I would like to offer my review and recommendations for Jason Ketcham for the project that he did for me in June 2022, re-roofing my house. I give Jason my unqualified recommendation, he made this the easiest large home project I have ever had done.

Jason was a pleasure to work with, from the initial telephone conversation, thru completion and inspection. He completely managed all aspects of the project from initial estimate, to close coordination with the insurance company, to securing all materials (including some custom fixtures) and excellent work crews - once he started, I only had to approve choices of materials, he handled everything​ else. I cannot emphasize this enough, how helpful this was to me. His excellent communications kept me well appraised of the progress of the project and I was completely comfortable with all aspects of progress and completion. One of his most significant accomplishments was how he advocated for me, with the insurance adjuster, resulting in a maximum benefit from my homeowner's policy.

Jason's efforts and results were significantly beyond expectations, he made this a completely hassle free project, and I am 100% satisfied with the results.

Blue Spruce Construction and Jason Ketchum put new siding on our trailer. Jason was a delight to work with, so easy to communicate with and responsive to all our questions and needs. The workers were so skilled and did a near perfect job. The only thing we didn't like was after we had signed a contract and paid 1/2 of the agreed upon price they came back and said it would be $1,800.00 more. We felt backed into a corner, to have to start all over in the process with no guarantee it would be cheaper. We paid the higher price but felt this was wrong of them to do. We had a huge concrete project with our driveway. It was asphalt and had been many years and needed a huge overhaul. We had Blue Spruce redo it in concrete. Jason was our point of contact and he was great, very professional and quick to answer our questions. During a time when construction is very busy he was able to get our project done in a timely manner and we appreciate how prompt he was with returning our calls and texts! In mid-August I had a large tree branch go through the roof of my rental property in three locations. Jason Ketcham went out the day I called to apply temporary repairs to the roof to prevent additional water damage to the house. Jason then worked with my insurance on multiple occasions to get the complete repair approved and funded by insurance and took care of the whole process. In fact, Jason and I have never actually met in person! Certainly a professional individual and organization which I wouldn't hesitate to use again
