From beginning to end this was a top notch job. Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process. His team was quick, efficient and very conscientious about cleaning up everything. Our roof looks great and we couldn’t be happier with RBC.

Dishonest, Rude and Condescending.

Went through Lowes on my project, which was a complete roof and gutter system. (to date I am happy with the roof) the problem lies with the gutter job. Gray was quick to call with the estimate, and equally quick to get the 50% down and get it in the books, but then falls very short from there onwards. We did ask for him to wait a month, as my wife was having a knee surgery, and after that month we called him back and asked that he get us going. we received a few emails that said somebody would be contacting us within a couple days about scheduling, and nobody ever did. a follow up text message went unanswered, and then, at least my phone call was answered. Once he realized it was me he was talking to, he instantly told me I need to contact some other person, which made no sense to me as I was dealing with him from only all along. When I asked what was going on he became very blunt, telling me I lived too far away, my job was very small, and how much time it takes to drive out to my place and how nobody wanted to do the job and how hard it is for him to find workers. He got even more blunt when I asked him why he couldn't explain all that 2 months prior when he was taking my money, telling me it wouldn't hurt his feelings if I cancelled, and encouraged me to call that other person again.
My wife called Lowes to see if they could either get the job moving faster or at least let them know we were having difficulties with their contractor and they looked the job up to find out it was cancelled via the contractor already. Not even the courtesy to tell us and refund our money themselves.

I am so sorry, that I even accepted the initial job now. Going forward I will be very careful when scheduling through Lowes, and RCB will not be doing any work for me again.

I contacted RCB Roofing, a Lowe's Home Center contractor, to get a roof inspection for my house and detached garage. I wanted a total roof replacement for each and to replace the shingles with architectural shingles. A representative from RCB came to my home for the free inspection on 04/26/2025 at 10:00 AM. I discussed the process and was told how much the cost would be for installing the roof on my house and detached garage. The representative also told me that if I placed the order before 05/02/2025, I would receive a 20% discount, which would reduce the cost of the installation to $18,168.84. I opened a line of credit with Lowe's and charged a deposit of $9,084.42, which payments start on 05/23/2025. The representative said the scheduler would contact me soon to discuss the installation date. I never received a call from the scheduler, and I contacted the representative who gave me the price for installation on 05/01/2025, and he stated that he would call the office and have the scheduler call me. RCB Roofing scheduler never contacted me, and I spoke to the representative again on 05/05/2025, and he stated that he made a mistake on the pricing, and it would have to be approved by his manager before I could be scheduled. On 05/06/2025, the representative stated there were three options: 1. cancel the order, 2. he would rewrite the contract and add $4500 because of his mistake. 3. He would see if another manager would approve the installation contract already signed by RCB and me. On 05/07/2025, I had to contact the representative, and he stated in a text message that the manager would not approve the current contract. This process is unethical because I am the customer and agreed to a price that I considered fair and reasonable. I now have a credit that I am being denied to use because of RCB's mistake. I was not given any reasonable options and have not been treated courteously and professionally. I have been scammed into an agreement with the enticement of a 20% discount that the company is now trying to recoup by adding additional costs because of their admitted mistake. I hope Lowe's does not allow customers to be treated this way by a contractor who cannot correctly price an installation. I am confident that with my credit score, I can finance this with another roofing company. Still, I do not want multiple inquiries on my credit, which temporarily lowers my credit score. RCB Roofing and Lowe's need to fix this issue. The bottom line is RCB Roofing is not reputable, and I will end my line of credit with Lowe's and probably not conduct business with Lowe's anymore.

Salesman Jerry Antran with RCB Roofing provided me with a quote to replace my roof and was exceptionally professional throughout the process. He responded promptly to all my concerns, making the entire experience effortless and smooth.

I highly recommend RCB Roofing to anyone looking to have their roof replaced. The team was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to work with the customer, qualities that are increasingly rare today. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a home installation. Back in June 2024, I contacted RCB Roofing through Lowe’s to complete work on my back roof. Initially, I was told that the materials were custom-made and would require time to create and ship. However, each month, I had to be the one to contact RCB—multiple times—only to receive vague responses from the receptionist, who claimed someone would contact me immediately. No one ever did.

Finally, in November, Lowe’s reached out to ask if I approved of my installation—an installation that hadn’t even been started. It seemed as though Lowe’s had no idea my project had been stalled for several months. Following that call, RCB finally contacted me to offer a $250 gift card for the inconvenience and informed me that their Atlanta team was available to complete the work. For the record, I never received that gift card, and the Atlanta team claim turned out to be a blatant lie.

