Honestly this company is one of the few good ones. I had multiple roofing companies fall through on me, after a hail storm, because it was “too much work.” Well, what other companies were too scared to do, All Exterior Solutions replaced my roof with ease. They were quick, responsive and diligent. I’m a new homeowner, new to replacing roofs and female, so I feel like other companies made me feel dumb or as just a money sign. However, Eduardo was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and very communicative. He went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this company enough, especially if you want things done correctly and with professionalism.

Jasmine and her team were nothing but professional and helpful for my new roof. All Exterior Solutions is a great company! We were able to get our roof, painting of the exterior of the home, and windows replaced with them. This company has dedicated their time working with us as well as our insurance company to find the best solution to fix our home after hail damage. Our roof, painting, and windows were fixed in a timely manner. Eduardo was helpful and patient with us throughout this whole process. He addressed all of our questions and concerns. Gerry was incredibly professional and was in constant communication throughout the entire process and made sure our roof turned out perfectly!

All Exterior Solutions was a breeze to work with. Gerry explained the whole process thoroughly and made sure we'd be happy with the colors and class of shingles they'd be installing. They also pay attention to detail and don't cut corners like some other roofing companies do. When the job was done, they ensured everything was cleaned up satisfactorily. They also worked directly with my insurance company to see to it that the roof was done properly and in accordance with all building codes -- again, not skimping on certain things just because the insurance company didn't have it in their original assessment. Those are the types of things that I'd never catch as a typical homeowner, but All Exterior Solutions had my back.

Great company to work with after I had to get my roof repaired. Nies was up on the roof with the roofers helping. He also walked us through the process and called or texted on the regular to checkup on how things were. Ask for Nies if you need anything done!!!

Brandon is the epitome of customer service! My family and I experienced severe hail damage to our home from a hailstorm. It was hard enough dealing with the insurance company let alone worrying about if and when our home would be repaired. Brandon worked directly with my insurance company and addressed all my concerns. Just an example of how Brandon goes above and beyond, I called him with questions about my repairs. He answered and told me he was on vacation with his family but would call his office and get back to me. He called me back within 20 minutes with the answers to my questions. Working with Gerry after the 30 May 2024 hailstorm to replace all of the roof shingles and some decking on my house, to re-shingle my garden shed, and to paint the house was a smooth process. The All Exterior Solutions team also submitted all of the necessary detailed paperwork to my insurance company. After the repairs were completed they followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with their work. Between the refurbished roof on my house and garden shed and the complete exterior paint job, I'm very pleased with the final result.

Eduardo Chavira with All Exterior Solution did great job during the replacement of my home roof, he was here during the replacement of my roof to make sure everything go perfect , I recommended work with him he like to push around his office to get stuff done, All Exterior Solution office took month to get done the City inspection and I requested from the beginning to get my warranty by writing and roof installation certification for class 4.

Why have a warranty if the guy won’t fix a roof with 25+ leaks? Devan has continually done nothing to fix our roof even with a 5 year warranty. He will act as though he’ll fix his work but then (after stringing you along for months) will send a lawyer letter to let you know it’s “not his problem”. We’ve experienced severe hardship due to this and now we are left to give someone else many thousands of dollars (which we don’t have) just to have a non-leaking roof. Horrible communication, bad workmanship, does not hold up his end of the contract and sent his lawyer to communicate to us that he won’t be helping us. Just plain bad business. DO NOT HIRE.

We worked with the owner, Devan. He was extremely professional, punctual, friendly and had a great sense of humor! He took the time to complete a thorough roof inspection and repair, along with the gutters and down spouts. Our insurance company, SafeCo, recommended his company, as they are on their preferred vendor list, and highly recommended them. He completed the work in a day in a half, short notice, as we were moving. Also his crew was very friendly, and did an excellent job in cleanup. We highly recommend Devan and his crew!!
