Had them do repairs on my roof from 2 different incidents of hail and wind. They were very professional, on time and left no mess. High quality work can't tell there previously was an issue. Aaron and Scott where great to work with very honest and reputable company I will definitely call Aaron again if we experience any additional storms. Price was very reasonable considering I wasn't making an insurance claim.

Awesome and fast. They were honest, professional, and fair. 10/10. Let’s be real. Weather here is brutal sometimes. I will 10000% be using their services again.

Above All Roofing Co (“AAR”) very much lives up to its name! This roofing company has an excellent reputation for a very good reason. Starting from my first encounter with their representative, Aaron Arndt, it was clear that AAR genuinely cares about their customers and understands how to work with insurance claims. Although I cannot personally view my new roof, it passed the county inspection with no issues, my property was left clean with no debris, and I now have a new beautiful, protective roof that was upgraded at no extra charge with hail-resistant shingles. I am extremely pleased with AAR’s process and the quality of my new roof… however, there is more: The cause of the damage was a tornado-driven hailstorm so a claim was filed with my insurance company. The insurance company refused to pay for all of the damage, only paying for one roof slope; when, in fact, the entire roof and west-facing windows required replacement, and the home’s exterior needed to be painted. I had never been in a situation where an insurance claim clearly needed to be paid and the insurance company refuses so I needed guidance, support and assistance in resolving this claim. AAR’s representative, Aaron Arndt, provided me the vital guidance, support and assistance I urgently needed during over EIGHT MONTHS of stressful back & forth communications with the insurance company due to its refusal to properly adjust the claim. Aaron even referred me to a public adjuster who helped me by preparing a “demand” letter to the insurance company. After sending the demand letter to the insurance company, it finally fully paid the roof portion of the claim and included all the windows that needed replacement. Aaron and AAR were instrumental in getting the insurance to fully approve my claim. Clearly, AAR is a superior company, not only for the quality of their work and materials, but most of all for the care and attention their employees give their customers before, during and after their work is completed. I will always use AAR should I need another roof repair or replacement for my home. Aaron is a major asset to AAR, and I highly and whole-heartedly recommend this company to anyone who needs roof work done on their property.

We had AboveAll replace our roof back in 2019. It has held up well. Recently, we discovered that snow/ice sliding off our solar panels damaged the gutters and caused them to sag and pull away. This created an opening in the roof large enough to allow animals inside. We called Above All, and they were out the next day and fixed the problem, securing the gutter and closing the hole, and making sure the gutter was more secure next time around for sliding ice/snow.

This is the second home that I have used Above All Roofing, and I’m just as happy with the results this time as the first! They are an excellent business to work with and do an excellent job. I recommend them highly.

My overall experience with Above All Roofing was exceptional. There were a few communication hiccups along the way but those were quickly worked out. Aaron was my estimator and project manager. Above All submitted several supplemental invoices to my insurance company and was able to get it all approved with the exception of a couple of hundred dollars (which they ultimately wrote off). A subcontractor was used to paint our fence which also sustained hail damage. I would not hesitate for a moment to use Above All Roofing or its subcontractors in the future. Amber was patient in working with me while getting all the funds from the insurance company sent off to our mortgage company for their endorsement. I highly recommend this company! You won’t be disappointed.

The crew at Above All could not have been more professional. They worked with my insurance company to make sure that I got everything I needed and required by the building codes.

I had above all roofing come when I needed a new roof. because the first time about 9 yrs,ago they did a superior job. Screens replaced, shed roof also replaced. When I am due for a new roof, I'll ask them back no complaints other than nails around yard and I have dogs and cats. I know how difficult it is to get them all up.

My experience with All Above Roofing was 5-star. They do more than just roofing! I worked with them after our home sustained damage from a hail storm. They helped us get our roof, garage door, and damaged windows replaced as well as paint and stain touch-ups on our house and fence. They took care of every detail, including coordinating solar panel removal and replacement for the roofing. They coordinated all of the contractors AND went back-and-forth with my insurance to get the additional repairs covered. Once I hired Aaron, I didn't have to do anything! Amber (in the office) was also super friendly and helpful.

Aaron/Enrique and their team not only replaced our roof, they went above and beyond to paint the casing on our peeling skylights and vents so that now everything matches and looks great and brand new! Loved working with this place! I had found paperwork from the previous owners for Above All and called them up to see if I could take advantage of the warranty that was still on the roof. Unfortunately, since the previous owners did not transfer the warranty over, we could not, but was very impressed by the help that was provided to try and get this worked out for me.

I still needed a roof, however, and because of the storm damage I went through the insurance. Well, I chose to go with Above All and come to find out, they were actually recommended by my insurance company. I was very happy about this and was not disappointed by the service I received. They were fast and great through the whole process. Any questions I had, they were there to answer them right away.

The repair crew was fast and efficient. Cleaned up site well. The project /site manager was responsive and best of all, they showed up when they said they would. I recommend them.

Not long ago I was walking around the yard and found several shingles laying on the ground. We called our agent at State Farm, and they sent us a list of local roofing contractors. After reading all the reviews we chose Above All Consultants. Best choice we could have made! Aaron was out quickly, and gave us a no nonsense assessment of the situation. He worked with State Farm to get our claim pushed through for a whole new roof. We were leaving on vacation the day the crew showed up. With any other contractor, I'm not sure I'd have felt comfortable leaving town while the work was done. But with AAC, I had no worries. We got home a week later to find our roof installed. It looks great, and I think it will last us a long time to come. Cannot recommend AAC enough!

