I live in southern AZ. It's hard enough to find a contractors to come out here, and Mike showed up to give an estimate with in a few hours. I needed a big hole fixed above my patio outside. He was very kind and knowledgeable and told me what he was going to do then explained the costs, explained a few other costs other contractors charge for that he doesn't like travel time and gas. I felt confident enough I did not get another estimate after him, is had a couple others out over the years, and hired him then. Half down half when finished. It took 3 days, another guy said it would be a week.
I love my new roof and I recommend Mike the Roofing Repair Specialist every chance that I get.

Michael Butler and his son do nice work. I wasn't home at the time, so sent me photos straight along showing the damage, and the repair. Hope it's a long time before I'd need him again, but, wouldn't hesitate a minute. We'd use them again.

Mike and his son Michael ,
Have been called out to our property in Maricopa on two occasions.. They repaired our roof in three different areas. The price was very very reasonable. The roof repair also comes with the warranty. We’re so glad that we met somebody that is very Competent And responsive to our roof repair needs!!

Roofing Repair Specialists saved my roof and saved us a lot of money. Mike Butler and Roofing Repair Specialist went above and beyond in repairing my roof. We lost a tile during a wind storm. Mr. Butler said something very profound as I asked him for an estimate. He said, “it’s never just a tile”. Meaning losing a tile is emblematic of a state of disrepair for the rest of the roof. He found the throughs were worn out and exposed to leaks. He found water damage under the eves as well. In short he was very knowledgeable and thorough, very honest and did an amazing job repairing the problem areas without a full roof replacement. I love the Arizona rain. And now with a bulletproof roof, I love them even more without worry about a leaking roof. I highly recommend Roofing Repair Specialists to anyone.

Mike was punctual and friendly, yet very professional, cleaned up everyday before he left for the day and was very knowledgeable about his trade. My roof was old and needed a lot of repair work on the original bare roof and everything was skillfully repaired or replaced before the new roof was installed. I’m very pleased with my new roof and would highly recommend Mike.