Instead, I received a call at 6 PM one evening from a local third-party subcontractor—while it was already dark outside—informing me they were at my gate and that RCB had sent them. As a single woman living alone, I was alarmed to find out that my phone number and address had been shared with people I didn’t know without my knowledge. Fortunately, the subcontractor was able to complete the work, unlike the so-called Atlanta team that Mark from RCB falsely promised.

When the project was finally completed, the subcontractor left me with unused and old materials still sitting in my driveway. When I contacted the subcontractor to ask who would pick them up, they said the project manager from RCB would handle it. I have since reached out, but I’ve yet to receive any response.Also, when I spoke with an outside contractor waiting for a response from RCB, I was informed that the materials were not special order and very common and quick to receive. I understand that home work can require a lot of time and specific materials; however, the unprofessionalism from this group was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I don’t think I’ll ever use their business again.

Chris and his team did such a great job on our roof. It looks great, was completed very quickly and on schedule and it was very affordable. Chris also went above and beyond on answering our questions. We definitely plan to work with them again. Thanks!

RCB roofing did such a fantastic job!! If it wasn’t for Gray Chase and the whole team than I wouldn’t be as pleased with what they had done to my roof as Iam today this was an absolute incredible pleasure from beginning to end I can’t thank them enough !!!

I wish I’d done it 5 years ago. These 50 year roofs are tight. Rugged. My neighbors shingles blew all over the place in the last “tornado”. Not my new HDZ’s. Stayed in place like nothing happened. Gray Chase- you and RCB- you did what you said when you said you’d do it. That’s rare these days. Your crew worked dawn to dusk with a good attitude. Very satisfied customer got my roof done last year after May 8 hail storm Mr Chase came out gave me an estimate and was very pleased with the work his crew did! Preexisting ventilation was going across the roof but unbeknown to me the previous roof installers didn’t do it at crest near the front of the house but these guys seen what needed to be done and did it! They also replaced all ventilation caps on roof and put a trim going along the sides of the house I don’t know if this is standard but what Im trying to communicate is the previous installer didn’t do it and when you pay someone to do a job you expect for it to be done correctly. Mr Chase did everything and beyond what be told me he was going to do so I would highly recommend this company they do an excellent job!

I had a fantastic experience with RCB roofing. Casey Huffstetler is great. He walked me through everything and was always responsive to texts with questions I had. He was on site during the work to answer any questions I had. The roofing crew was really efficient, my neighbors were all commenting afterwards about how great the roof looks and how quickly they worked. They kept messes/debris picked up and were very mindful of my landscaping. I can't say enough about this company, they really are a company I recommend.

This was the best roofing company I could have found. My roof was severely damaged by my solar panels...leaving big holes and leaks. They worked around the schedule of my solar panel removal. Chris, the project manager went over and beyond. He even showed up after the job was completed to make sure solar panels were reinstalled correctly. I am very pleased and it looks awesome and it was all cleaned up perfectly.

What a horrible experience I've ever had with a company. I have never had as bad of a experience with a simple job as I did with RCB.. paid for job half up front had a appointment set Awsome.. time for appointment no one shows no one called. Called company no answer. Eventually got in contact with management and was told the installation team got caught up on another job. Would of been nice for a call letting me know this I took a whole day off of work. New appointment set for the next day again no one showed up this time I couldn't get in touch with anyone since it was Saturday.. hot a call back on Monday and a new appointment was set and again no show no call. Again I reach out to operations manager Amanda mccullers. They couldn't tell where their installation team was appointment of for between 8am and 10am.. at 430 pm the team shows up to do the work. Finally yay right wrong the do a horrible job by installing a down spout to empty on to my first story roof. My roof was 5 day old at the time and specifically told not to do that but they didn't speak good English and no lead man on the job to communicate with. The left the downspout emptying on my roof. Talk to management and was told they will come back on fix it. 2 months later I get called for the rest of the payment and told them they will be paid when they fix the downspout wich I guess they thought was done so sent pictures to prove it was. Was offered a discount for the trouble I went through then automatically called me back that I'd they fix the downspout then there is no discount like wow. Almost 4 months to get a simple gutter job installation done.. I really recommend to save yourself frustration time and some sanity stay as far away from this company as possible. Had to call consumer affairs for the first time in my life and I've dealt with 100s of contractors and this company just don't care about anything just getting paid.. management is the problem they have no idea what they are doing especially if you lose track of your own installation team...

