He found the throughs were worn out and exposed to leaks. He found water damage under the eves as well. In short he was very knowledgeable and thorough, very honest and did an amazing job repairing the problem areas without a full roof replacement. I love the Arizona rain. Mike was punctual and friendly, yet very professional, cleaned up everyday before he left for the day and was very knowledgeable about his trade. My roof was old and needed a lot of repair work on the original bare roof and everything was skillfully repaired or replaced before the new roof was installed.
