I recently went under contract to purchase a house in Loveland, CO. With only a 1 day timeline to get an inspection on the roof done, I ended up having to scramble to get someone to inspect the roof by the next day. Almost every roofing place I called said they wouldn’t be able to get out there for another week or so! I called Reliable, they came out to the property within 2 hours, and did it completely free!! Saved my real estate deal, and I’m so grateful! Thank you so much, you truly are Reliable!

I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but I had to say something about Kevin’s roof inspection for us. Point being, he was very kind and most importantly, honest. We had had another person inspect our roof, and they stated our roof needed to be replaced—that it was damaged by a past hail storm. We would have had to take out at least 12 grand since the person stated the “damage” was caused by a hailstorm long ago that insurance could no longer pay for. Because of that, we shopped around to find the best price to change the roof and that’s how we found Kevin. Well, turns out, after inspecting it, Kevin immediately told us that this roof did not need to be replaced. He noted there was minor hail damage, meaning a couple shingles were damaged, but the roof would still be in good condition for another 7-10 years. We were in shock. Kevin had saved us at least $12,000. Right from the beginning, he was truthful and knows exactly how a roofing service should serve people. It’s good to know that there are honest people, and I’m so glad we happened to land upon one. Thank you Kevin for your exemplary, trustworthy service and for working ethically. We are so thankful and highly recommend him and his company, Reliable Roofing and Restoration, to anyone looking for roofing services!

John, a project manager, came out to look at our roof after a recent hailstorm. We were unsure if there had been hail damage to the shingles or not. He arrived the same afternoon and assured us that the shingles looked fine and appeared to be hail-resistant. He suggested contacting the city to find the permit history for our house so we can hopefully verify that and get a better insurance rate.

Best company, I had some leak from ceiling and called and showed up within 2 hours and identified the issue and was able to fix it. Ryan was amazing to work with and definitely go with this company in the future.

A leak in my bedroom ceiling woke me at the crack of dawn. The puddle of water on my wood floors added to my distress. Had no idea where to begin! Called several roofers and Reliable returned my call within 30 minutes! Joshua Skelly called, told me he was in the area and could be here in 30 minutes. 60 minutes in and help was on the way! It was a Thursday and after inspecting the roof, Joshua said most likely Saturday would be the soonest the crew would be available. In the interim I had placed buckets in the bedroom and mentally prepared for the 48 hr wait. A text message arrived Friday morning. Josh and crew were en route. Unbelievable! Slightly over 24 hrs from emergency call to a crew on my roof. Work was done expeditiously and quality was top tier. Highly recommend Reliable Roofing. I worked with Ryan and can't say enough positive things about the entire experience. On short notice, he came out to meet with me when I was doing a walk through about a week before purchasing a home to go over options for materials and colors. He was dealing with the insurance company of the sellers to replace the roof due to hail damage prior to the closing. He provided good thoughts and advise regarding how to deal with my own insurance company. He also explained how some of the materials options I was considering in my upgrade wouldn't increase the insurance discount I would receive compared to the materials I ended up selecting, saving me several thousand of dollars. The day before the closing, the entire roof was replaced and looks outstanding. The sellers also had great things to say about Ryan and the new roof. Billing was easy to work with and I have already received my transferable warranty. Great experience and I highly recommend both Ryan and Reliable Roofing and Restoration.

These folks were redoing my neighbors roof due to some hail damage. Having just bought our home a few years ago, I was curious about the state of my own roof but was worried about having them look at it as I’ve had HVAC contractors try to scam me into expensive replacements / upgrades that were actually not necessary. I hesitantly approached Luke Conilogue as he was assessing the crew’s work on my neighbors roof and was blown away by his honesty and transparency. Ultimately my roof did not need any work as it was pretty new and likely replaced after the hail storm that damaged my neighbors, but as soon as I need a new roof or anything roofing related, I’m 100% calling Luke!

I just had my whole roof replaced on a new house. Reliable was very professional and did a wonderful job. The cleanup was impeccable. I haven't even found one stray nail or piece of debris. I lease solar and they quickly got me the documents the solar company wanted to approve removal and replacement and Reliable handled all of it. Luke was great to work with. And when we wanted to change the install dates last minute they were super accommodating and moved it earlier for us. Roof looks great and installation looks very well done.

We had our roof inspected by insurance and they decided it was too old to cover. We panicked a bit because we didn’t want to lose our insurance. We picked Reliable roofing because of the established reputation they had online. Evan came out and walked us through the whole process very quickly and we had the new roof on within a month. He even took the time to bring different samples of shingles on multiple occasions because we were picky! Sorry Evan! We highly recommend anyone to Reliable. They are great!

