After the roof replacement, we encountered an unprecedented hail storm. Matt was out the very next morning to double check the new roof was sill intact. It took no damage from the nearly softball sized hail. Trust Matt, he's your guy!

Do not recommend. Booked them in June, they didn't come out to start the job until October. We understood it was a busy summer, and would be acceptable if the job was completed properly, but it wasn't. And, we're not convinced we weren't simply forgotten or left off a list, as we had to follow up multiple times. We've discovered multiple screws missing from the new gutters, some laying on the ground around our house, some just never installed where its clear screws should be. We've had water leaks and icicle issues because of this. They finally came to fix it within the last week, so we're hopeful the issue is over. We are given a discount on future roofing needs, but after our experience, we're going to spend the extra money and go with another crew. We also did not receive the gutter guards that we picked out. We were told we weren't charged for them, and they didn't show up on our estimate, so no loss other than we were certain per our initial consultation that they were included. Ultimately, our final total kept going up... from 9k to 11k to just under 13k and we're pretty upset that we received such poor work for such an expensive, lengthy process. The only pro was that they had an employee in our neighborhood who would be upfront with us and help us in emergency situations (like our original gutters falling off while we waited months for new ones), but he no longer works there. Worth mentioning that the staff they sent out all seemed nice. I don't think this was an intentional mess, but it was still a mess. Seems other customers are happy, but this is one of the worst experiences we've had since moving to Indy and buying a house.

We have used Elbert twice now for our gutter or roofing needs, and have had great experiences in both situations.

Elbert installed a TPO roof on our flat-roofed house. The work was done promptly, on schedule, and seems to have been completed in a professional manner. They replaced two skylights in the process and we are very pleased with their work.

We chose Elbert for both roofing & siding replacement after storm damage. They were actually recommended by our insurance company, and we thought there would be fewer hassles getting the jobs done within budget. Elbert did not disappoint, & we felt like we got more than what we bargained for. The workmanship & quality of materials was excellent. Representative Matthew Frederick was great to work with too... Very much in tune with our choices & expectations. I'd use Elbert again & again should my home remain in the path of hail storms, but we should be set for decades now.

We were very satisfied with the roof installation. It was completed in two days and looks fantastic. All of our concerns were addressed and the customer service by Don Harr and Monique was amazing. They were very patient while waiting for our mortgage company to release the funds also.

Everyone I worked with was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. They did such a good job that I had them return to replace a sliding patio door for me as well. I would highly recommend using them!

The roofing job was perfect. Good job. Unfortunately one or more of the employees made marks on our vinyl siding in multiple places. Their attempts to remove the marks only enlarged the problem areas. It was very difficult... very difficult... getting them to accept ownership of the problem... and finally getting it resolved. It involved a good bit of manual labor for them to get the siding looking like it did before they started. That eventually happened, but the experience was a real pain. Had no problem arisen of their making I could have rated them 5 stars. I would not use them again. I am super-glad I had not paid the final amount owed until the job was satisfactorily completed.

Steve and Elbert worked directly with my insurance company and made my roof replacement easy as can be. Steve was very knowledgeable and the installers were efficient and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them!