I have not had an insurance claim that I have used them for personally but Aaron came out to my property to do a free inspection on my roof after I saw some shingles blow off. He was very responsive, out to my home very quickly and was thorough in the pictures he took along with explaining what he saw. I was really happy with them!  They did a great job on my roof. Aaron went above and beyond to contact my insurance company and get some items covered that I didn't think could be.  He answered my endless questions and was always super helpful.

The guys that did the install were great too.  They showed up early and worked ALL day on a really hot day.  They did a great job with cleanup and did their best to cover anything that might get dirty.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had our roof replaced by All Above in October 2019. The process was seamless and very professional from beginning to end. Aaron, our initial contact explained everything and listened to our concerns and incorporated everything we wanted into the bid. The work crew came out and handled everything very professionally and expeditiously. And working with Cindy in the office was a breeze. We definitely will use them again in the future if needed and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Aaron and Cindy at Above All Consultants are amazing. From the first time Aaron came out to give us an estimate to when they finished putting our new roof and skylight’s. Their crew were very well managed, cleaned up all the mess. Couldn’t find one nail or trash from when they started to when they finished. I would definitely use them and refer to everyone!!

This is a fabulous company to work with. They did a roof replacement for us and it turned out great. They helped us with the insurance claim, and both the office manager and the construction staff have responded immediately with any question, request, or need we had. I wish all companies were so oriented to good practices and customer satisfaction.

Last summer we had a major hailstorm that did some damage to a rental property that I own. I was working with a different roofing company (not Above All Consultants) and I was having trouble getting my insurance company to admit to the amount of damage that had been done to the home. Then, I was referred to Above All Consultants and I met with Aaron Arndt over at the property. He did a thorough examination of the roof and other damage and submitted the estimate to my insurance company who finally accepted that the roof would need replacing.

Throughout the process Above All Consultants have been outstanding about every aspect. I am most impressed with their level of communication that they provide. From my very first contact with them they have kept me informed about every detail of the project along the way. I can't say enough good things about Aaron who is the person I have had the most contact with. He also did the initial inspection and has made sure that everything I wanted to see happen on the project did indeed happen.

The people at the front office have also called me to always let me know what the status was on the project. When an unexpected additional charge came up for manually loading the shingles onto the roof Aaron submitted a supplemental claim to the insurance company for the additional work - which they then paid.

After learning our roof had hail damage, I contacted our insurance company (Amica) for a roofer recommendation. They put me in contact with Aaron Arndt at AboveAll Consultants. During the next several months Aaron engaged me in nearly all decisions concerning the roof replacement. He patiently educated me concerning options for the new roof. Aaron also contacted our solar panel installer to arrange for a timely removal and reinstall of our solar panels. His crew did an excellent job of tearing off the old roof and installing the new roof. The job site was cleaned up when they left. Above All Consultants (AAC) is one the very best contractors we’ve hired. Our local insurance agent introduced us to AAC, by sending them to our home for a damage assessment literally the day after the big hail storm.

Our AAC representative was Aaron Arden. Without obligation or commitment, he thoroughly explained the process and said that we needed a new roof and gutters. When the insurance adjustor arrived, he concurred with Aaron’s opinion.

Aaron coordinated our roof replacement with the company repairing our skylights so that both companies would be on site at the critical points of installation. Communication is essential part of this project, Aaron was quick to answer our texts and emails, and worked hard to keep us in the loop so that their work fit within our schedule. AAC’s work crews were very polite and always mindful of protecting our property. They worked quickly and obviously knew what they were doing. Clean up was no problem either, we didn’t find any loose nails or roof debris after they finished the job.

Maybe AAC’s highest compliment came from the City of Brighton Roof Inspector who said, “The company that installed your roof really did a great job.” I guess he would know because he looked at about 800 roofing projects.

I live in Brighton and had hail damage along with all of my neighbors this summer. My insurance company, Amica, recommended Above All Consultants. The whole claim process went seamlessly. My roof was completed months before my neighbors, who filed their claims much sooner than I did. The work was done in one day and was done perfectly, as best as I can tell. I would definitely use this company again.

Above All Consultants made our roof replacement after the horrible wind storm so incredibly easy. A storm was going to be hitting a few days after the wind storm and Above All came out right away to make sure we were watertight and would not suffer any more losses due to the coming rain. They worked with us and our insurance company to make the process seamless. Their staff is extremely friendly and kept us informed about the status of the job and the process as a whole for the entire job. Cindy and Aaron were amazing to work with and actually came to the house to review documents with us and pick up payments. Our new roof is beautiful and the work they did was top notch. This company was a preferred contractor of our insurance company. Not only did we find them to be very responsive to questions, they were proactive in their communications as to what was happening in each step of the process. I also appreciated how they covered and protected our trees and landscape and the clean up was stellar. The roof was done beautifully and fast! But what was most important is how things are followed through when something happens that isn’t a part of the plan. In this case a piece of steel trim was accidentally lost during the roofing process. We contacted them and immediately they have been working to correct the problem. At this time I've not paid a dime towards their completed roofing project; Only now am I getting invoiced, after the correction was made. You just don't find companies like this anymore.
