by other groups that we have had experience with. They helped us with the design and the coloring, the workmanship, and the retrieval of costs from our insurance carrier. Their workers were good, thorough and made sure our property was returned to the condition that we wanted. I wouldn’t have a doubt in my mind as to who I would hire to do our work next time. We recently had Roofcorp of Metro Denver install a brand new Class 4 roof on a home we just purchased in Colorado Springs.
Jeff Olivero runs the Colorado Springs branch and they are simply the best roofing company we have dealt with. They have competitive pricing and are a GAF Master Elite roofer which means you get the best installation for basically the same price as other less qualified companies. Jeff has been very responsive and professional in all of our correspondence with him and always does what he says he will do.We were very impressed with how smoothly the reroof went, especially since we were in Florida the entire time. Also, when the job was complete, there were no additional charges which seems to be standard with a lot of other roofing companies. We would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs roofing work done!

Over 25% of homes around my 8 year old house have had their roofs replaced due to winds and hail so I finally had Roofcorp come out expecting an estimate for a new roof. Instead Andrew identified a small issue that needed to be repaired for a few bucks. This must be one of the most honest and trustworthy companies I have ever dealt with, they could have convincingly told it was time for a new roof instead they provided me with confidence all is OK. I will have them in mind for when I do need a roof.

I had my house roofed by a different roofing company almost 2 years ago. It was a disaster from the start. Because of the recent melting snow, I noticed a leak that was "fixed" by the previous roofing company. I called around trying to find someone that would fix it or even look at it. Terrific roofing crew! Jon was so helpful with meeting with the insurance company and helping me through the entire process. Theo and his crew were fabulous! They took care of all of our belongings which could have gotten trashed with falling debris and even removed my wind vane when I asked! They were fast, efficient and fabulous. If you need a new roof, use them!

I used Jon Wagner at Roofcorp for a new roof installation as part of a hail claim 12 years ago. The service and install were great and Jon fantastic to work with. Over the recent several years I discovered granular loss on the roof to the point I was concerned. I found Jon’s number and called him. Even after 12 years he was more than happy to come out and see what was going on. He indicated the issue was likely a manufacture defect. He helped me file a claim with the manufacturer. The claim process took a long time (due to manufacturer slowness not Roofcorp). Jon got in touch with people at the manufacture to help move the process along. The claim was successfully processed and Jon got a crew out ASAP and installed the new roof under warranty. Everything went super fast and smooth. Long story short, I have had two new roofs installed with Roofcorp and they did a great job both times. Jon Wagner is the best and I would never get a roof from anybody else in Denver. Roofcorp stands behind the work they do and their customers. A+

We had our roof replaced in September 2024. Our account executive was very thorough and extremely attentive. Our insurance company has been a nightmare but John Wagner worked tirelessly contacting them and sending pictures and county documents to ensure we were getting all we were supposed too. They installed Class 4 shingles which has reduced our annual premiums. Roofcorp had excellent communication. They called before shingles were delivered. Called to confirm when they would be here to install and called to confirm the roof inspection. Very professional company and would recommend John Wagner to help you with your roofing needs.

I’ve had to call Roofcorp three times now at two homes. The first time was a roof valley repair and the second time was a full roof replacement at the same home after a hail storm. We’ve moved now and they just helped us with a leak behind one of our gutters. This was a small job, but it was handled with honesty and without sale of anything more than we needed. Our project manager, Jeff Olivero, was very easy to work with and he took extra time effort to explain some things my wife and I were confused about concerning insurance since this was the first time we had dealt with a homeowners claim like this. The work was done in a timely manner without issues. Again, very little we could complain about. Would recommend.