I hate to leave bad reviews for any company but I feel it is necessary to share my terrible experience with this company . I had brand new roof installed by Rcb roofing over a year ago . I went through Lowe’s. On the day of my project , the man who was supposed to be the project manager called to say he had covid and could not make it so he was going to send his crew with no supervision. At first I thought the roof was great but the first time it rained, a huge leak started in my kitchen under the stone chimney and yes it is not a new chimney .There has never been a leak in this area before ever . I called Rcb roofing and went back and forth with them for a year all the while it was raining in my house. A chimney specialist told me my chimney was just fine and even took pictures of the awful job done by Rcb roofing and they even left the old flashing at some parts . They told my my chimney was old and took pictures of themselves standing next to my chimney. At one point they did take responsibility and replace the floor in my kitchen which was destroyed from the rain but when the clear goop they put over it did not work they claimed once again it was my chimney. They sent over their “ experts” . All the while the stress and anxiety this company caused me was huge . I also have not mentioned other leaks by my skylight and another area which was not addressed at all . So after more than a year of stress and anxiety and now trying to dispute charges , I have had to have a brand new roofing company come in . So my new roofing company has made me aware of what was causing the leak . Rcb roofing used flashing for a brick chimney instead of aluminum flashing that molds around the chimney which should be used for a stone one . They also only used one layer where they should have used two . They also pointed out an area where the roof meets that was not done correctly . Now my roof leak has been fixed with no work to my chimney and I feel like this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company in my whole life . Want to add that I have never given a company a bad review in my life . This was an absolute nightmare.I want to add that nothing had been done to rectify this nightmare at all. I now have another roof from another company and this company who caused stress and raining and leaks in my house and absolutely done nothing . Please spare yourself the nightmare of using this company . Still no leaks in my roof since having another company come in and still the same old chimney . I have a years worth of correspondence from this awful company and gas lighting and rudeness and insisting that my chimney was the issue .

Had them come out give me an estimate, everything went smoothly until it came time for the crews to come out. Original date got pushed back one day later not a big deal. Then a crew of 3 shows up only to tell me they aren’t able to do the roof cause they don’t have enough men( it’s only a 850sqft house) next morning rolls around now there’s only a crew of 2 guys. About 10:30-11 they knock on my door asking if I have a drill they can borrow that they don’t have one. After they’re all done and leave I get on the roof and see that my rolled roof isn’t even adhered to the roof. They did come back out 2 days later to fix it but. Also have a crack in my drywall. So far it’s been 2 weeks and I’ve been ignored or given partial information that leads me to no help.

RBC Roofing Company is the best all around! Chris goes the extra mile to assist for a great experience. The quality of the product and the work is amazing. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs!

Maybe 6 months after roof was replaced by RCB there was an issue. The company came out to fix the issue. We were told it was handled. Now 1year later the roof is leaking AGAIN and they won’t return our calls or emails after having us send in pictures of the damage inside the house ( walls, ceiling)

Roof less than 3 years old, damaged by hail from a microburst. The Project Manger Chris P. arrived on time evaluated the condition of the roof and provide an estimate. Chris physically pointed out the places the previous roofer and insurance adjusted missed. Using the previous roof replacement cost compared Chris's quote to that and the other quotes and found it to be a very reasonable offer. Work was scheduled. During the installation Chris was on-site and answered all questions. His hands off approach with his team of roofers was impressive. Roofers took care to not damage the surroundings, did an excellent job of installation and clean up. I highly recommend Chris and his team.

They were the contractor assigned through Lowe’s. I had several other estimates done. They were not the cheapest, but had the best warranty by far. I looked at all of their reviews and decided to go with them. Everyone I talked to was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They finished my roof in one day and it looks fantastic!

RCB roofing replaced our roof a couple of months ago. They did a fantastic job. Our roof and the wood underneath were in terrible shape. They replaced and restructured areas making it more efficient. Brandon and his associate were here during the entire day. They were on top of the clean up of our property. Taking extra care since we have pets . I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Our roof was old and had some damp spots in our attic. We got 3 estimates from 3 highly rated companies, including RCB Roofing. We were impressed with RCB Chris's communication, knowledge of the business, down-to-earth personality, and explanation of RCB's products and process. We were very pleased that RCB's estimate was the lowest, and we signed the quote online that night. The scheduler, Mark, was friendly and quickly scheduled our job. On roofing day, the RCB team arrived on time and worked diligently to replace the rotten roof decking, install a ridge vent, shingles, and the various components of our new roof. The team cleaned up very well when they finished our project just before sundown. We highly recommend RCB Roofing without hesitation!

