As a business runner in the community of Columbus, Oh. I have never worked with a more under qualified under prepared and dishonest company. I paid for a roof in full after inspection. They didn’t even have the proper liscencing to work in the city of Columbus. All their jobs had been done in the suburbs where you don’t have to get those permits to work. Austin Rich doesn’t reply, give updates or tell the truth. I kept asking for updates, proof he was trying to pull a permit, literally anything that said the $7340 I gave them wasn’t being used elsewhere. I went downtown and discovered they weren’t even licensed do the work!
I had to demand a refund and within 3 business days a different company had a roof on my home after a month of it sitting damaged. I filed a complaint with the zoning bureau because they had reaped my roof without being licensed to do so causing further damage as it sat with exposed wood for over a month.
I had all the paperwork to file with the BBB in GA where they are headquartered but decided against it because I got my roof elsewhere. But to my luck they decided to email me at midnight last night asking for a review of services rendered, so here it is. Run don’t walk if you live in Franklin county.