After a horrific hailstorm summer of 2023, Steven with Reliable arranged for a complete replacement of our roof. Steven and his colleagues negotiated with the insurance company and made the complicated process Uncomplicated and "easy".
The work crew arrived early and efficiently replaced the roof. The clean-up was excellent. All was good and we are absolutely satisfied.
Then in winter of 2024-25, to our dismay, we were experiencing a leak. We called Steven and Connor to ask for help. They immediately sent two expert roofers to solve the issue! The men worked hard to solve the issue. As everyone knows, roof leaks can be deceptive and difficult to identify and repair. The leak persisted. Jose', (an excellent problem solver), evaluated the issue. He lifted shingles and flashing around a tube-light he suspected as the source of the leak. He lifted many shingles and replaced the flashing around the tube-light at the company's expense. He sealed everything. Still, we had a leak. Ryan, an expert trouble-shooter, was then dispatched to see if a solution could be identified. He was able to do some additional sealing. At this time, at this date, the leak is gone!
Here is the point for homeowners...I live in Colorado Springs. Connor, Steven, and the Great People of Reliable traveled TWO hours south to take care of our issue. At company expense, shingles, flashing plates, sealant, and many man hours were spent on our roof. Each employee traveled two hours one-way to help us prevent water damage to our home.
Now that is what I call Standing Behind Your Work and Standing Behind Your Customer!! Reliable Roofing & Restoration is "top of the line" and an Honorable and Trustworthy Company. They take pride in their work and will, without hesitation, stand firmly behind their work.

Kevin, Conner, Ryan and the crews did an awesome job on my new roof following the latest hail storm. Not only do they show up when they say, work with the insurance, work hard all day in the blistering heat, they even consider the temp not only for the crew but also for the quality of ths shingles. They also took care to make sure I had a way and spot to take my puppy too in order to not upset his training, and made sure the yard was as free of nails as they could when they were all done to help protect his paws! Not reliable. Talked with Connor who then sent Matt out for an inspection. Matt said "no problem, we can do both jobs." Said I'd get a quote in 3 days. Didn't hear from them in a week....so I called back. Dennis then said he would come out and do an inspection and quote. He texted me 2 hours before he was supposed to come out and said they couldn't do either job. I asked why and for a recommendation. No response. Terrible customer service.

Luke was wonderful to work with! He came on time and ready to diagnose the problem my roof was having. There was a minor shingle out of place and he fixed it for me for no charge. I will definitely be using him next time I have any roof issues or want to get my roof replaced in the future! They missed an apt to due a scheduling error. When I called to see if they were coming still, they apologized repeatedly and sent someone to check out our roof. They completed the repair on the spot and refused to take my money since they missed the original apt. Kevin then gave me a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. They were the nicest people and this was a great customer service experience. They will have my future business for sure.

I reached out via the website form for an inspection after door-to-door guys told me my roof had hail damage. Sean called me the next day and managed to fit me in that same evening. He carefully walked me through all the pictures (some which included his thumb for scale), explaining what kind of damage he was looking for and what he actually saw. He confirmed exactly what I suspected, my roof has minor damage with no structural risks. I'm so glad I called Sean for an honest inspection!

Following a devastating 2023 hail storm, USAA paid a gracious 80% up front to fix my roof. I met with six roofing companies. I picked Reliable Roofing and Restoration. The owner, Kevin Gottino, and salesman Luke Conilogue seemed competent, trustworthy, thorough, and likable. In the contract, they estimated the cost at $29,000, which was less than the 80% paid out. This estimate was what I based my complete home repairs on - BUT Reliable inserts a phrase, “insurance agreed” - “Customers total out of pocket expenses WILL NOT exceed their insurance deductible.” On 26 Sep, Luke showed me a final invoice for $39,560.91; I thought 36% over estimate was ridiculously high. On 4 Oct, Kevin provided a new “final invoice” of $49,920.37 (72% over estimate) - writing “Luke made an honest new guy mistake.” On 4 Nov, Kevin provided a “corrected invoice” for $47,665.84 ($18,665.84 or 64% over estimate), which I paid on 13 Nov. Nice people - a year later, a very good replacement - but not competent at estimating and not transparent in billing.

Recommendations: Include, “cost is not to exceed…” - a $ amount or % above the estimate… 36-64% over estimate is not acceptable to most.