I had my roof put on about a year ago. I now have leaks. I have spoken with Casey and he told me his rep Austin would come and take a look at it. I got the run around and was a day late.
Was told that Austin would come back after Thanksgiving to look at my Roof and do a water test. Austin never called and stated that to me through text message that he does not work for RCB any more. I just want my roof and celling fixed. I already paid for the service now..I just want what i paid for

As a homeowner replacing a roof can be very stressful especially given the cost of architectural shingles, and timelines for completion.
However, I must say the RCB team consisting of DJ Forrester (Sales Mgr), who had the patience to answer all my questions no matter how many times I bit my nails not knowing what to expect.
And both Brandon Stacey and Pat McCann (project managers), who were on site to ensure everything went smoothly, and the installation crew led by Ancelmo who made it happen.
Kudos to everyone for a job successfully well done !!

Our local Lowes put us in contact wirh Michail Engels from RCB Roofing. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. From start to finish he was in contact with us and was there with the RCB crew the day they were replacing the roof on our home. Both the crew and Mike did a great job. I would recommend Mike and RCB to anyone in need of a roof repair or replacement.

If all my experiences with the construction industry were this positive, my life would be so much easier! From the moment Steve, the Sales Manager, contacted me to the end of the job, the experience was positive. Steve and Clay, the Project Manager, treated me with courtesy, respect and consideration. Their communication was exemplary and always focused on meeting my needs. This was not an easy job and I am grateful for the hard work they and the crew did. Steve is so well suited to his job in his ability to establish connection, provide clear guidance and understanding and Clay is so diligent and mindful of always providing satisfactory customer service. Just completed a full roof replacement with architectural shingles and flat roofing over new iso board. Could not be happier with the crew and the support staff including Stacy and DJ. The crew were workmanlike, thorough and fast. Highly recommend this team in the Atlanta area.

Chris Parsons provided me with a competitive quote, and his professionalism and communication skills helped me decide to go with RCB. He was helpful and patient in walking me through the process of securing a discount with a Lowe’s credit card.

Cody Cowan was the project manager. When the project was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, he recruited extra manpower and the estimated two-day job was completed in only one day. He was attentive to our comments and questions along the way, and went above and beyond in addressing all of our concerns.

Holly was great to work with. Offering different financial options through Lowes. Several options to fit different budgets. Being available when I had questions even on the actual work day, and reassuring me that it was normal. When they were finished, it was a wonderfully well executed roof that looks so much better than the replaced one. From start to finish these guys were the best. They helped me thru the entire process of choosing the right roof for my house, getting the financing I needed and scheduling the job. From Steve Thomas, whom was my first contact to Ben the site supervisor to the installers whom I'm sorry to say I don't know their names (except for Shorty the crew leader) were very professional and worked very hard to put a beautiful roof on my. We are located in East Tennessee and hired RCB ( project manager Holly Rahe)We must have got the worst roofing crew EVER. The photos speak for their self. Our siding is ruined! 2 attempts were made to fix the issues and they still did not repair the damage, in fact the used spay paint to paint the flashing. WHO DOES THIS! Holly was rude and insisted she was done , stating they had fixed the problem. Maybe this post will get a call from RCB

RCB replaced my shingled roof. Rarely do you have a project go so well from initial contact to completion. The knowledge and professional approach of the representative (Holly) was the deciding factor. To have a roof completely replaced with high quality work and first quality materials in 1.5 days was amazing. Project manager (Tom) was attentive to detail and the roofing crew's proficiency and work habits were great. RCB, as a Lowe's preferred vendor, had a very easy portal to view the detailed contract specifications and make payments. Project was done promptly and with quick response to any questions I had. RCB was not lowest bid, but I have no doubt I easily received the best value.

Amazing job and quality work. When they say customer satisfaction is their top priority, they mean it. I went through Lowe's in order to replace my roof and RCB is the contractor they sent. There was a little miscommunication between Lowe's and RCB in some details, mainly the skylights, but it was resolved quickly. As you can see in the first 2 pics, the flashing can be seen under the skylights, although not a big deal, I did request from Lowe's that the flashing not be seen. This detail was left out and RCB was not aware of it. Upon completion of the installation we contacted RCB about it and they were out the very next day and within a few minutes they had the flashings covered, as can be seen in the last 2 pics. From start to finish, this crew did an amazing job. My wife is happy with the new "House Hat", so I'm very happy as well. I highly recommend RCB to anyone.

