They are an amazing company. Great customer services, insulation was quick. They cleaned up after them self and left an amazing end resort. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking a roofing company.

Colby was very professional and thorough. Crew was great. Quality work with a lot of attention to detail. Roof looks great.. I have gotten several compliments and would highly recommend Regal to anyone in need of a new roof.

As a business runner in the community of Columbus, Oh. I have never worked with a more under qualified under prepared and dishonest company. I paid for a roof in full after inspection. They didn’t even have the proper liscencing to work in the city of Columbus. All their jobs had been done in the suburbs where you don’t have to get those permits to work. Austin Rich doesn’t reply, give updates or tell the truth. I kept asking for updates, proof he was trying to pull a permit, literally anything that said the $7340 I gave them wasn’t being used elsewhere. I went downtown and discovered they weren’t even licensed do the work!
I had to demand a refund and within 3 business days a different company had a roof on my home after a month of it sitting damaged. I filed a complaint with the zoning bureau because they had reaped my roof without being licensed to do so causing further damage as it sat with exposed wood for over a month.
I had all the paperwork to file with the BBB in GA where they are headquartered but decided against it because I got my roof elsewhere. But to my luck they decided to email me at midnight last night asking for a review of services rendered, so here it is. Run don’t walk if you live in Franklin county.

Back in March when tornadoes went thru Blacklick, I reached out to Regal Roofing and spoke with James Watkins. He was super helpful and prompt. I had spoken with other companies who would have taken weeks to get to my roof. With the help of James and my insurance, I had a new roof within a week. I highly recommend Regal Roofing. James was great to work with.

Regal did a fantastic job! We interviewed multiple companies. Austin Rich won my business due to his diligence & dedication. We had trouble getting approval from insurance for the replacement. Austin kept his word & was able to overturn our denial.

We were so happy that we had Austin go to family & friends to inspect their roofs.

I did really appreciate when James contacted me to give me a free roof inspection since we had a very bad hail storm back in April. James sent me pictures of my roof, showing hail damage that I didn’t even notice. He also came over one day and helped to contact my homeowners’ insurance provider to start the claim. They sent their own inspector to submit the report for approval. Within a few weeks, James, Austin and a great team, got the whole new roof replaced within 1 day, and I could not believe how beautiful it was. I can honestly say that it was a great decision to pick Regal Roofing. The whole team was extra friendly and of course professional.
