Great customer service, I cannot say enough good things about Maricopa property maintenance, They have done numerous jobs for me including installing dishwashers, ceiling fans, repairing my pool filter. They do plumbing and electrical. Great people, great price you will not go wrong.

We have used this company for several jobs inside and outside of our house for many years. We have always been very happy with the work they perform and the price. We will continue to use them as the need arises and would recommend them highly to anyone.

First used Poe years ago to install an attic fan. He gained my loyalty by first off quoting me an amazing price, but then lowering it because he was able to get the parts on sale. Most would have just pocketed the difference and he did not. Used him again when my AC went out, when I found evidence of termites, when my yard watering system got a leak, leaky toilet, new seal on my garage door, and installing a dog door. Poe will always be my first call when something/anything breaks in my house. Great customer service and amazing prices!!
