I cannot say enough about Sky Manor. Nicola oversaw the install of a roof on our primary residence as well as a rental property that we own. Aside from being an all-around great guy, Nicola was informative, communicative, and went out of his way to make my life easier. He brought me multiple samples as I was weighing out my color options. The week before they were due to get started, we had a fairly persistent leak spring up in our garage. He and a colleague were at our house the next day to check it out. He even had his team take down our Christmas lights at no charge (which I’m embarrassed to say were still up well beyond the holiday season). His team was punctual, polite, and extremely efficient. Both of our new roofs look so beautiful! After the install and during the final inspection, Nicola observed something he didn’t quite like about a small section over our garage. He had his team back out the very next day to ensure it was perfect. I enthusiastically recommend this company. Nicola could give a master class in customer service!

After speaking with several roofing contractors who only wanted to work with us if we would do a full roof replacement which is not what our insurance was covering after a hail storm, we got connected to Jake Soto who came out and told us we didn’t need a new roof- we truly did just need repairs done. He worked with our insurance and got us in the schedule with a very tight timeline to get completed within the timeframe we needed. Jake and his crew showed up on time, completed the work and left a clean space after! The bonus of working with Jake was he called us from his supply house saying he didn’t think the shingles he was picking up truly matched our roof and worked with us to find the right color in our prior paperwork! You may not know that his, but amazing contractors do exist. Sky Manor is that contractor. In fact, they are the best contractor we’ve ever worked with! Jake Soto is the reason for that! There were lower grade options for a lower price but he played out or options and benefits clearly for us to make the best decision for our needs. We had significant hail damage in late May, 2024. In June, Tesla told me they couldn't come out to remove the solar panels until mid-February, 2025. On Monday, Dec 16th, I was talking to my State Farm agent and they recommended Sky Manor (and a couple others). Sky Manor was out that day for an inspection, had the solar panels off on Friday and the roof completed on Monday, Dec 23rd. They did a great job! And they prooved to State Farm that a couple of the windows also needed to be replaced.

Sky Manor did an awesome job replacing my roof after hail damage. They worked everything out with the insurance company even though my insurance didn't want to cover everything. Nicola put a lot of time and effort into taking care of me. There were some complications that were not the fault of Sky Manor, but they came along side me and remedied everything. The workmanship on the roof was first class and done on the schedule they promised. I would recommend Sky Manor to everyone. Plus there is a lifetime guarantee.

Jake Soto came out to inspect the property on a Saturday morning, with roughy 24 hours notice. (This is a property we are in the process of purchasing.) He and the Sky Manor team have been prompt, communicative, transparent, and kind every step of the way. While we aren't sure how the sellers plan to move forward, we do hope that Sky Manor is hired for this roofing project. Based on our experience thus far, we trust that Sky Manor would deliver dependable, honest work at a competitive price. I recently had an outstanding experience with Sky Manor Roofing, specifically Cody King on a real estate transaction where I represented the buyers. After my general inspector called out roof damage, Cody came in, assessed the situation, and identified the roof as needing replacement. He worked closely with the seller and their insurance company to get the roof replaced under the seller's policy, which was a huge relief. The roof also had solar panels, and Cody brought in their solar specialist to safely remove and reinstall them. On top of that, Cody handled all the necessary approvals from the HOA and the city inspector.

When our hail claim got denied by American Family insurance, I was so dumbfounded and didn’t know what to do (they had no problem taking thousands of $$$ on our premiums for home and autos) yet first claim we submit, they denied. I was referred to Sky Manor Roofing via Nextdoor and I’m so thankful I found them. Nicola has been nothing but helpful. I’m still fighting with Amer Family to get this claim covered and see justice prevail. If it wasn’t for the help of Nicola and Sky Manor Roof, I’m not sure if I would’ve had the energy or time to deal with such a nightmare with Amer Family.
