I called in the evening with air conditioner suddenly not working and he came over immediately and fixed it. Very appreciative of his quick response.

We have used M.O.E. a few times now and could not be happier ... Last Thursday we had an appt. schedule to clean and serviced our system. When they opened up the unit evidently we had a power surge and there were burnt wires so since we have a home warranty we had to deal with the warranty company before continuing. Brett turned off the unit so no more damage could be done, once the warranty company denied our claim (of course!), Brett and his Dad came back the next day, did all repairs and got us back up and running!! If you need small repairs, replacement of the whole unit, or general maintenance I highly recommend these guys! They were a godsend getting our unit back up and running very qui8!

We got both units, heater and A/C installed by Mark a few years ago and it was a great experience.
This time we needed to replace some parts from the condenser and we got them installed the same day and with no issues.
He has always attend our calls and we got his support since the beginning when our old unit failed.

Newly retired and living in my AZ home again, I called Mark to service my AC unit -not cooling. He was friendly, helpful and thorough. Now, 4 yrs later I knew it was time to replace my 22 yo unit.I called Mark. Once again, he was friendly, helpful and thorough. He lent a window ac for my bedroom unti a new AC could be installed. His installers were just like him-friendly, helpful and thorough. This was a positive experience from beginning to end. I’d recommend him to anyone!!

I just had an A/C installed. I liked that they would send everything electronically and follow up over the phone. The owner and son made themselves accessible and answered all questions. There was no pressure to buy or purchase a service contract. They will meet with you at no cost and assess the project.

The installers were on time and neat. They covered my stairs and kept me informed on the progress. David was the lead and was patient with me answering all my questions and explaining how the new unit works. Everyone was professional I would recommend them.

Brett showed up as scheduled. He was friendly and very professional. He answered all of my questions. They HSBC a bi-annual maintenance program at a VERY reasonable price, so I signed up. I am very pleased and will use Mark of excellence exclusively.

I am totally pleased with the service I receive from Mark and his workers. When I need his service, they are prompt, friendly, professional and very polite. This is the only company I want to work with for my heating and air conditioning services. I trust what they do and charge. Mark put a new system in for us almost 2 years ago and it has been great. Service warranties are good too.

6/24/25 update - Called Mark of Excellence at 7am because our house lights were flickering at times. Brett came out within 2 hours to check our unit since a failing capacitor can cause that at times. Brett determined the capacitor was still fine and the flickering house lights wasn't because of the AC causing a heavy current draw. Very responsive and courteous. Definitely someone I feel I can trust.

9/16/23 update - Our AC decided to quit cooling, again on a Friday night. Sent Mark a text at 6am Saturday morning, hoping they could accommodate us on a Saturday. He replied back in less than an hour and arrived shortly after. He had us up and running in about 20 minutes (capacitor had failed). Very prompt, friendly, and reasonable pricing. I would definitely use them again.

I called this company about a year ago on a Saturday morning because my AC wasn't cooling. They got out that afternoon which was great, I expected to have to endure the AZ heat until Monday. The tech (Brett) found a condenser had gone bad. I happened to have one that the previous resident had left so the tech installed it and only charged me a reasonable service call.
Then last week, about 9:30 in the evening, we had a momentary power blip and everything turned off and right back on. I noticed the AC wasn't cooling after that. Called Mark of Excellence again and he said it was probably because of the off and back on power dip. That will load up the compressor so it won't cool properly. He told me to turn the unit off for 30-45 minutes, then turn it back on. That solved the problem and saved me the cost of an after-hours service call. You can bet I'm going to call them anytime I need AC service! Great folks,