Cody was very professional, ran the crew on-site professionally. Communication was great and attention to details on roof through start to finish were very pleasing . RCB staff Casey Huffstetler and Robert Nettles were great to work with. They were honest, conscientious and thorough…going the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. I was most impressed by the level of communication between all parties involved in this roof replacement project. From the beginning, I felt valued as a customer and was treated with respect. I received courteous service from Trina, Shawn (Sean?) and Mark during each and every phone call. Not only did the items required for the job show up as scheduled, on the day the installation was commencing, I was witness to one of the most organized group of employees that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above my expectations by cleaning the gutters (which I had not even considered until they were here) in order to install the new drip edges around the perimeter of the roof. Any place they came upon weak or rotting support structure, it was pointed out and repaired to ensure the roofing materials being used did not "sag" or create future issues (that might have resulted in leaks or collapse, even). Finally, because we had erred on the side of caution and ordered more of the decking than was needed to place the shingles, we were given a refund for all unused materials. Lastly, and to their credit, knowing that I was a Veteran - they were able to not only provide information regarding a rebate (Sponsored by GAF), but helped me to fill the paperwork out over the phone (a great convenience for myself and my wife). If you want better than the best, start with Lowe's - and hope you get to work with RCB Roofing.

The roofers arrived early and ready to work. They were friendly and professional. The porch roof was replaced in one day dispite the rain. I am very happy with the quality of the work. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing job.

RCB is the way to go!!! Holly was incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond from start to finish and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process! Hands down best value, quality work, and service out there!!! We had a 20 year old roof that was beyond repair and their quote for a total roof install was several thousands less than another local roofing company. The crew was on time, professional, and did an amazing job! Not to mention, my yard and driveway were spotless when they left. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the work done by RCB!

I live out of state but own a rental house in Georgia . I decided to use Lowes for the project after talking with Chris over the phone. He was thorough and really informative while walking me through the entire process. I needed financing for the project which Chris easily helped me with. He got me approved within minutes for the entire project!!!.

Robert was the project manager for the project and updated me with pictures throughout the day. He was a fun guy to chat with!! The roof looks great in all the pictures and my tenant said the crew was very respectful and did an excellent job cleaning up. My wife likes to tell me I complain a lot but I cannot think of a single thing I am not happy with!!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area. The professionalism from Chris and Robert were above and beyond anything I have ever received dealing with a home improvement project. EVERY CALL ..RETURNED PROMPTLY. I decided to have a new roof put on and went with Lowes for the financing options / GAF materials and their installer RCB Roofing. Working with Trina Britt (Roofing Specialist) made all the difference with my decision and overall understanding of the installation process, material options, how things would happen step by step, scheduling options, and who would be involved. Trina’s communications by voice, text, and email were timely and provided me with confidence that I was working with the right organization. I truly appreciate her approach to ensure the customer was provided with the answers and options to make an informed decision with no pressure to move forward. The project manager Kevin Campbell did a great done as well, ensuring steady state of information flow (with me and the wife), prior to / during / and after the job was done. Kevin also ensured the crew was provided with feedback (protect our new heat pump systems and ensured we were able to pull our vehicles back into the driveway – daily clean-up / nail swipe due to HOA restrictions of no parking on the street overnight). Yes, I use them again and recommend them to others. It's good to know there are still good reputable businesses that do what they say, without any surprises or issues - this is one of them!

I used RCB Roofing to replace my roof several months ago. This is what I noticed sequentially:
- Chris went up on my roof, when promised, to inspect and to prepare a quote.
- He knew his business and explained his quote, in detail.
- He agreed to re-install the existing gutters, instead of replacing them.
- His quote was over 20% less than the other quote. (I contacted five roofers, but only three showed up and only two quoted.)
- He was at my house for virtually, or literally, the entire time of the installation, making sure every step in the process was performed properly.
- After the crew left, he combed the site making sure everything was cleaned up perfectly.
- The job looks perfect, on time, and as promised.

Note: The job looked very easy, but with a 120 year old house and replacing all of the plywood, and some of the support structure, it was less than perfectly strait forward. (And I wasn't charged extra for some of the additional support work that was needed.)

There was no part of the process that was handled less than professionally and perfectly. I would not hesitate to use, or to recommend to a friend, RCB Roofing and Chris again.

RCB Roofing came and removed my old shingle and they installed the architectural shingles and every thing that goes with putting a new roof on and it looks great. Special thanks to Holly.

The crew arrived earlier than scheduled and they worked diligently until the project was done. The crew clean up was amazing. They left our property the same way that they found it. No trash, nails or debris.
