Great company for construction needs! Prompt, clean, friendly, and professional. Though we did have some delays due to weather and inspection rescheduling, Bryan Samsel was great to work with and kept me as up to date as he could!

I haven't used this business and never will. After getting harassed multiple times, the last guy was extremely unprofessional and rude. If you are going to be that predatory and interrupt what I'm doing, and I tell you we've already been spoken to multiple times, don't be freaking rude to me! I wasn't going to write a review, even though I'm tired of answering the door, until the employee got all offended that I didn't want to talk to him.

Will came He knocked on my door was super polite and it was quick less than 10 minutes. They told me I did not need to replace my roof. They were totally honest and I love that.

I really loved the the vibe everyone had that I worked with. Everybody was so nice in person and over email. The insurance process was smooth with the company.

They showed up to do an estimate. They never sent one. I called 3 times to get it and I never got a call back. Twice I just got an answering machine. The third time I was told waiting on a price from someone for a couple pieces of James Hardy siding.

Wind damaged the roof of the house. I contacted restoration builders of colorado. Their team is super responsive and eager to help. They walked with inurance adjuster during the inspection and helped me to feel comfortable with the process. I highly recommend them

After hailstorm Aaron came after next day to do an inspection on the roof. Then finished the roof right before winter came. Although the roof still need some thing to fix , overall was an great service

Concerned about my roof condition since I was going to list the house and have had a couple hailstorms recently; I was actually happy to see Lucas ring my doorbell (definitely not the usual for me with solicitors). We chatted a little, and within a few minutes he was on my roof inspecting the possible damage. Lucas was very thorough with the inspection and reported there was no damage and that my roof was in tip top shape!

If I ever need my roof replaced, I’ll be reaching out to Restoration Builders, and specifically to Lucas. He was very professional and also a very friendly person; I would definitely recommend other people to ask for him as well. It’s not often you’ll find someone who doesn’t try to force a sale on you and is honest.

They did some repairs on my tile roofs which were affected by the high winds. Lucas and his crew were courteous, on-time and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were thoroughly professional and I'd highly recommend them.

Lucas was fantastic. He was highly personable and conducted and inspection of our roof and gutters for hail damage. I was shown my findings and Lucas explained there was minimal damage and he would not recommend a replacement at this time. I greatly appreciate his honesty and will be contacting him once we do need our roof replaced. Also, his new puppy is adorable!

Lucas stopped by my house to inspect for hail damage recently. I appreciate the fact that he was honest and let me know it was still in good condition.
What I know we really need are windows though. He gave me an estimate for window replacements. He let me know my options and was very informative without any high pressure sales tactics. I plan on using their services in the near future!

Service on the front half was great, although there was some miscommunication about solar panel storage (we were told they'd be stored off-site, subcontractors said no). The person servicing our contract apparently left shortly after our roof was installed, and it was radio silence despite several voicemails to the main office number. We were finally able to resolve issues after about 7 weeks post-roof install once we were provided an individual's contact number by the solar panel subcontractor. Otherwise, this could still be unresolved.

Luke asked if my roof had been inspected recently to check for damage from hail, I told him the roof had been replaced within the last year - he offered to climb up & take a look at no cost to me. He reported the roof was in good shape but had noticed a number of nails had popped up due to thermal expansion/contraction and applied sealant to ensure no leaks would occur…..at no cost. He was very professional & courteous and I appreciated the free repairs, I would not hesitate to contact Luke/Restoration Builders should I need any roofing work in the future.

Although we had no hail damages, I liked that they didn't try and sell me anything. Lucas Davis was very polite and courteous. Showed me all that he appraised. Extremely thorough.

Luke Howard of Restoration Builders knocked on our door to provide a free roof inspection due to a hail storm last year. I was a little apprehensive, but we agreed. He spent about 10 minutes up there and let me know the roof was in great shape, but there was nail popping. He then offered to go up there and take care of it for free with caulk gun in hand.

He came back down and said he got it all done. He then offered to take down the de-icing cables that were intertwined with the gutters that I've wanted down for a couple years. He also took care of that for us as well.

Luke was super nice and even offered to empty our gutters, but I just didn't feel comfortable taking advantage of him. But, they do have future customers with us. I was impressed with his level of professionalism and and stewardship for his business.

Lucas offered a free inspection and was very honest on what my insurance company may or may not cover, he even let me know the damage wasn’t too significant. It was great how honest Lucas was! When we do need a roof replaced we will be having Lucas doing the job. Lucas was professional and very polite.

Luke Howard is great. Willing to work with us and make sure we got taken care of. Would highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! We never felt like a customer to them. We always felt like part of their family. They gave us options without pressure or judgment. They talked to us about all they would be doing ahead of time. We lead a very chaotic life. We are a Foster to Adopt for at rusk youths family.They rolled with the chaos and not once shied away from us. They helped us deal with insurance and mortgage company. Joshua Bird was my rep. I was reluctant in trying this again. The first company tried and was unsuccessful. But Joshua had stated that there is damage to my roof from a hail storm and that he was very confident in getting it approved. He showed me pictures of the damage from my roof and that the insurance needed to do what is written in my policy. He seemed very knowledgeable in this aspect. So I gave him a shot. He showed up on time for the adjustment and got the insurance to pay for a new roof.

I truly believe with his expertise, is what got the insurance to pay for my roof. So if you need a new roof because of a storm going through. Joshua Bird is your man. I highly recommend him to get the job done. The build was done in one day and the crew did an amazing job cleaning up. I told Joshua , I didn't want my dog stepping on nails. Because of the cleanup no special trips for my dog. Amazing company from the beginning to the end.

THEY ARE BAD ABOUT RETURNING CALLS BACK. CALL ABOUT IF THEY CAN MATCH OUR SIDING. FIRTS CALL I MADE 3 WEEKS AFTER THEY TOOK A PIECE. IT GOT LOST IN THE MAIL. SAID THE WOULD CALL ME BACK IN 20 MINUTES. NEVER DID I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK SAID IT WILL BE ABOUT 2 WEEKS BEFORE I FIND ABOUT THE SIDING. WHEN MY INC. COMPANY CALL ME TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEY TOLD ME THE PLACE RESTORATION BUILDERS OF COLORADO SENT MY SIDING TO HAS A 48 HOUR TURN AROUND. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE AROUND ME THAT HAS SAID THEY DON'T KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOU. WHEN YOU CALL YOU GET THE RUN AROUND. DO NOT USE THEM .

My husband and I intended to buy a house that didn't pass inspection.
